“I went to this Tim Hortons location three days ago. I go there to use the washroom. There was a boy cleaning it at the time he saw me and said, “I’m done cleaning, just for you, ma’am. Now you can use this fresh and clean washroom,” while smiling and nodding his head. That small moment made my whole day!😂😂 And the coffee was perfect, just the way I like it.“

But the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.
