“One of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. The staff are always polite and efficient. The service is efficient even during busy hours, and the place is always clean. The staff know many of the regulars by their order. My order is always made perfectly, and the coffee tastes great every single time. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee.“

“I just stopped by quickly to meet a potential landlord (good meeting) and yes for the very little time that I was there, I was able to relax and be comfortable while discussing my business. Most staff was alright, nothing to really complain about.
My grandson had a honey cruller because he's just a baby with no teeth lol so he was able to eat little pieces because it was very fresh and tasty. (Nana had a little bite too)
And my coffee was quite hot but it was yummy as well.
So my altogether experience was not too bad.

“If my morning starts off with Jenny I know it's gonna be an amazing morning. When she greets you at the window she always has a smile on her face and makes sure your stuff is right and exactly how you ordered. This place gets 5 stars off her service alone! “I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this location’s drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didn’t catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t thank her properly because I was in a rush, but she genuinely made my day. Thanks to you and your team. The little gestures can sometimes make big and good impact. “The staff are amazing and literally the quickest I have ever seen in a fast food establishment. The products are meh, cause it’s Timmie’s and what do you expect, but wow. So impressed at the staffs efficiency and how they were so friendly even though there was a line up of like 10 people. I will note on their speed that the line of people waiting for their food/drinks was basically non existent as it seemed people got their order pretty well right after they ordered. I’ve never seen anything like that before.“

“A lot of the staff are amazing…friendly and quick. Night staff could use some training…should not have to wait for 6 minutes at soaker waiting to order when no one else is in drive thru. When busy train staff to tel waiting customers they will be right with us…goes a very long way“

“I want to start by saying the staff at this Tim Hortons are genuinely kind and polite, and customer service has always been pleasant. However, there is one practice that I found concerning from a hygiene perspective.

The paper napkins are being folded by hand before being placed out for customers. While this may be intended to look neat, it raises a sanitation issue. Napkins are used near our mouths and faces, and there is no way to guarantee that every person handling them has perfectly clean hands at all times. Even with good intentions, this increases the risk of contamination.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, napkins should be left unfolded or dispensed in a way that minimizes direct hand contact. This would be a simple change that helps protect customers and aligns better with basic public health practices.

I hope management can consider adjusting this process, as it would greatly improve hygiene while maintaining the positive experience created by the friendly staff.“

“I visit Tim Hortons often, but this location is really very good in terms of service (no waiting time at all), quality is realllly amazing. I ordered two bagels two with Herban G. Creme cheese and half dozen assorted donuts 🍩 😋, donuts are well dipped in chocolate and honey cruller, apple friiter are glazed perfectly neither less nor excess.

The iced capp and bacon farmers wrap were made perfectly
I then enjoyed a small custard tart and took a bite from the apple fritter for my daughter
Both were also perfectly made
This location has a very busy drive thru and they always do a great job keeping the line moving quickly“

Kid-friendliness: My youngest friend went to order for a few people, and she's quite shy but had a easier time ordering then at other places, the workers are very welcoming and patient too!“
