“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and overall the service was excellent. I’d rate this visit a 9.5/10 and would definitely return!“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener.
