“I went to this Tim Hortons location three days ago. I go there to use the washroom. There was a boy cleaning it at the time he saw me and said, “I’m done cleaning, just for you, ma’am. Now you can use this fresh and clean washroom,” while smiling and nodding his head. That small moment made my whole day!😂😂 And the coffee was perfect, just the way I like it.“

“I enjoy lattes, chai tea, pepperoni, bagels with cheese, and pizza at Tim's. However, I am concerned about the sugar content in this shop. I'm not sure how much sugar Tim uses, but it isn't healthy for everyone. I believe Canada needs to reconsider the use of sugar in everything.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.

However the lady there working so nice that I even remember her 10 years after she served me. Probably she is over 30-35 years old, I hope she is having a decent life. “I read the review below by muna and I have to say that it is a false negative review. I was at this location that night and the lady complaining was severely out of line from the start. The Tim Hortons employee did nothing wrong and it seems unfair that people can make false accusations when they themselves are the ones creating a negative atmosphere because of childish antics. Also, there was no choking involved whatsoever.

“During my visit to this location, I was greeted by Salmon, who is always friendly, attentive and passionate for what he does. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and variety of food and beverage available. Although it can get busy, I was served quickly and received my items to perfection. “I picked up a coffee here in the morning and the service was pretty good. There is usually a line up as its a pretty popular location for coffee pick up.

This location is within the mall and there is pretty much plenty of free parkong outside.

The coffee was freshly brewed and nice. The staff was pretty nice and fast and I had a great experience.

“If you hearing about Tim Hortons that are abusing the foreign workers wage subsidy while this one Tim Hortons franchise doesn’t. They have Canadians from youth to young and older adults working this restaurant and the service is extremely great, Friendly and I can listen fully understand the staff member taking orders from the restaurant orders. Food is high quality and coffee is perfect. They also really fast too when it comes to orders. I recommend only stopping at Tim Hortons. The best one I would say in Toronto.“
