“The coffee was amazing ! During this visit they did not have dark roast so I just had the regular coffee and my god it was so perfect. Then I had a Nutella croissant and the pastry had such a fabulous crunch. I go to this Tim Hortons everyday after work and there is this really nice man there who remembers my order. I feel so valued as a Tim Hortons customer to have someone take the time to literally remember my order and my face to match the order every time. I wanted to personally thank the entire Tim Hortons team for the hard work that they do as it is very apparent when I walk through the doors. Wow !“

“Lovely service the other day when stopped in to get gas. The girl at the counter was quite cheerful and happy. It was so nice to receive service from a person who really enjoyed her job. “On Thursday, Nov 23rd I unfortunately had to visit the Oshawa hospital. I went to the Tim Hortons inside there, and I was truly in a sad place. I was greeted by a woman by the name Michelle. I believe she had red hair. She truly made me feel like I was important and not just another customer. I was sad that day she welcomed me with a smile she directed me to where to pick up my coffee. I was truly greadful for her kind words and manner in which she presented herself.
Your facility should be grateful for having a customer service rep like her. I would definitely come back just hoping to be served by Michelle again.
I hope she will get to see this as I would like to thank her for how she made me feel a little better that day.“

“Yo it’s my back to back day that they have given me steeped tea which is not hot as you know the weather is cold outside that’s why I order hot steep tea but. “Food came fast & was tasty.
Atmosphere was ok.
You’ll have to ask for the washroom key from an overwhelmed server who’s trying to multi task so pack your patience.
There were messy tables with no one sitting at them & the garbages here were all overflowing.
There was a server out on the floor trying to keep up with the dining room cleaning.
Other than, that it was a regular old coffee house that was just -super busy.“

“Best Tim Horton's location I've been to in a long, long, time (and I'm on the road a lot). Service was super quick, friendly, and as ordered. Store was super clean and staff super professional. There is even a nice little landscaped area under a tree with large boulders for sitting and enjoying a little break. If I lived in the area, I'd be back every day.“

Kid-friendliness: My youngest friend went to order for a few people, and she's quite shy but had a easier time ordering then at other places, the workers are very welcoming and patient too!“
