“This location serves fresh donuts!! The Apple fritter was nice and soft. Friendly staff and a nice little seating area. I stopped patronising other Tim Horton franchises because the quality has deteriorated and doughnuts are often dry and stale. I just just happened to stop at this location on the way to get gas.“

“I came to Melville Cafe because of the trending downturn of service at Coffee Cultures Cafe down the street. I walk downtown almost daily and like to get something to eat. The service, menu, food and atmosphere blows Coffee Cultures Cafe away! I was very impressed. I ordered a sandwich and drink and had no problem waiting at the counter while it was made. The woman asked me to have a seat and she would delivery the food to my table. I told her I wanted to sit outside. She said, no problem at all, I'll come find you. The person who cashed me out and the woman who made my sandwich and delivered it were pleasant, friendly, polite and smiled. I know where I'll be going from now on. Thank you for the amazing service. I should have been coming here all along! Plus, they have an amazing view of the river. There is no comparison.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.“
