“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. So clean with good vibe and atmosphere!
Food was great,
The chicken is tender and flavourful, the Chalet Sauce is amazing, fries fresh!
Staff were amazing constantly checking up on us making sure we were good and had refills.
I will definitely be coming back for lunch and dinner!

“The ramen broth had a deep, rich flavor. But there were only two pork slices.. I clearly remember back in 2016 at Sansote in torotno, the pork was thicker and there were five slices. The boiled egg was a bit salty… I really missed the old Sansote“

“We invited our friends to join us at Kelsey's for dinner last evening, just to celebrate life. The whole evening was quite wonderful, even though it's a sports bar and was fairly noisy. The food was great, lots of selection on the menu and we enjoyed all of it. The only suggestion I would have for the wait staff is to make sure there is enough time between the appetizer and the main course. We felt quite rushed and did not have time to finish our shared appetizer before the dinners arrived, even though I had specifically asked to have enough time. Other than that, I would come back again. It was a fun evening.“

“I was at Swiss Chalet today and I have to say had an excellent experience! Greeted by Heather and sat down by heather and served by heather. That being said, clearly understaffed restaurant. She did her best everything was perfect! Kitchen was fast and very great food! But it was the service that made my day, after sitting at Montanas for 25 to 30 minutes without getting a drink. With several staff restaurant half capacity. Seeing other guests getting served and arriving after myself. Made me felt racially profiled at montanas! I left and cried in my car. Happy didn’t go home and I went to Swiss Chalet and met heather she did so much for everyone! Working alone! Please she needs a raise and helped not fare for her to do it all. “My wife and I visited Swiss Chalet on Weber St in Waterloo, Ontario. We were greeted with a warm and inviting smile by our server, Cathy. From the moment we sat down, she took care of us, making us comfortable and relaxed. She was perfect in waiting on us. Our meal was fast, fresh, hot and delicious! We both left more than satisfied.
