The broth in all the dishes was excellent with just the perfect amount of spice. Love the vegetarian options! We had great service and food was served promptly. Will definitely visit again! I was having trouble in the parking lot trying to get my google maps working. He came out to help me. He even opened up the restaurant for me to use the wifi. Definitely above and beyond the call.”

“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.
They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.”

From the planning stages to the end of the event, the entire experience was exceptional. l was the first to arrive to set-up the event. l was greeted and introduced to staff who would be hosting and offered help as soon as l entered. The help was very much appreciated because l had much to do with less than an hour to do it in. Besides helping, the staff cheered me on because it was obvious how harried l was. We had some requests that we didn't speak about during the planning stages and each and every request was accommodated. The flexibility and efforts of the staff to ensure our wishes were granted are very much appreciated. Glasses were re-filled and plates were cleared promptly. The dinner choices were many and the food was delicious! l 100% recommend hosting at Paradiso Oakville and hope to have the pleasure of returning many times. A heart-felt thank you. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!”

Nothing in the Niagara region has even come close. I am so glad that we found this restaurant. Everything was so fresh made and amazingly spiced. The naan was soooo delicious. The biryani had just the right level of heat, which was complemented by the raita. The palak paneer was smooth and tangy. The Tikka Masala was delicious, the vegetables still had a little crunch and weren't soggy. And the meat in both the biryani and the Masala were so tender. The kids loved it!!! Perfect texture and consistency and the vegan dairy free cheese is tasty.
