“This Harvey’s location is really fast with their orders. I got my pickup order super quick, and what I really liked was how friendly the customer service was. I appreciated the smiles, especially after a long day of work. On top of that, the regular size milkshakes are only $3 right now, which is an awesome deal. I’d definitely recommend stopping by this Harvey’s.“

“Everything was grand! Service was spectacular! The server Milena was friendly and patient and made my visit memorable. I enjoyed my dinner very much. Very tasty and quality as per usual was outstanding! That's what I like about Swiss Chalet. You can count on consistency ... and knowing you can still get a good decent meal for a fair price. “I ordered through the Harvey’s app and picked up my food at the drive-thru. The order was ready really quickly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The only small issue was that my food wasn’t quite hot by the time I got it. I think it’s because the app tells customers to pick up about 10 minutes later, but the food is often prepared much sooner and not kept under the heat lamp long enough. Hopefully this is something they’ll improve on for future orders, because everything else was great and I’ll definitely be back.“

Despite being the only one working at the time, Sid handled everything with professionalism, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He took care of every table, made sure our food came out just right, and still managed to check in to see if we needed anything.

It’s rare to see someone manage a whole dining area on their own and still give such amazing customer service. Sid went above and beyond, and he truly made our visit memorable. Huge kudos to him—and Swiss Chalet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member!“

“My husband and I will go out of our way to visit this Harvey's location! Our food is always hot and we never have to check our drive-thru bag to make sure our order is correct. Every employee we've encountered is courteous and smiling which seems to be so rare these days, not to mention all surface areas are clean and organized. We were actually here on the weekend and yet again it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend!“

“After our walk on the trail my wife and I stopped in for brunch one Monday . She had the cinnamon roll pancake slam while I had the ultimate omelette. Both were hot , delicious and very filling . The coffee was tasty and plentiful. It wasn’t that busy so service was good and the server friendly and attentive. This was our first time visiting this location but hopefully won’t be our last .“

“Hands down the best place I have eaten in Canada!
We stopped in for lunch and the beef burger was so good it made me sad that I don't live here! Don't get me started the Chicken Souvlaki.. 🤤
The waitress that looked after us was the best.
Would love to of taken some pictures of what we ordered but my belly was thinking faster than my brain.
Almost the whole menu is made in house (salad dressing included) and you can tell.
This place will forever be my go to when we are in Guelph!“

“First time , my wife and I have eaten there. We sat on their brand new patio. The temperature was great, and food was superb. My wife has a milk allergy and they were very helpful at making sure to avoid milk in her order. We will be back for sure. The service was excellent as well, so glad we went there.“
