I stop by Tim Hortons almost every morning, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently fresh, smooth, and just what I need to kickstart my day. Their breakfast sandwiches are simple but delicious, especially the classic bacon and egg on a biscuit. The staff at my local Tim’s is always friendly, even during the morning rush. I appreciate how they get my order right every time. It’s more than just coffee—it’s a comforting start to the day. Highly recommend!“

“I visit Tim Hortons regularly, and it’s always a delightful experience. The quality of the food and beverages is exceptional—especially their French Vanilla Latte and freshly baked donuts, which are my favorites! “Just stopped by the Tim Hortons at Gordon and Kortright. They were very understaffed and it looked like just one young man doing it all on his own. “U can not beat a Tim's coffee. I have only had 2 bad coffees. My biggest complaint is hair on my effin donuts its so Gros u see it u look forward to eating it then 2 or 3 bites in effin Gros hair. But now I just get a couple of Timbits. But I can not believe the price of everything now it's even more Gros then hair in ur food.“

“They're pretty busy almost always, but the staff is extremely friendly, super fast (even with always being swamped), and have never messed up an order of mine. Everyone seems to communicate efficiently on the floor, clearly they're doing something right.

The times I get lunch wraps or bowls from here, they've always had fresh& clean vegetables & great proportions, 10/10.

I've noticed they could have a bit more patience with newer/younger staff, otherwise the best Tim's in Guelph.

Dietary restrictions: Staff is lovely with recommending alternatives when they don't have what you originally were ordering. (Which is rare)

Kid-friendliness: Not very loud or much yelling at all in comparison to other spots

Wheelchair accessibility: Working buttons & ramps, lots of space to move inside“

Clients really don't care to clean/take their garbage after using tables. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
However, I spotted once a lady taking one ice cube with her hand and putting it on my iced coffee. ?

Sanity rules should be enforced!“

“I've been going to this tims instead of the one on silvercreek even though it has no drive through. There is usually a line, but that line MOVES FAST. Orders are always correct and even at the crack of dawn the staff here is pleasant and always eager to please. This store and the one on woodlawn that is in the Esso is also miles ahead of the standalone stores in the area.“

“Cleanest washroom! I worked nearby and this location is quite cozy inside. The color tones are welcoming and it is enjoyable to drink coffee and eat food inside the store. They did a great job and I enjoyed visiting. Washrooms were impressively built and maintained. Thank you.“

“I would give them more stars if it allowed me. The staff working the weekday morning shifts are extremely phenomenal at the Tim Hortons location attached to the ESSO gas station. I have been extremely pleased with the staff at this particular location every single day for my coffees and teas for the last several years. Absolutely amazing team and customer service.“

Even during peak times, the service is remarkably swift. Rupi, in particular, excels at preparing and delivering coffee with impressive speed, ensuring the line moves efficiently. She also has a remarkable ability to recognize customers' voices, often anticipating my order before I speak, which further expedites the ordering process.“

“I have been there after many years, was really pleased to be welcomed by smiling staff, specially the new girl, Aman or Amon. Sorry if I get the name wrong. It’s nice to be served with a bright smile even though it was totally packed.

“Recently moved to Canada so never actually had a Tim Hortons before 2024 and it genuinely one of the best coffee places I've been too. Originally from the UK so have alot of coffee shops to compare to, big up Tim Hortons. The only downside I can think of is the service is sometimes a little slow but it is what it is!“

“Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers. What a nice touch. I told her the owner should know you need a raise. What is the value of good will… priceless. Thanks for the great experience Kayla Lindeman. See you next time.“

“Solid Tim Hortons. Long drive through, friendly staff and good service. When we went, they ran out of eggs and hash browns and we had to wait for 20 minutes - but they gave us a free hash brown as a little thank you for our patience, which was a nice gesture.

Parking: LOADS of free parking.“

“As a storm chaser, I have tried A LOT of Tim Horton's across Canada, the hot coffee at Woodlawn Rd location in Guelph has yet to be beaten. It's not burnt, it's not bitter, and it's not stale. Don't change anything about what you're doing folks.“
