“We have been to many different tasting menu restaurants and Pearl Morissette is BY FAR our best experience yet. The food, the service, the pairing (and yes, they have a non alcoholic pairing!) From start to finish, we absolutely LOVED our whole experience. A huge thanks to our amazing server Stephanie ! She was kind, friendly and super fun as well as knowing everything that needed to be known about the menu, the history of the place, where the knives come from ! “My sister and I love this restaurant. The surroundings are so beautiful. Even if you are inside all the windows provide a splendid view of the outside world. We had the pasta feature of the day and it was delicious. We also shared the Octopus on toast which was equally delicious. This restaurant is a must try. Unfortunately Lincoln road is under construction and although it says "road closed" it is open to local traffic, which includes the restaurant.“

“Really personable establishment with a beautiful atmosphere. We sat out on the patio and tried a couple flights of wine that we chose, which is great as a lot of wineries really limit what you can choose. Our fave was the Viognier.

“I'm just surprised I didn't know such a cute boutique winery exists in vineland! The owner is full of passion and was the actually the one who served us as well. I've always been looking for local Ontario wines that are not in the LCBO, and Alvento has some of the best small batch wines. My fav is their new Sauvignon Blanc, and it's just so refreshing and easy drinking. I will have to come back here again.“

“Stopped here for the first time yesterday morning. My knowledge of wine is there is red, white, and pink... so I feel intimidated walking into wineries. Not Flat Rock! The crew at the door as we walked in were very cool and very down-to-earth making the experience relaxing, enjoyable and somewhat educational without feeling judged! Here's where it gets even better. My wife sorts out what flight she wants and when it came my turn I said I didn't really know, I'm more of a beer drinker! "We have beer"! We have choices from Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas (LagerShed Original is very good). This was the icing on the cake, now they had 2 very happy visitors. Thank you for a great experience, the location is quite stunning. My wife, Les really enjoys your wines and the beer rolled you to the top of the visit list when we're back in the area.“

“My partner and I stumbled across this winery as we were taking a stroll through Jordan. We never expected to have the best wine-tasting experience ever. Patti graciously greeted us as we walked in, explained everything and let us pick our seats. Kristen was our host, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, observant, funny and just an overall positive vibe. Surprisingly, I purchased three bottles, I couldn't leave empty handed. “We came to Le Clos Jordane last week for a “Terroir to Table” tasting and presentation. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Tamara, who is so sweet, knowledgeable and who gave us a really interesting presentation. This visit was certainly the highlight of our Niagara wine tour. “What an amazing experience with winemaker Jon! He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the craft of creating these wines. Every single sip was delicious and full of notes. The hardest part was choosing which wines to bring home. Our friends and family love it when we open one for all. A beautiful setting to enjoy these sustainable and well made wines! “We stopped by Hidden Bench on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and decided to try our luck. The owner greeted us right away and was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. He managed to fit us in for a tasting and we were served by Laura who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and relaxed.

The wines were excellent. We ended up buying six bottles to take home, which we would have done anyway, but it was a nice bonus that the tasting fee was waived with the purchase.

The setting added to the experience, the tasting took place in a beautiful heritage house overlooking the vineyards.

Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area. Great people, great wine, great atmosphere.“

“We had the best experience visiting Organized Crime today for a tasting. We had Jill help us out and she was so amazing - stayed and talked us through everything, we learned so much about the wine and winery. It truly was an amazing experience because of Jill. The wine was also amazing, which was only expected because of the many awards they have won. Organized Crime has won itself as one of my favourite wineries now, and I would highly recommend the visit!“

“I’ve never been a butter tart fan - BUT that has changed forever (if they’re from 13th Street’s Bakery) I picked up a couple pecan nut butter tarts and raspberry & Coconut butter tarts!! “I don't even know where to begin. My wedding this past weekend was held in the back of the vineyard at the HEW Park. Our dinner & dance reception was in a gorgeous white tented space with a stunning outdoor ceremony backdrop of mature trees and white hydrangeas, and an outdoor stage space, perfect for our cocktail hour. With our first-look, and sunset photos down a woodsy path to the harbour, I couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful!
This venue served nothing but the most immaculate vibes!

Cassie and her team were nothing short of outstanding and did the most with helping me create the day of my dreams! Communication was excellent, the catering through the venue was incredible (We still have guests messaging us about how amazing dinner was), and the flow of everything was stress-free. The chats back and forth to accommodate last minute changes, and discussing how we can take what was in my brain, and put it out in the real world was easy, and took away a lot of pre-wedding-day-stress!

Oh, and the wine was great! I had the Pinot Grigio, and LOVED it!

I went back to pick up some items that I couldn't fit in my first trip, and realized that this space is definitely a new happy place!

“My wife and I stopped for a wine & charcuterie board lunch at Niagara Custom Crush Studio and had a great visit. The charcuterie board was excellent, we both enjoyed our wines (she chose a Stoney Ridge Chardonnay, while I had the Unscripted Cabernet Merlot) and the setting in their gardens was beautiful.

Because it's a virtual winery with multiple winemakers selling out of their retail store, it has a large & diverse selection of wines.

All the staff were very professional, and I have to note that I had a unique shipping request for the wines I purchased and they accommodated that request without any pushback.

Highly recommended.“

“We came in as a group for wine tastings. Tim was our Server.. Very knowledgeable of the wines and helpful. Made us feel welcome. Unfortunately one of our party had to stand at the table as.a female staff member refused to get out of the chair she was using even though he asked for the chair for us. We almost left instead but decided to give it a chance because of Tim. We left with several bottles of wine and enjoyed our time. Tim deserves a raise“

“Beautiful winery, main house placed on the top of a hill in the middle of the vines. Excellent service every time I visited. Product is very good and selected variety available with a touch of exclusivity. Free the little megalomaniac within you and let it be, you'll love it.

*Update review, 3rd time coming and my expectations overcome by far! We thought to stop by only for a taste in our way to see the falls but in the end we stayed for supper and no regrets, waterfalls can wait! Food was very good but service shines amazingly as the good wines they have. This time I leave not only with some bottles but a t-shirt also. Also, now they can send you some bottles per year with a reasonable price.“
