“Tried this place for the first time because of their fun $15 all you can stack challenge. It was the second last day during a weekend night when we tried. When we arrive most trays are empty. But we still able to have fun for the stack. And the food are surprising good, especially the soup base was delicious! So far the best malatang we have ever tried! Will definitely come back!“
“I didn't find anything special. Although I ordered the soup pot to be mildly spicy, it had no spice flavor at all, which didn't help to stimulate my appetite. The food was self-service; you just select it and then it's prepared in the kitchen before being added to the pot. I pretty much took a bit of everything except for the red meat, but none of them absorbed the flavor of the soup. The pork and chicken pieces were pan-fried, which tasted pretty good, but I didn't take much of those, so it wasn't enough to improve my overall impression.“
“This is my favourite hotpot place. I love the soup based and the sauce options here. The meat usually is great quality and they have a pretty decent selection of stuff. Overall delicious!I really hope they take this feedback into consideration but the condensation/humidity is pretty horrible during busy hours and makes it really uncomfortable. You can tell immediately when you enter because all the windows and glass are fogged up permanently. I think having a ventilation system that is more efficient may help the dining experience feel much better.“
“We went here for the first time late at night 11pm. We were surprised by all the complimentary things and the service was impeccable. Lemon water?! Lens wipes?! Mouth wash in the washroom?! Complimentary ice cream?! Offered to skin my shrimp?! This place treated us like royalty and our server Derek was the best. He was so cool and hospitable. Took care of us super well. Great service.“
“Dinner, ultimate respect, top quality and true beauty. I don’t remember being treated so well at a restaurant, maybe ever. The wonderful lady who took care of us was named Navin. She is truly a dream come true. The caring, patience and explanations she gave us at this restaurant blew my mind. Then it became apparent, the entire staff appreciates that you came for a meal. Big or small, late or early, it’s worth the trip.Watch the mask on the performer! But Navin took my heart when she showed true caring for my Dad. If you want to be respectfully loved at a restaurant in Markham, plus eat some great healthy food, you have to try Haidilao!I’ll be back!! For real!! Soon!!“
“Thank you all the staff at restaurant for the amazing dinning experience. The food was fresh and varied, and the service was exceptional. Staff was sooooooooo friendly and professional, and made the experience memorable. Highly recommended! The Perfect Choice if you want to try hot pot in GTA!??“
“Excellent quality and choices for foodSauce counter with fried rice and chickenThe staff is humble and has lots of patienceI felt a bit pricy but worth the food servedThe place is small and but crowed on Saturday nightThey should implement the iPad ordering than ordering through the serversI will surely go back to this place“
“Liu Yishou is a self-service hot pot restaurant that has sent away countless other well-known hot pot restaurants. Its existence must be justified! Not much to say about taste and price. Just tell us about our dining experience. Yesterday, our family of five and our friend's family of four had an appointment with Liu Yishou. Because there are several children, the ordinary seats are not suitable for us to sit together. The handsome yellow-haired guy Liu Yishou used a friendly attitude and actively helped us arrange and change seats, so that we could finally sit at the same table and dine happily! During the meal, the children's plates and snacks were delivered, and they often paid attention to the children's eating habits and needs. Finally, toys were given to the children. The Coke and Sprite I ordered during this period were all canned. Compared to those made by machines and placed in cups, the experience was very good! At least you don’t have to worry about the zombie Coke and Sprite that have been out for a long time, have no gas, and may be unhygienic. The price/performance ratio is very high, the taste is good, and the service is close to that of Haidilao in China. It is very reasonable for this family to have a long life!Kid-friendliness: There are child seats and toys“
“Good variety of choices, service was great, atmosphere was meh - a bit crammed - you can barely fit your plates and would have to stack them. The staff was attentive and offered bibs to avoid any splash from the soup and often refilled our soups.Even if you don't order any of the spicy soups, do expect some throat irritation from inhaling the Sichuan peppers in the air.The one thing I didn't appreciate was how selfish some customers are and will just raid the entire "expensive" shellfish section. While it is ayce, you should have done basic etiquette to allow other customers to get some too. I've seen some savages stack their plates as if they're not able to eat like this again.“
“1. Food - good! Came out hot. Green curry chicken, cashew chicken, beef pad see ew were all tasty. We asked for curry dish to be very spicy and I think that was a mistake as it took away from the flavor. One criticism was that the curry was too runny. Maybe we could have asked for it to be made thicker. We prefer that. But food was good. 2. Service - we reserved our table for dinner and the server sat us at the wrong table so she apologetically asked us to move. When we asked for water we had to ask more than once. It was busy at the time but with the spicy food it would have been nice to get it fast. We ordered three dishes. Two came very quickly. We finished them and the third hadn't arrived yet. We had to ask a server for its whereabouts and then he brought it. It was very hot so maybe it just took longer to prepare but I actually think they forgot about it. The service was a 3/5 but the food was good so it balances out. 3. Ambiance - nice interior. Wood panelling. Booths. Very cozy.“
“Chuan Chuan Xiang buffet??The tomato pot is very rich! Don’t be too crazy when you dip it into mahjong~ The coriander beef is really delicious! The buffet also has steamed buns, sesame balls, fruits, and ice cream. It’s really worth it! !“
“Good food, friendly staff, many many options, also have skewers/kebab. Can't say enough good things about it. They even have free pop.Love their coconut chicken soup based, can't find it like that anywhere else. Other places have it, but they always taste a little off. They also have triple flavour option too.Overall great place and good prices“
“Food was pretty good, we got some wagyu as well and that was excellent. The service was a bit of a mess though. The girl who served us talked really fast and was giving off the feeling of being impatient while taking the order but walked around the restaurant really slowly lol she also didn't go into any detail about how things work. As an example, when she brought us water she still hadn't brought us cups which normally wouldn't be a big deal but then she brought 3 cups over then took one away to bring to another table even though there was 3 of us sitting at the table ? it was almost so bad that it was more funny then anything else. The sauce station was also never stocked properly. Missing ingredients every time we went over. Highly recommend figuring out a better system for that for better customer experience.“
“My kids and I love this place. The staff is always very nice and helpful, the food is delicious with lots of options for everyone. We have been many times and will continue to come here.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian friendly options, a variety of noodles and vegetables available with vegetable soup bases.Parking: Parking is okay. Sometimes it's a little hard to get a close spot.Kid-friendliness: They've always been very accommodating for my children and friendly.“
“Came for their $19.99 basic lunch AYCE and ordered two soup base, the total was around $30. Although basic set only include three kinds of meat and three kinds of sea food, me and my frds had a really good time enjoying the food in 2hrs. The overall experience is really good and will definitely come again!“
“This Xiaobiandan Hotpot Restaurant is reasonably priced and the food are fresh, with lots of choices and varieties of vegetables and meat. We enjoyed the New Zealand lamb slices that comes with the ‘All You Can Eat’!! Also included were fresh beef slices, green onion pancakes, sesame balls, fried buns, beef tongue (which we didn’t try) together with fresh fruits and Chinese sweet desserts too. The staffs were very friendly and nice. We managed to ask for an English menu and ordered what we wanted (pork soup & spicy soup base). The spicy soup base is very, very spicy so we asked for less spicy and we enjoyed the meal very much. The place is clean with lovely wall art and decorations. Highly recommended for those who want to try some spicy hotpot in Toronto Chinatown! Cheers!!“
“We went today at 7:00 pmOur second visit this week to Haru Shabu Shabu was an absolute delight, offering an exceptional shabu shabu dining experience.Despite being responsible for cooking our own food, the staff at Haru Shabu Shabu remained attentive and accommodating throughout our meal. Their constant check-ins ensured that we had everything we needed, from the freshest ingredients to the flavorful broths and condiments. The quality of the ingredients provided for the shabu shabu was outstanding. Each item, from the thinly sliced meats to the crisp vegetables, was of the highest quality, allowing us to create a delicious and satisfying meal tailored to our preferences.A special mention must be made for Ms. Sarah and the rest of the staff, whose warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. Their willingness to assist us and ensure our comfort made us feel welcome and appreciated. We look forward to returning for more delightful meals in the future and hope creme brulee will be back.“
“A really great store! ! ! The store clerks are super friendly! Friends who are trying to lose weight but are hungry like me! Fu Niu is really a great choice! The beef is cooked according to the small label and it is very tender! But my heart falls in love with the slippery cow! Beef tendon is the best when cooked soft and glutinous! After all the meat is cooked, finally cook the noodles, put the meat slices, meatballs, celery, noodles in a bowl and top with the cooked beef broth, and you have a bowl of beef soup noodles! The first bowl of soup before shabu-shabu is a light, original soup, and the last bowl of soup powder is the finishing touch Love it! ! ❤️“
“Had best Malatang here! Ingredients were so fresh, and soup was perfectly seasoned with right amt of spice (for me ?). I ordered medium spice lvl and it was really good! I liked that soup wasn't too greasy with good amt of saltiness. If you love malatang go hereee!+its in dt Chinatown so parking will be difficult.+pick up ingredients first and bring up to the front and tell the server what soup base you want. If you can't tolerate spice, there's tomato soup base.“
“my visit to this Chinese hot pot restaurant was an unforgettable culinary adventure. From the captivating ambiance and mouthwatering flavors to the impeccable service and communal dining experience, every element came together flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable and authentic taste of Chinese hot pot.“
“Taste: 4.5/5 Good variety of broths and ingredients. The broths we had: mala spicy and tomato. Both were pretty flavourful. Good price. Vibe: 3.5/5 The resto can accommodate about 50 people. For large groups (10 or more) you can reserve a private room. (Better book 1 week ahead.) Service: 4/5 Mostly self-served but the servers were nice.“
“This kbbq place has the best cuts of meat for a really good price!Everything is ordered on a tablet which made service quick and efficient but regardless the staff was really attentive and made sure we always had our sides refilled. We really enjoyed the beef, honeycomb porkbelly and cold noodles.“
“It is my first time going there with my family of 4. We order the grill and hotpot. The broths are so good, the portion size is great! I have to change my reservation twice and they are very accommodating. The only downfall is that we waited at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. I definitely recommend. Be sure to make reservation ahead of time and I would not order all the food at once.“
“Un très belle expérience ! Le hot pot était très bon, les ingrédient également. Nous avions choisi un bouillon blanc et un autre épicé. L'épicé était un peu trop pour moi mais très très bon ! On a eu la chance d'avoir une musique live. A moins que ce ne soit toujours le cas ? En tout cas, une très belle soirée !“
“this was my first time ever trying hotpot and it is now officially my favourite as well! they have such a large variety, the soup is delicious, and for the price you pay the service is amazing! would definitely recommend.. make sure to go with a big appetite!Vegetarian options: they have vegetarian broth options which is super convenient“

“Came to have dinner here with my friends and catch up. We got seated right away even though we had a big group and they got us water right after. We ordered a bunch of food family style and it was delicious we couldn’t help ourselves. The food was flavourful and for those who can handle it I would definitely recommend their spicier dishes. They steamed buns were definitely one of my favourites. This location is an amazing place to take your family and friends and I look forward to coming again!“
