“Good spot for lunch, online ordering is fast and ready when we arrive. Consider giving an option for online ordering to put dining in so we don't have to waste the take away bag that the food is packaged in. Would be nice if extra veggies didn't cost 99cents“

“Had falafel for the first time at this place and they blew me away. It was freshly made infront of me and absolutely delicious. Also had chicken shawarma salad which was very good as well. Great place if you want fresh good quality food.

“This place has excellent quality food and friendly service. I ordered the chicken breast kebab dinner. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy and tasty! The naan bread is soft and fluffy. In fact, I can eat it by itself. The Greek salad is so fresh and I love the dressing. I like their Greek salad better than those at Greek restaurants. Overall, I am just happy to have a quality restaurant near my home where I can go to get quality food anytime.“

“I've just had an absolutely brutal traveling day. There was a booking error that resulted in me having no hotel room, and I was caught between a hostile lobby, and a closed train station. Tired and alone at 2 in the morning, this shop opened its arms to me.
Its beautiful decor, enthusiastic service, and flavorful food have brightened my night immeasurably. The hour I whiled away has been pleasant, and no one could convince me otherwise.

“I’ve been to this tahinis multiple times since opening and it had never disappoint. The food here is consistently filled with flavor but the vegetables sometimes lack freshness. Staff here are super nice and the atmosphere is clean and like an Arabic cuisine. Would recommend!“

“My go-to place for shawarma — never disappointed! Easily one of Ajax’s best food spots. The portions are huge and very filling. It may be a bit on the expensive side, but it’s absolutely worth it for the quantity and quality of food you get. Customer service is amazing every time. Highly recommend!

“Ordered takeout from kabab Shoppe in Pickering, and it was a great experience. The food was ready in about 20 minutes. We ordered the Chicken Breast, Tandoori Chicken, and Veal Tenderloin bowls.
Each bowl was full of flavour and well-balanced. For sides, we chose rice, fries, and salad. The Tandoori Chicken and Veal Tenderloin were especially tasty—more tender and flavourful than the Chicken Breast.
The place was quiet since most people ordered takeout, and the ambience was okay. Overall, it has become one of my favourite takeout spots in Pickering.“
