“This morning crew almost always makes my Americano perfectly! And it's annoyingly time-consuming with an extra espresso shot, so I appreciate you making it right when a lot of other locations do not. Also, morning crew customer service in particular is great :)“

“It's more the atmosphere that I love here. I love meeting up with friends here, and I see everyone I know. It's nice. The staff are great.. slow drive thru. But it's ok, they do well. My coffee is usually right. Not every time .. but they are gracious when it's wrong .“

Before he served us, he took an elderly lady's order and was so kind to her. When her order was ready, he brought it directly to her table. “Lovely service the other day when stopped in to get gas. The girl at the counter was quite cheerful and happy. It was so nice to receive service from a person who really enjoyed her job. “On Thursday, Nov 23rd I unfortunately had to visit the Oshawa hospital. I went to the Tim Hortons inside there, and I was truly in a sad place. I was greeted by a woman by the name Michelle. I believe she had red hair. She truly made me feel like I was important and not just another customer. I was sad that day she welcomed me with a smile she directed me to where to pick up my coffee. I was truly greadful for her kind words and manner in which she presented herself.
Your facility should be grateful for having a customer service rep like her. I would definitely come back just hoping to be served by Michelle again.
I hope she will get to see this as I would like to thank her for how she made me feel a little better that day.“

“Best Tim Horton's location I've been to in a long, long, time (and I'm on the road a lot). Service was super quick, friendly, and as ordered. Store was super clean and staff super professional. There is even a nice little landscaped area under a tree with large boulders for sitting and enjoying a little break. If I lived in the area, I'd be back every day.“
