“Hy’s Vancouver is always dependable. Our waiter was a very pleasant, well-spoken, and well-trained fellow named Christophe. He prepared us a round of Caesar salads table side and his wine service was impeccable. My NY strip was perfect and my son enjoyed his dry-aged steak very much (gotta try it at least once). This type of experience is the norm at Hy’s Vancouver, not the exception.“

“I’ve loved this place for a long time, and although I felt like their quality and service dipped a little bit during and right after Covid, it’s clear after returning last week that they are back on their stride!Steak was fantastic, they made the biggest table side Caesar I’ve ever seen them make since there was 3 of us sharing 1 which was really nice! Steak tartare was phenomenal, and we also had the onions and pasta which were both great too.If you’ve got a special occasion, you can’t go wrong dining here. Still one of my favorite steakhouses in the world.“

“I love this restaurant and I feel lucky that it’s in my neighbourhood. The food is sophisticated and pretty and the staff are genuine and kind. When we want to treat ourselves or take out a friend or family member, we know it will always be delicious. A rare find!“

“FOOD: very good bread and butter.• Sizzling Crab Cake: I don't think the sizzling part make the crab cake become any different, it's already a good crab cake. I guess to make it more fancy. Lots of crab that I think it should be called crab balls rather than crab cake.• Caesar Salad: great portion, they made very good dressing and I could tell the cheese is great quality.• Ribeye: I'd recommend this is for share as it's relatively big piece of steak. It's seared in butter and it's still sizzling hot when served. There's lots of butter so the steak stay juicy and warm until the end.DRINKS:• Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo: fruity and quite sweet.• Blueberry Spice Mojito: the drink is huge, refreshing and fruity.SERVICE: I was surprised that the kitchen divided all the food in half when we said we shared the food. The steak was served by 3 servers, everything was still burning hot when it reach the table. Service was 10/10.VIBE: the place was almost dead empty, the vibe was upscaled but a bit cold so it doesn't seem very welcome.“

“I wanted to say I huge thank you to Greg!! For making it an our first experience at Wildfire so much fun and I would love him to serve our group again. He was compassionate, understanding and patient with all the questions and concerns we had about food and drinks. He lead us to some amazing recommendations! Overall would come back just to be served by him again! Thank you so much again!!“

“First time at Blackhorn tonight. This is a 60+ yr old school establishment, but somehow always missed it. Been looking to fill the spot since Smith Brothers closed during covid.Had their lamb chops, chicken souvlaki, peppercorn steak, and rib eye special. Everything was cooked to temperature and delicious. Meals come with a side of fries or potatoes, veggies and salad or soup, great value overall.See them replacing both our Steakhouse and Greek food cravings. Sorry Danforth.We'll be back.“

“This was our first experience @ Chop but it most definitely will not be our last. The service was exceptional, our server Michael was a pleasure and always on the ball...amazing atmosphere, food was better then all the feedback we've gotten from previous customers and we can't wait to go back. Highly reccomend this restaurant, not only for the food but if you are as lucky as us to get Michael as your server, he won't disappoint!“

“Food was delicious - peppercorn filet mignon to die for. Great service. I might suggest a redecorate - 80s style decor is confusing with the 40s music playing and the period paintings. “I have been to BlueBlood multiple times and it never disappoints! It is truly the best steakhouse in the GTA. Everything from the atmosphere to service level to food quality is outstanding. I feel truly taken care of whenever I visit and this will forever be my favourite restaurant! Thank you to BlueBloods beautiful team for always providing an amazing experience. Whatever you’re doing, keep up the good work! I appreciate you all! And if anyone gets a chance to come here, this is your sign to try it out! 5 stars from me always. <3“

“Came here for happy hour and got the meatballs, popcorn chicken, stk frites and a handful of drinks. The music and atmosphere was the perfect mix of fancy/casual and our server Ryan had the perfect recommendations. Overall his service and the food was amazing and we’ll be back many times.“

“My partner and I could not have been happier with the food and service. I cannot overstate how delicious the food was. We each ordered the Kobe Tenderloin. The cuts were brought to the table for approval before they were cooked. The other various cuts of meats were also shown prior to selection. Our waitor Vig, was attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Black & Blue to anyone looking for an elevated steakhouse experience.“

“Phenomenal wine list; A little pricey for some of the types but a good variety. The food was exceptional. Good value, large portions. Our server Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything came a good pace, where you don't feel rushed and you weren't waiting and wondering. A large comfortable space, nicely decorated. The booths are private and it made it easy to carry on a conversation without feeling like you had to talk over others conversations.“

“Cesar our waiter was amazing. We came for my dad birthday and he made it absolutely wonderful. He catered to all our needs and even made sure we were stocked up on pineapple (would 10/10 recommend). He is such a gem and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease.“

“We brought our sons 7 & 5 for a family celebration and the service was amazing! They made us feel so special (brought the kids ice cream & wrote congratulations on the plate with strawberry sauce) & came to congratulate our kids. Food was amazing- especially the table side caesar salad. A wonderful evening!“

“Black Angus Steakhouse is a fantastic restaurant to visit !Located right in the heart of the North York area , located on Bloor Street, Black Angus Steakhouse is a luxury to visit!The staff at Black Angus Steakhouse are really cool, down to earth and able to assist with the menu. The staff are really awesome and provide for you as much information as possible.The waiting staff are really nice and provide for you with a lot of respect and treat you really nice as well.The menu at Black Angus Steakhouse ? is a great for your wallet. The menu has a mixture of steaks that are available to you and come from various prices ranging from $50 to $150. It's all a matter of what you're into and what you are looking to experience. If you are into a T-bone 40 ounce steak, by all means you are more than welcome to have one.When I arrived at Black Angus Steakhouse, I opted in for the 18 ounce Medium well, Steak and Fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and I was able to eat everything.Also, at Black Angus Steakhouse, you do have a variety of other dishes to choose from such as salads, pasta, appetizers, and dessert.The cheesecakes were made to perfection and I was able to enjoy every bit of it.I'll definitely be back at Black Angus Steakhouse as it's a great restaurant to visit and great for the area and its surroundings.“

“No question food is top shelf as are the prices. Atmosphere not entirely becoming of said prices. The downer was the $5.00 coat fee!!! You're dropping almost $200 per person and they charge a coat fee...Service & attention was excellent.“

“New to the area for the second time here, the first visit service was great, second visit the waiter was extremely rude snatch wine glasses off the table came early with the cheque he was doing everything he could to get us to leave so that he could turn over his table. He treated everyone as if we were there for a one time visit and would never see us again. We will be back again but will not be seated with him.“
