“If my morning starts off with Jenny I know it's gonna be an amazing morning. When she greets you at the window she always has a smile on her face and makes sure your stuff is right and exactly how you ordered. This place gets 5 stars off her service alone! “I'm here at the mall and Tim hortons is completely filled with customers, backed up and people are getting rude and annoyed .. There's a lady Kelly who came out of nowhere and got strait to work fixing problems .. and is not only getting all the orders out, she's educating the staff and stopping mistakes in action all at once. “This is the best Tim Hortons in my area. Always get great service! The people doing the service actually speak english, it's the cleanest store out of the 4 within 2km range. The only downside, imo is the equipment for this break more often than not.. other than that, zero complaints.“

“I was running late for work on Friday and had already gotten the wrong coffee from a different location. I pulled into this location’s drive-thru, and the team here was incredibly quick and kind. The manager was wearing glasses, though I didn’t catch her name, she replaced my drink for free. She was so nice and truly went above and beyond. “The staff are amazing and literally the quickest I have ever seen in a fast food establishment. The products are meh, cause it’s Timmie’s and what do you expect, but wow. So impressed at the staffs efficiency and how they were so friendly even though there was a line up of like 10 people. I will note on their speed that the line of people waiting for their food/drinks was basically non existent as it seemed people got their order pretty well right after they ordered. I’ve never seen anything like that before.“

“I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons, all thanks to Taha. Even though the store was incredibly busy, he still made me feel genuinely welcome the moment I stepped up to the counter. His efficiency was unbelievable—he handled each customer quickly, accurately, and with a big smile on his face.

What stood out most was the way he treated the elderly customer ahead of me. He spoke with so much patience, warmth, and respect that the man left smiling and laughing, even after waiting in a long line. You rarely see service like that anymore.

I also ordered a bunch of food and drinks, and every single item was prepared on time, heated properly, and made exactly the way I asked. Taha made sure my small individual customizations were done perfectly. On top of that, he remembered my order from my last visit, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer—no other Tim Hortons branch has ever given me that kind of experience.

Despite the rush, he made sure everyone in line got their orders fast and done right. His positive energy is refreshing, and it genuinely elevates the entire atmosphere. Employees like Taha truly make a difference.

“I want to start by saying the staff at this Tim Hortons are genuinely kind and polite, and customer service has always been pleasant. However, there is one practice that I found concerning from a hygiene perspective.

The paper napkins are being folded by hand before being placed out for customers. While this may be intended to look neat, it raises a sanitation issue. Napkins are used near our mouths and faces, and there is no way to guarantee that every person handling them has perfectly clean hands at all times. Even with good intentions, this increases the risk of contamination.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, napkins should be left unfolded or dispensed in a way that minimizes direct hand contact. This would be a simple change that helps protect customers and aligns better with basic public health practices.

I hope management can consider adjusting this process, as it would greatly improve hygiene while maintaining the positive experience created by the friendly staff.“

“I recently moved to this area where the Tim’s is and by far I have found the staff so friendly and they handle the line ups perfect. I use this Tim’s at all hours of the day and night bc of my job and so thankful it’s open 24hrs. I spoke with the owner this morning to let him know what a great job his staff is doing.
