“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.

The Tim Hortons employee did nothing wrong and it seems unfair that people can make false accusations when they themselves are the ones creating a negative atmosphere because of childish antics. “It's a Tim Hortons in a gas station. That said it doesn't have some items like espresso but staff are friendly. I would strongly suggest ordering through the mobile app to pick up as the line can be a pain and often in the morning extends to the door. Sit in your car, order on the app then pump your gas (if you are there for gas) and go in and pick up your order. For the month of March 2020, you also get 2 virtual roll up chances per beverage when you purchase through the app.“

Through the last few years, visiting this location has been an important daily ritual for us and they always seem to be running well with great communication and relationships between the staff. “I picked up a coffee here in the morning and the service was pretty good. There is usually a line up as its a pretty popular location for coffee pick up.

This location is within the mall and there is pretty much plenty of free parkong outside.

The coffee was freshly brewed and nice. The staff was pretty nice and fast and I had a great experience.

There is also plenty of space inside to sit and enjoy if you need.“

Okay, real talk — there are three Tim Hortons near my house. Yep, three. I practically live in a Tim zone. But guess what? I still drive past the other two like they owe me money, just to come to this one. Why? Because the staff here are legends!
They’re fast, friendly, and somehow remember my complicated order better than I do (how do you do it?!). Even when the line looks like it’s stretching to the parking lot, they move things so smoothly you’d think they were running a Formula 1 pit stop. And they do it all with a smile — even before 7 AM. I don’t know what kind of caffeine superpowers they have, but I want in.
The drive-thru folks? Champions. The front counter team? Rockstars. The vibe? 10/10. Honestly, I come here more for the staff than the coffee… and I really like the coffee.
