“I would like to share my experience about the speed and efficiency of service at this Tim Hortons location. All the staff are very polite and organized. They greet customers with smiles, which in itself helps to ease the stress of daily life. I can say this is one of the best Tim Hortons branches. In my opinion, these employees must have been trained by someone who not only has a good nature but is also very organized in their personal life. One of the employees who took my order and prepared it very quickly was named Juhi. After asking around, I learned that the person managing all these staff members is named Mark. Great job!

“The coffee is always fresh, and the food is prepared quickly without compromising quality. What stands out the most is their attentiveness and professionalism, even under pressure. It’s clear they work hard day and night.

“Great customer service by Gurleen . I just came at this location for a coffee but ended up buying a whole combo as they offered their new brownie which was scrumptious. She not only took my order but gave the food in seconds which was pretty enough to start my work today.“
“Ordered only 2 coffees through mobile pickup and to start right away i was 7 min away when i ordered when i got there i still had to wait another 6 min. Whats the point if i had to wait. I understand if it was busy only 4 people were there and 4 staff member“

“Today i grabbed a coffee and a bagel from this location which was made really good,
First i drove into their drive thru i was greeted with a big smile and happy attitude,
Then I walked inside the store to see them working inside, they were really working hard, i loved the items displayed in their showcase (no flies), cleaned exterior,
And chocolate dip donut made my mouth fill of water so bought 1 to try,...REALLY GOOD.
Overall, everything was great, and staff has shown improvement. Keep it up, Cheers.“
“I stopped by this Tim Hortons around 6:30 pm on my way home from work to grab a hot chocolate, and what a delightful experience it turned out to be! The service and atmosphere at this location were exceptional, and full credit goes to the amazing team working there, particularly Muskaan, Vaishali, and Aman.
These three ladies brought such a warm and positive vibe to the restaurant. They had everything perfectly managed, and their attention to detail and dedication to customer service were top-notch. From their friendly smiles to their efficient service, they truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed.
My 20-30 minute stop turned into a refreshing and uplifting break from my day, thanks to the wonderful atmosphere they created. It’s rare to find such a well-organized and customer-focused team, and these three deserve all the appreciation for their hard work and positive energy.

“Good little operation that can get quite busy. Hoping owner sees this and puts 2-3 seats against the window where the ice treats freezer currently is, (I know it's owned by Esso but hoping a deal can be made so I can sit and enjoy my coffee with a view). Two or three stools with a ledge?“

There is plenty of parking available, which is convenient and makes it easy to access the location at any time. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and enjoyable.

“This is the only Tim Hortons open at Markham Stouffville that serves cold drinks and it’s always a pleasure visiting! The team here is always friendly, kind and fast to make our orders. The line moves very quickly and the store is clean inside and out. Shout out to Radika and her team, especially the ones working during the morning rush on Oct 4! :)“

“Today the lady at the drive through who took my order was very nice and Professional. Once i got to the window to get my order, the lady who gave my order was equally welcoming and deserves 5 star . I spilled my coffee alittle and it was my fault but she insisted on changing it for me . Thank you and keep up the good work guys !“
“I occasionally stop here in the morning when it's busy and I really have to commend the staff on their efficiency. Easily one of the fastest drivethrus I've ever been to! Even with a long line of cars, I'm rarely there for more than 2-3 min. Keep it up!“
“Driving through this place is like a breath of fresh air—if that air were infused with pure joy and a hint of coffee! The amazing ladies behind the counter are always so happy, smiley, and friendly that I half-expect them to break into song. Seriously, they’re like the Avengers of customer service, tackling the chaos of a busy restaurant with grace and speed.
I swing by on my way to the office and, despite the hustle and bustle, they always greet me like I’m the VIP of the day. Forget other locations; this crew is the real deal! I’ve never seen such a delightful bunch of beautiful ladies making my mornings brighter.
Huge shoutout to you all for making my coffee runs a highlight of my day. I know firsthand how challenging it is to keep things running smoothly in a busy restaurant, so keep up the great work. You’ve earned my loyalty—and my caffeine addiction!
