“Visited for lunch and tried the Fish Lover Noodles, Braised Pork Noodles, Braised Chicken Noodles, Spiced Chicken with Peanuts, and Yunnan Clay Pot Milk Tea.

The noodles were good, although I’m not sure if they are traditionally supposed to be this way. You could clearly tell that the main difference between the three noodle dishes was the protein you choose. Other than that, the broth, seasoning, and overall flavors tasted pretty much the same. I would have liked a little more variation between the different noodle options.

The Spiced Chicken with Peanuts and the Yunnan Clay Pot Milk Tea, however, were amazing! 😋

The interior is absolutely beautiful—you really feel like you’re in a flower land. 🌸🌺 The atmosphere is unique and makes the place worth visiting.
Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy rice noodles! 🍜“

“Big Beef Bowl Hand-Pulled Noodle is such a long standing spot in Markham for a good reason.

Their lunch is tasty, fast, and inexpensive. $25 lunch combo for two people (Mon, Tues, and Thurs, opens at 11AM). It comes with 1 hot clay pot rice, 1 soup noodle, and a decent sized snack. A few choices for each of these items. Check the menu out. Honestly can't ask for more and this is why it gets jam packed easily at lunch time. Good news is that people are usually eat-and-go without sticking around for long. So even with the crowd, you might be able to get a seat in 10~15 min during the busiest time. Alternatively, quite a bit of people simply call-in for takeout's and Uber.

Awesome price-value, decent comfort food with great taste, jam-packed at lunch time. Not a bad choice.“

“Excellent Chinese restaurant, great atmosphere and delicious food, especially Lanzhou beef noodles. My girlfriend and I often lunch her, and because of the pandemic, we are now ordering delivery. Very fast, tasty and not expensive. ps. You should definitely try fried noodles, chunks of lamb, and barbecue skewers.“

“I was feeling overwhelmed and hungry and stumbled upon this place by chance. It looked cool, so I decided to give it a try. I really love the intimacy and care put behind both the atmosphere and the food. It was a healing experience, and I want this place to continue to flourish, yet I respect and appreciate the vibe it’s going for. So if I ever bring a bigger group of people to try the food, I’ll be sure to order take-out and eat it either on the benches outside or elsewhere.

I’ve been struggling a lot lately, and the wonton soup and egg noodles were just what I needed. It was very comforting on a rainy night. Next time, I hope to try the braised beef noodles and the typhoon broth. I have another thing to look forward to in life, and thus, this is another experience at a restaurant that has earned a special place in my heart. I really love when food is handled with genuine passion, it’s inspiring.

“My first time here. A friend of mine brought me for lunch. I had the spicy beef rib with wide noodles, the cold tripe salad, beef skewers and the shredded pork on bun. I would definitely recommend this spot. I will definitely come back with my wife.“

“The Big Trio is my go-to place for wonton noodle twice a week. Their beef tripe is also very tasty and tender. However the combinarion of wonton and tripe is the best. Add a bit of chilli oil...oh my.... my stomach thanks me for it. I think i am addicted to it. ;)“

“Food is mid, 3/5. There are better noodles in the area but this is not bad for the price. We tried the dry noodles and braised beef noodles with soup as well as a few cold dishes.

Service is excellent though - very quick and they gave me a hair tie, bib and basket for my jacket and bag.“

“Paik's Noodle is one of the most well-known Korean Chinese fusion restaurants in Korea. It got popular because of the tasty food with a cheaper price. It was pretty crowded but the restaurant was spacious and pleasant and the servers were very kind. I had the typical combo: Jajangmyeon, Champong, and Tangsooyuk. Tangsooyuk was as good as what I had in Korea. I think a lot of people will have different views on the taste of Champong but it was worth trying. The soup totally wad different from before and changed completely to smoky taste! I enjoyed this restaurant overall and would definitely come back.“

“Had a great time at Omni Noodle. The place was lively and full of customers. Ordered their brisket noodle soup with medium round noodles and got some dumplings on the side to share. The broth was very comforting and the chunks of brisket were so tender! The dumplings had a great chew to them and the vinegar they were drowned in elevated the dish. I could order 10 more of these!“

“Fantastic noodle place! Not only authentic taste but also carefully made food. Noodle and ho fun are tasty and also have the right amount of chew. Many places have ho fun but they tend to be flat and limp, broken up and sometimes clumped together. This place’s ho fun is soft but just chewy enough, long strands that are separated. Even the wonton soup tastes so authentic with 大地魚湯 taste! Wontons are good but the cuttlefish balls and fried lang yu kao are just delicious! Slightly sweet, fresh and taste like the ocean, with the right amount of 爽 and chew. Not thirsty at all after the meal. Very friendly and courteous staff too, with fast service. They also have wontons, fish balls, even some dim sum dishes for takeout. Super reasonable prices.

Will definitely go again and also try out other branches in GTA!“

“Although the restaurant is small, it feels very warm and cozy. The rice noodles taste great, and the soup is rich and flavorful. They also offer some Yunnan snacks, such as beef pancakes, which I order every time. I often come here for a bowl of rice noodles after playing badminton nearby—it’s very satisfying and relaxing.“

“I ordered Combo C and gimbap after reading the reviews, and honestly, the Jjambbong broth has got to be the best in Toronto. It’s a real hidden gem. The Jjambbong was so good that we started with soju and ended up mixing Somaek and having a blast.

Quite busy during normal lunchtime; plenty of seating during the weekday afternoon (2-4pm). A bowl of sliced (knife cut) noodles can be had for just $10, tastes great and is stomach filling. “Chai Kee has similar style as the previous Jim Chai Kee in Richmond hill. The difference is that this one is self served style with a famous speciality - pork liver noodle. Pork liver is something you cannot make it well and at Chai Kee, it is very well made. Their menu is somewhat specialized a beef, pork liver and fish ball (more like fresh fish paste) . They have nice noodles , deep fried fish skin and for some reason, they have condensed milk toast with milk tea. I have been there at least four times :) At the beginning , it was very crowded but now it is a nice busy pace. I love their pork liver and beef noodle . I also had fish ball and liver noodle too. What I liked about them: 1. Amazing price 2. Good food and the pork liver is amazing 3. Very clean 4. Nice service So I’d recommend chai Kee for a good wholesome noodle place For an amazing price“
