“My son and I dine at the Victoria Street Kitchener Swiss Chalet location most Fridays for dinner. Sue is our most favorite server who brings us lots of laughs and is an excellent server. Lina is the manager at this location who is very hard working, always helps in the dining room, and always gets customers seated promptly. All the other servers are also very friendly and very good at what they do. Food is always hot and fresh. Best ribs in town. This is our favorite Swiss Chalet location by far.“

“Have ordered their ramen several times now and it's always so flavourful. Probably one of my top 3 fave ramen places. Got adventurous and got the cheesecakes on Uber Eats though and they were so small. $5.50 for pieces slightly bigger than a 2 bite brownie. Will stick to ramen...“

“I stopped by this coffee shop today and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. I found out it’s under new ownership, and you can really tell they’ve made some great changes to better serve their customers. The coffee was rich and smooth — definitely coming back for more!“

“Food was delicious, as always. Our server, Anika, was great. The manager, Caesar, was tremendous. He honoured our CAA discount even though it was wing night. We are long term and regular Kelsey customers. We often order more because of the discount. Kelsey's head office needs to stop nickle/diming customers and just honour the CAA discount no matter what.“

“Waitress staff was amazing, remembering everyone's order, offering refills before your glass was empty, bringing all the orders at about the same time, and our party was close to 30 people.

“Another fabulous experience at the Weber St location. A very busy Saturday night because of the Festive Special. The staff are friendly and attentive especially Gail. I must hand it to her she is fantastic. Our waitress had her hands full and Gail stepped in, took our orders, brought us water, etc. She was keeping the whole place together. Thank-you Swiss Chalet staff for another great experience.“
