“These people are the sweetest. Just a good old fashioned Chinese take out. We have been going there for 15 years and they are the best around! Consistent quality, huge portions, and fast and friendly service. The menu hasn't changed and neither have the people lol we love Golden Leaf and recommend them as often as we can!“

“After my local Chinese restaurant closed down, I had a challenging time finding another place that made the dish called moo goo gai pan, similar to what they served.
But this place was nearly spot on, their sauce wasn’t watery, the chicken was velvety, and the flavours were very similar and tasted amazing!
I also ordered their orange chicken which was just as delicious, it wasn’t overly saucy and had a nice crispy crunch to it.
Their fried rice was flavourful as well and didn’t taste bland.

My only suggestion would be adding sweet baby corn and water chestnuts to it; that’d be the perfect moo goo gai pan for me.“

“Dragon House has been a staple Chinese takeout food place for me since I moved to Oakville last year.
Today, they absolutely knocked it out of the park and I just had to leave a review.
I ordered Vegetable Fried Rice, Garlic Brocolli, Kung Pao Vegetables and Tofu in black bean sauce (my favorite!).
As a vegetarian, good veggie options at Chinese restaurants are hard to find but this place offers so many options.

I'm surprised that they have a low rating on Google which I absolutely do not think that they deserve. The food is always fresh, flavorful and the portion sizes are huge! Great value for your money! This place is certainly a 10/10!“

“Amazing family owned reasonably priced Chinese food — best in the Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga region in my opinion.

For years, growing up my family and I went to the Mandarin but when i started ordering take out as i got older i wanted to try a local establishment.

Although this isn’t the closest location to my home, it definitely is worth the drive and passing the three other Chinese food locations that are close by.

The food is always delicious, I can tell that they use clean oil when frying their food which I was very important to me, and They use quality ingredients.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the restaurant is a little bit rundown since after Covid, But it definitely doesn’t take away from the amazing quality of the food.

Highly recommend anyone wanting to get some delicious food to try this out— a new year’s stable in our home & never disappointed!“
