You can tell that the owner is hands on in this location by the exceptional quality compared to other Tim’s! Keep up the great work! I will definitely be returning to this Tim’s.“

“Had a very pleasant experience with Riddhi at this location. She was friendly and appeared to enjoy her job. Coffee was typical Tim’s, hot, fresh and delicious. What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!“

“Last night, it was raining when I went to get coffee. A new staff member was cleaning and treated me very politely. They quickly washed their hands and made my coffee carefully. I have visited here many times, and the night staff are always very kind and helpful,“

“I really loved this place. Not only one of the best Tim Hortons branches in Guelph but across Ontario.
The staff are very understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating to all my asks, and easy to communicate with.
The food is always fresh, delicious and tasty, clearly made with passion.
The place is also well designed in a modern and neat style. Although I didn’t get a chance yet to dine-in as I always go for grab n go, but I like ordering from inside the store rather than the drive through to get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere.

“Ellaha, took a moment to help with redeeming points on the app. This was so helpful. I will say, it is NOT tim hortons staffs responsibility to help customers with this, as it slows down the line, customers then get upset, food is not hot, to long to wait. Its not tim hortons that holds up the line, food service, etc. Customers must know to have thier tim hortons app, open, set-up and ready to go. If customers are prepaired at cash, everything else will fall in to place. Happy customers, happy staff members, happy management!“

“Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers. “The main Reason Thought to give a review on this Timmy is due to its unique architectural interior flow plan, which has a nice room for small group discussions. Over all Interior look is great! On our visit service was great! I store owner is reviewing google reviews and hoping to address the issues /feedback given with low rates reviews. Parking spaces are kinda less. May visit again to see how the cleanliness of this new location is maintained!“
