“Pretty good spot for some halal jerk chicken. Tried a few items including the jerk chicken with rice and the bbq chicken sandwich. Both were quite good, flavourful. The portion sizes are quite generous. The only small critism was that wish the sides were a bit better. The coleslaw is great but the other items are ok.“

“Ordered 4 dishes: the mutton in the goat curry was super tender; the boneless chicken roti is great; the Chow mein with BBQ chicken were really tasty; and the doubles were surprisingly delicious and extremely fresh. Will definitely be back!“

“The Customer service was phenomenal! Came in with my cousins to get some takeout, the owner spoke to us and offered a lot of options since it was our first time they also gave us extra plates and utensils and extra of basically everything. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes, we had finished a movie and all of us were thirsty and the owner had provided us with water aswell! Highly recommend Calypso Queen in Whitby! And they are also a franchisee, hope this review helps bring you a lot of customers!“
