Tim Hortons in Guelph

“My granddaughter works for the Timmies at 29 Wellington in Guelph Ontario. She really likes her job and her supervisor. My granddaughter has a good sense of what she prefers and her attitude in going to work each day tells me that she is totally satisfied in her job which is what every grandma wants you to do hear. My favorite is the latte and a chocolate dipped donut. I usually go through the drive through but the employee at the window is friendly and helpful. I have never got a wrong order and am grateful to the staff for making it a pleasant experience. I did write another review today but for some reason only the excellent rating was recorded. Keep up the good work- all of you.“

“A very clean and friendly location. I was so impressed I wanted to compliment the manager and I got the owner! I think her name was Joanne. She was lovely. You can tell that the owner is hands on in this location by the exceptional quality compared to other Tim’s! Keep up the great work! I will definitely be returning to this Tim’s.“

“Had a very pleasant experience with Riddhi at this location. She was friendly and appeared to enjoy her job. Coffee was typical Tim’s, hot, fresh and delicious. What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!“

“Last night, it was raining when I went to get coffee. A new staff member was cleaning and treated me very politely. They quickly washed their hands and made my coffee carefully. I have visited here many times, and the night staff are always very kind and helpful,“

“Recently moved to Canada so never actually had a Tim Hortons before 2024 and it genuinely one of the best coffee places I've been too. Originally from the UK so have alot of coffee shops to compare to, big up Tim Hortons. The only downside I can think of is the service is sometimes a little slow but it is what it is!“

“Cleanest washroom! I worked nearby and this location is quite cozy inside. The color tones are welcoming and it is enjoyable to drink coffee and eat food inside the store. They did a great job and I enjoyed visiting. Washrooms were impressively built and maintained. Thank you.“

“I would give them more stars if it allowed me. The staff working the weekday morning shifts are extremely phenomenal at the Tim Hortons location attached to the ESSO gas station. I have been extremely pleased with the staff at this particular location every single day for my coffees and teas for the last several years. Absolutely amazing team and customer service.“

“I've been going to this tims instead of the one on silvercreek even though it has no drive through. There is usually a line, but that line MOVES FAST. Orders are always correct and even at the crack of dawn the staff here is pleasant and always eager to please. This store and the one on woodlawn that is in the Esso is also miles ahead of the standalone stores in the area.“

“Really quick in the drive thru. Have been coming here regularly for my breakfast the last few weeks and I am always in and out of drive thru quickly.
They often dont give napkins though which is frustrating because I get extra butter, so I always have to ask for napkins and they sometimes act annoyed, but if they gave them to me in the first place I wouldn't be an inconvience to ask for them.“

“The drive-thru line at this Tim Horton's is consistently well-managed, and despite its length, it moves quickly. I've never been disappointed with the coffee here. Even during peak times, the service is remarkably swift. Rupi, in particular, excels at preparing and delivering coffee with impressive speed, ensuring the line moves efficiently. She also has a remarkable ability to recognize customers' voices, often anticipating my order before I speak, which further expedites the ordering process.“

“First time here , i came to the ICAS offices and i really wanted to get a hot drink and google showed me this tim hortons. I was looking around but can’t actually see no locations, so this is located inside the ontario building so close i was soo happy because i had an appointment and i didn’t want to take me so long waiting. , anyway you pass through the spind doors and turn left you will pass the conferences room and and the end of the hall is a cafeteria so easy and self service which is great , i was in a hurry.

They have a big area for the sandwiches, salads, bakery this was around 11 am so it was only 2 girls at the front so you have to wait less than five minutes to pay . So is not a big issue.

I enjoyed my drink and happy to find this just a few steps from where i have my appointment.“

I visit this place every day — that’s how amazing it is. They always serve with a smile and make food with love. There’s an Indian girl with glasses who does an outstanding job — she prepares exactly what you ask for, perfectly every time. I absolutely love this place. Highly recommended!“

“Ellaha, took a moment to help with redeeming points on the app. This was so helpful. I will say, it is NOT tim hortons staffs responsibility to help customers with this, as it slows down the line, customers then get upset, food is not hot, to long to wait. Its not tim hortons that holds up the line, food service, etc. Customers must know to have thier tim hortons app, open, set-up and ready to go. If customers are prepaired at cash, everything else will fall in to place. Happy customers, happy staff members, happy management!“

“As a storm chaser, I have tried A LOT of Tim Horton's across Canada, the hot coffee at Woodlawn Rd location in Guelph has yet to be beaten. It's not burnt, it's not bitter, and it's not stale. Don't change anything about what you're doing folks.“

“Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers. “Solid Tim Hortons. Long drive through, friendly staff and good service. When we went, they ran out of eggs and hash browns and we had to wait for 20 minutes - but they gave us a free hash brown as a little thank you for our patience, which was a nice gesture.
