“Just came back from a celebratory birthday lunch! I have to say this place is AMAZING. Thank goodness they are only 10 mins away from me! Right away I noticed the lovely decor and ambiance! And they have the CUTEST authentic hand crafted ramen spoons! We had the meal for 4 which was absolutely PERFECT for us. The broth in all the dishes was excellent with just the perfect amount of spice. Love the vegetarian options! We had great service and food was served promptly. Will definitely visit again! “I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.”

“This place offers great specialty coffee. The mocha was really good, but my cappuccino was scorching hot, so I couldn't really enjoy it. I ended up drinking most of the mocha. The cookie I had was really good, and the savory Danish was alright. The staff was friendly, the vibes were chill, and the place was clean. All in all, we had a great experience. It's a great spot to hang out.

Parking: There are free street parking spaces in the area, but it may be difficult to find one during peak hours. Paid street parking is also available.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was top notch (one of the best I have seen in GTA). The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the drinks were pricey for the quantity. They tasted good but the quantity didn't justify the price of mocktails for me. But other than the small hiccup, we had a great time and will be looking forward to visiting again soon.”

“What a fantastic night we had at the Lion’s Den (private party space)! We recently had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands’ 50th birthday with family and friends. Servers Brody and Colleen were attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The space is perfect, a comfortable size for small to mid-sized groups. We ordered the Royal Bursa, Iskender Kebap, and Doner Salad, and all three dishes were exceptional. For drinks, we had the Ayran, Turkish coffee with grape juice, and Turkish tea. The Ayran was incredibly fresh, and the Turkish coffee with grape juice made for a delightful combo. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. A must-visit spot, and I'll definitely be back soon!”

I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!”

“Nice location , Nice Resturant. It a small but good fast food joint. Service was really up to the mark.
I thought it was only drive thru, but it has a sitting area inside and out side.

I ate masala veggie burger meal which was delicious. Also, i tried there blueberry pie which was delish too :)

I ordered a meal and staff did not punch the fries by mistake. I was willing to pay but they gave me for free which is a nice customer service!
I will defiantly go to this location.

“Staff was so welcoming and sweet when I visited… I made a very large order ($45+), and I hardly had to wait for it to be finished. But the service was not only fast, it was kind. Every staff members who interacted with me had a smile

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian “garden” sandwich, which was very yummy. As well, all food items have a “no-meat” option (eg. egg and cheese farmers wrap)… but in totality, the simply-cheese pizza is a must-have!

There are vegan options and the place is quite accessible for people in wheelchairs.
(I know about the bathroom's accessibility but not the entrance because I don't have a wheelchair)
There is no music, but that's a small minus, this place still deserves its 5 stars!

“ESM's has always been reliable to food quality and quantity for years and it rarely disappoints. You can't go wrong with the unlimited salads/soups and breads. One comment that has changed not only at ESM's, but with most franchised restaurants, is the quality of the service, which is probably more or a training issue, as there was a ton of staff at the restaurant, but the service and attention was somewhat slow, especially after we were seated and had to get someone's attention to start serving our table. Despite the large amount of staff, it seemed that the server appeared to be somewhat overwhelmed with this assigned section, due to a larger party seated near us. A 2nd server would have aided him immensely. Another issue, is the level of noise, which is to be expected, at a venue such as this. Definitely not a spot, for quiet dining, which we didn't expect regardless. Overall a good experience and will for the food options..Just some minor improvements can be made on the service side of the location and dividing up the sections to aid with the possible overwhelmed staff members.”

The food is AMAZING... you definitely get a lot of food for the price you pay. The chicken shawarma on z rocks (half rice/half fries) is a definite go-to! Overall, great restaurant with great food and great service -- 10/10 would recommend!”
