“We were hungry after visiting Niagara Falls and found Rok’s as we drove by. We had the Yang nyum and the Kal Bi fried chicken meals, they came with fries and radishes. I can’t even put into words how tasty both flavors were, everyone enjoyed it. I even dreamt about it for a few days afterwards, it was that good. I live in Maryland and I’m thinking about driving back to Canada just for this chicken!! Come to the US please.”

“I called the week before arriving to inquire about a large group seating, the hostess took my name, number and size of party. She asked me to call the day before to confirm, which I did. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait a little bit so current diners could finish up and give the staff time to setup for the 38 of us. I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was for the size of our group. A group of 38 adults and youth hockey players from is a lot to handle. Not one complaint from our large group. I would definitely recommend and will, happily, return when in the area again.”

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “I usually visit Bombay Mart for Indian groceries and street food. Today, I was assisted by a short girl with glasses nearby 5:15 pm who served me with great care. The chili cheese fries she made were delicious. Everything was excellent, including their prices, which are very reasonable.”

Vegetarian options: The impossible Whopper is there veggie burger. It's big like the whopper, vegan, and delicious. Fries taste fresh and delicious. Not packed with salt.

Parking: You can enter the parking lot from two directions. Plenty of space.”

Need work on the cleanliness of the washroom area, which is the walls, the area behind the toilets, the hallway..etc. I will recommend setting up a timer for the staff to check the washroom area an hourly. Two of my kids got strawberry New York cheesecake pancakes while the other got a blueberry cheesecake pancake. Damn these were amazing, I almost regret not getting them now! Also the washrooms aren't in the venue, you need to leave and go into the casino which is weird.”

“We had an amazing dinner at Copacabana Brazilian Steak House in Niagara Falls last night which was amazing as always but I have to do a special shoutout to Liam the meat cutter. There were business owners sitting at our table, many of which hire young workers and he was a fabulous young man with exceptional customer service. “Honestly, I don't understand why this place only has three stars. The place is really nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Went there for the breakfast buffet at around 12:30 pm. in the afternoon, and food was on point. My only complaint was that the friend chicken was fried hard, and it needed a little more seasoning. Also, they just need more hot lamps to have the food heated. Outside of these observations, the food was great, and for $12.99, it's a steal. Especially for breakfast buffet which is close to impossible to find in Canada - I'd take this place any day.”

Our first visit was summer 2022, and we've been back a couple times each year since, we live close - Niagara on the Lake, and love it for a nice night out, even with the children. service has always been exemplary! “My first experience at the tower and the view was really cool. I got a lot of pictures since we were seated by the window. As for food - Calamari and French Onion Soup were great appetizers. So fresh and delicious! We also had the Seafood Symphony and Angus steak which were very tasty as well. The Salmon was done perfectly.”

“I honestly feel this is the best there is as far as Indian Food. The flavors were perfect ,bold , delicious ?. Just the right touch of everything. My boyfriend and I just kept looking up at each other in utter Delight and amazement . Each bite just got better and better . We had Butter Chicken , The Chickpea Masala and of course Garlic Nan . Aside from the food ,the location is great and so was the customer service. I can’t wait to return .?Next visit I will be sure to take a few pics if I can draw myself away from the actual food .”
