Over the holidays, I bought lottery tickets as small Christmas gifts for the staff, hoping to share some happiness and show my appreciation for all their hard work.

Today I felt a bit sad though. I greeted Shamim in our language, but she replied in English and asked for my order in English. I understand this is Canada and it’s a multicultural country where English is commonly used — I just wanted to share that those small moments of connection in our own language really meant a lot to me.“

“Everytime I visit this location they have been professional, efficient and friendly. As someone who needs their coffee to function for the day, this is a great spot to pick up fresh coffee and they have never gotten my order wrong which is something to appreciate.

Parking: It's at the gas station so about 6 to 8 spots, 2 of them are for handicap parking“

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.

Every time I see her behind the counter, I brace myself. It’s like customer service completely vanishes. I’m a loyal guest, not a burden — I deserve to be treated with basic respect.

There was one time I ordered a brown sugar iced latte — a simple request. But the milk had the worst aftertaste, like it had turned. I politely told her, hoping for understanding, but instead? She called me stupid for just asking for a new one. Stupid.

Now this part is for Tim Hortons head office... if you listen to your customer's feedback.

1- your breakfast sandwiches are becoming smaller and smaller !!! It is like a sample now... in addition, the sausage is becoming thinner and thinner... you hardly even taste the sausage. I am a person who has been having this for years and years... same thing.. breakfast sandwich, double toasted , on a biscuit with sausage !!! It used to be juicy, large enough, you taste the sausage etc...
1st bad decision was this egg thing.. maybe people think it is an egg versus the old scrambled or so... this new whole egg is always soooooooo dry, over cooked for maybe hours with this yolk cover becomes green... taste is not good too...
2nd : the sausage is becoming thinner and thinner, it is about to disappear.. I feel it is like a thin piece of ham or turkey.. it has become tasteless to the extent that if you buy the breakfast sandwich with or without the sausage, it is same taste !!!
Why I still order it!!! Cause the only thing I used to like and it is in circumstances where tim hortons is the only option.
I don't understand why most restaurants, increased prices AND reduced size and portion.... !!!
Soooo at this point my husband was still hungry, so he wanted to get a bagel!!!!
Let me say, tim hirton bagels are wonderful !!! My favorite is the 12 grain bagel !!! Simply wow. Sooooo ella?? Where is the problem?? I NEVER order it except if I buy a dozen or half a dozen to eat at home with cream cheese !!! Okkkkkkkk sooo the problem is the cream cheese.. not the cream cheese itself , it is actually what they put.. they hardly put any cream cheese... you might tell me that they use the same scoop !!! Well think again, this scoop must be FULLLLLL not an EMPTY CIRCLE!! you see the difference. !!! I even had to return the bagel and cancel my order, I always monitor how they fill it and they always use ( or most of the times ) the trick of the hallow scoop!! And when I ask them to add more cheese, they said you have to pay extra!!! Soooo I PAID EXTRA THAT DAY, to get the same , hardly any cheese bagel. I told the rep that I asked and PAID for more cheese and the reply was that's what it is !! So I answered, so if you want me to eat what you like, keep it for yourself and return my money and that's what they did.. since that day, I never order a bagel with cream cheese and concentrated on things like the breakfast sandwich where the portion is not based on who is doing the sandwich !!!
Sooo , my husband still bought the bagel and they didn't disappoint me !!! Hardly any cream cheese !!!!
Tim hortons, please see a way to keep the quality, your stores differ, based on owner , some are generous and others are so stingy even with the dressing in a sandwich...
At the end, sorry but these things have been annoying me for years and it is becoming worse. Maybe you are making sales but eventually the customers will notice and stick to just a coffee or a tea !!!“
