“We always order from dragon Gem and today when we picked it up and got home I was very disappointed. my chop Suey was suppose to be a veg one and there was more chop suey then veg very disappointing. if you spend over 70 dollars you can get something free so I picked sweet and sour wonton and get it home and it was 1/2 order.
I like this place a lot was very disappointed today“

“Sometimes you just want the type of North Americanized Chinese food you get at a mall. Something where you can get Orange Chicken (which they will make fresh for you). The people who own this store are sooo nice. I eat here regularly, I really enjoy the food here for what it is.“

“We went to this restaurant randomly as we are looking for some Hakka food.
This is one of the finest restaurants in Durham region for the Chinese Hakka food.
Their quality and quantity is unbeatable and one plate of any food is able to serve 4 people in the table.

“I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The owner is so friendly and clearly cares about the customers and the food. And the food...oh my goodness, the food! Every dish was bursting with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. I've tried a lot of Asian restaurants, but this one is definitely at the top of my list. Everything was so delicious, I'm already planning my next visit. If you're looking for an amazing meal and a great atmosphere, you HAVE to try this place!“

“We ordered various dishes off the menu for pick up at 6 and the food was ready right on time,exactly as ordered , hot and delicious. We live nearby so picked it up and paid cash as you get a free menu item over a certain amount if you do this. We chose the sweet and sour spare ribs as our extra and were pleased as they were not only delicious but boneless! We will definitely order from 5 Star again. ?“

“Our experience at Street Momo was amazing!
I will start by giving a shoutout to our amazing amazing server. She was so attentive, helpful, and kind to us. She gave great recommendations since it was our first time, and they were totally incredible!
We had the jhol momi and the Thai Basil Noodle (recommended by our lovely server), which were both so so delicious.
The price was affordable, and the food was amazing. Would recommend this to my friends!“

“This has been our Go-To place for years now. We used to live near the area and then moved to the east end in 2016...and still we come back atleast once a month on a weekend. Fried rice, special spicy chicken and crispy wings... love it❤️🤌🏻🤤“

“This place is a hidden gem for lovers of Chinese food! Especially for those rhat don't want/can't have msg! Their Cantonese chowmein is sooo good and so is their General Tso chicken! So many options and neverca dissapointment! Always a favourite with my family of 5 :)

“Yum!!! Consistently delicious! We have ordered several times, including recently (New Years), when we ordered Dinner for 3 (B) & chicken mixed vegetables. While they were SUPER busy and it was a while to wait, the staff handled it well and the food was well worth the wait!“
“We ordered from them probably 3 years ago, and at first we didn’t like it food taste bland like there’s no flavor at all but we decided to try it again, we had this last saturday and it taste so damn good especially the chicken balls and general tso chicken, the chicken balls are so filling and extremely good, one of the best we had and the general tso, omg one of the best we had as well it has the crunch and super flavorful, and we order again today same food and the rice are good as well, definitely will be coming back this is our go to comfort food! ☺️🙌🙌🙌“

“Our oldest daughter loves their Ox Tail with their baked Mac & Cheese. She eats it every time we or she herself, goes there. I love their Rice & Peas served with Curried Goat or Curried Chicken or a meal of Ox Tail. I became allergic to milk , slightly, so I always go with their Rice & Peas which all meals. Their Roti dishes are wonderful including their Chana Roti. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves their Channa Roti.“

“Got a Dinner got Four we enjoyed the meal the only problem would be the noodle, the noodle is soaked in like a oil like a really really watered down and had beef and vegetables which we did not expect I thought it was just going to be in a noodle in the pack all in all everything else is delicious We enjoyed the meal and I recommend people to order from there very good location in the Whitby area thank you win-win Chinese restaurant“

“Have been ordering from here for the past 45 years. Food has been consistently the same old school North American style Chinese food. Special fried rice has a nice Smokey flavor to it complimenting anything. Hot and Sour soup is actually both in a large portion. Korean shrimp is one on my favorites large shrimp wrapped in tasty pork with a rich oyster sauce. Chow mein is always fresh complimenting the meal.“
