“One of my go-to places at First Markham food court. Pictured is Chicken Korea which has good portions of rice, chicken and cooked bean sprouts with miso soup, always satifying. If you're extra hungry then get the combo with tempura (I'm practically bursting after that one). Cash only and tax included, overall great value.“

“This place was a life saver during my pregnancy. Love that they have so much variety with their menu and all of it was done pretty well. Definitely my go to whenever I had a craving. When I ordered California rolls while pregnant, they made sure there was no cross contamination and separated out the fish roe. You can tell that they care about their customers.“

“I forgot what top tier sushi tasted like. Their menu is very limited, but everything is masterfully made. The rice is nicely cooked, the pieces are not too big and the rice isn’t too packed. Every slice of fish is exactly the same size. Those details are often missing from other take out sushi places in the city.“

“A small sushi takeout place. They offer most of the popular sashimi, sushi and maki rolls. Decent food quality, very nice presentation as always. If you plan to try it during the weekend, advance order is recommended as there are always many orders in the queue.“

Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. “I recently visited Markham Sushi and the waitress Maggie was excellent and very pleasant to all the customers. Our meal was served exactly as ordered and her service was great. The tempura was perfect and will be sure to visit again. Maggie was very welcoming, and greeted all the customers with a lovely smile. 😊“

“We always come here for the $23 Torched combo that comes with torched nigiri, torched roll, and miso soup. Sooo yummy 🥢🍣🤤.

“This sushi outlet is located inside King Square shopping centre at Woodbine and 16. I bought a Salmon set which is tasty and fresh. Included is a simple salad and ice tea. Very well packed and served. Service is normal and uneventful. Unfortunately, the mall food court is only ok because existence of a fly and some fruit flies. Otherwise, this sushi outlet is good.“
