“The last time I had reganmian (Hot Dry Noodles) was years ago in Wuhan, at Lao Tian Ji (maybe ). A colleague took me there, but the trip was rushed and I never really tasted what made it special. After that, despite visiting Wuhan many times, I somehow never had it again.
Tonight, after getting off work late, I stopped by here and ordered a bowl.
It was really good.
Extra noodles are available, and a drink is included. Halfway through eating, I honestly started wondering what on earth I had eaten back in Wuhan. Either my memory failed me, or I truly missed out back then.
Before leaving, still craving more, I grabbed a pig trotter to go.
Rich flavor, very satisfying.
Sometimes it takes distance—and time—to rediscover a dish properly.“

“This is my go-to joint for when I am craving Chinese food. Food is always fresh and flavorful. Always ready within minutes of ordering. Love their har gow, thai vermicelli chicken, beef flat rice noodles, spicy chicken, mango chicken, fried rice and spring/egg rolls. Also the owner is super sweet and packs chili oil for me every time, as she knows I love it with my food. :)“

“I'm a regular at yang's. Ever since it was on Woodbine I've been a huge fan of their hand-pulled noodles and boneless chicken. The service is unbelievable Sherry and Chloe always remember me when I come in and even before I get there and place my order they know exactly who they are serving. There's nothing like being a regular and treated like family. Highly recommend. Never had a bad meal“

“I really like their taste. It feels like home. The food is also very sufficient. Mung bean soup and gluten-stuffed meat are made by Wuxi people with my eyes closed.

“No frills Viet restaurant serving flavourful dishes and tea! Drink their regular tea that comes automatically with the table! It's pandang infused, it tastes like bubble tea without the surgaryness!

“I was surprised how family friendly this restaurant was. They had plastic dinnerware for my child, offered cheap fries on the menu for the picky eaters, proactively offer scissors for noodles to share with a child!
That aside, I've always loved their potato noodles. Portions are plentiful, budget friendly yet still so tasty. The soup is flavourful and I love the bouncy texture. I like many of their toppings and love the pork belly most.“

I have been to the Scarborough location which is also great so above all both are really good!
I ordered jajangmyeon and kimchi fried rice and before you know it i devoured it all without taking any pictures 😭 but believe me when I say the dishes were delicious AND the side dishes were really good especially the kimchi ♥️“

“Came here on a snowstormy Sunday. There was still a small line but only a 5 minute wait. They only accept cash. Value for money, the food was good! Roast pork was crunchy. I paid additional $2 to get belly. The soup that comes with the order was perfect for a cold snowy day. Not much for service. It’s transactional. They want you in and out fast.“

The braised chicken is tender and flavorful, better add some tufu skin and quail eggs，since there are so many add on you can choose，making it a perfect match for rice. Other dishes on the menu are considered average in terms of taste.“

“Star Chef Chinese Restaurant is a Cantonese-style restaurant with generous portions, decent flavors, and good service. The food is satisfying and well-prepared, and the portion sizes are great for sharing.
Parking is also very convenient, which makes dining here easy and stress-free. Overall, a solid choice for casual Cantonese dining.“

“I came here for dinner on a Saturday evening. We got the Peking duck (2nd course was lettuce wraps), hot and sour soup, shrimp balls, soup buns and a veg dish. The Peking duck was the highlight of the meal (and IMO, the highlight of the menu), with the rest of the dishes ranging from okay to decent.
Overall, while I wouldn't necessarily come here for a special occasion, the Peking duck is definitely worth a visit.“

“I love coming to Magic Noodle for both the food and the service. I’ve tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. One of my absolute favorites is the beef fried noodles, so flavorful and satisfying. Their house-made chili oil is a must-try too, I loved it so much I bought a jar to enjoy at home. Highly recommend for anyone craving comfort food with great taste and warm service.“
