From the moment I walk in, James greets me with genuine kindness and a warm smile that immediately makes the store feel more welcoming. He always takes the time to serve me with care, no matter how busy it gets, and he never loses his positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond in customer service the way he does. He remembers my usual order, is always patient, and makes sure that everything is right before handing it over. “The coffee was amazing ! During this visit they did not have dark roast so I just had the regular coffee and my god it was so perfect. Then I had a Nutella croissant and the pastry had such a fabulous crunch. I go to this Tim Hortons everyday after work and there is this really nice man there who remembers my order. I feel so valued as a Tim Hortons customer to have someone take the time to literally remember my order and my face to match the order every time. They were definitely understaffed.
It was crazy busy and they were trying hard to manage the orders. Kudos to them, because they needed extra hands. The tables needed cleaned and the bathroom was not great … but that was the 2pm crazy that was happening , not their fault. I would go back next time I’m going through there.“

“Best Tim Horton's location I've been to in a long, long, time (and I'm on the road a lot). Service was super quick, friendly, and as ordered. Store was super clean and staff super professional. There is even a nice little landscaped area under a tree with large boulders for sitting and enjoying a little break. If I lived in the area, I'd be back every day.“

“The atmosphere of the place is really nice and the way the seats are is so comfortable, it's also a great place to bring your friends to hangout too!

Kid-friendliness: My youngest friend went to order for a few people, and she's quite shy but had a easier time ordering then at other places, the workers are very welcoming and patient too!“

“Without a doubt, this is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—the food, the service, the speed, and especially the atmosphere. I ordered their new Supreme Stacked Sandwich (which I highly recommend), and it was prepared quickly and tasted phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.

What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. I was greeted with a warm, sincere smile and felt genuinely valued as a customer throughout my visit.
