“Food was great, service was top notch!
Found came out quickly, i ordered the California wrap that comes with their potatoes. Great portion for 10.99+ tax. I was pretty hungry and it filled me right up. Staff here is very very kind and friendly, welcoming and very warm. You feel like you are walking into a family owned restaurant that genuinely cares about its customers and is very grateful for your business.

“We went Thursday night for half price wings. Wings were very good. Service very good as well. We started at a booth by the window and being very cold outside the draft came through the wall. We asked to move to another booth on the inside of the restaurant. Temperature was better but we still felt the restaurant temperature was cool. Otherwise very good“

I’ve been going to this location since I worked across the street back in 2014-2015, all these years later and still run by the most amazing family ever. They truly make you feel like you’re one of their family (Greek culture is incredible isn’t it? 🤍). “I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.

“Turtle Jacks is our local go to. I've always enjoyed the food there with year's of never an issue. However, last night was our first experience that will definitely play a roll on determining if we’ll go again. New waitress to the facility (little to no personality) messed orders and side shrimp (no scallops). Should have had sundried tomato and cream sauce which was forgotten. I can wait on my order to get corrected....things happen. It was the personality or lack there of that did it for me.“
