“Harvey's is a fast food chain. For fast food, the food was delicious. I had a well made fast food burger with fresh toppings and very tasty fries. What really stands out about this particular location in Stratford is that the main dining area and restroom were both very clean, but even more impressive is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Your staff at this location was really great and made us feel quite welcome. Thanks for having us. We'll be back because of your workers.“

“Being disabled, I appreciate the curb side delivery available through the Swiss Chalet app. However, on my last visit, someone in the restaurant disabled their internet connection so I was unable to advise the restaurant of my arrival. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing, and ended up having to go to the takeout counter. I told the clerk of the situation, and she checked on her tablet, gave a mumbled "sorry", and yhen said I should have called. I told her the restaurant's phone number does not appear on the app.“
