“thought i would write a review beacuse out of all the Tim's around my area, this seems to be the only one with good tasting coffee. im not saying its always good because no tim hortons anywhere in the city has a perfect record for good tasting coffee, there always something at some point wrong with your Java. however, 9 out of 10 its good here....better then 5 out of 10....also i should note that i mostly come here late at night so maybe that is why it seems to be better but i do occasionally come here during the day and i stand by my rating.“

“The worker did a phenomenal job, I went at 12:20 September 21st 2024 to get a large order for myself and my peers, and she started my order early when my co-mates were still deciding. The manager/old guy who worked beside her started yelling at her for it making the situation very uncomfortable. I recommend on re-evaluating his employment to make a better work environment.

“Great food but service almost all staff not wearing masks which is not right“

“I came to this Tim Hortons yesterday with a not so great experience when my sandwich was messed up, I spoke to the cashier (I think his nametag said DJ) to get it fixed and was so delighted of how well he handled it. He was extremely polite and helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and was swift to replace the sandwich. It truly made my day, I come to this restaurant occasionally and have rarely had such great customer service, typically, they’re impolite. Definitely will be coming back!! :)“

“God bless the worker. She politely apologized for the long wait at the ordering counter at the drive through. She also informed me of the limited menu due to her being the ONLY worker scheduled for the overnight. She was polite, honest and upbeat during our conversation. Shame on management for not staffing appropriately and having only one person work. To the employee who’s working there during the time of this review; we appreciate you and your actions have not gone unnoticed.“

“First time here, and honestly, fantastic customer service, and the food was made like they actually cared about having a happy customer. I've been in a lot of places, and the food quality is always spotty, but this place definitely took the time and passion to ensure my food was properly prepped and tasty to me.

Dietary restrictions: I'm not supposed to eat gluten, so being able to get a habanero bowl is fantastic!“
