“Tiny location in Commercial Gate next to a row of restaurants and over +10(!) bubble tea shops, offering various types of drinks! TP tea is indeed a safe choice for quality milk tea. I took the reg size with tapioca, 50% sugar no ice; it was quick, gentle and efficient service. It's only a counter, not much to look at for ambiance, and outside is basically the parking lot and sidewalk for other shops. We walked a bit around but most ppl would probably just grab and go (drive). Expect a bit pricey bbt like most places nowdays around 8$...“

“I frequent this place for their char siu buns (bbq pork) however all their baked goods are super delicious! Buns are lights and fluffy with a touch of sweetness commonly associated with Chinese baked buns. I also really enjoy their ham and egg buns and sausage buns! Pick 3 for $7 or 6 for $13! It’s a good deal taxes inclusive! I recommend coming here if you’re in the area, they also have roll cakes, tarts and various bbt and smoothies. I see a lot of students in there during lunch peak hours.“

“Tracy is a really good employee she helped me out with my drink, as the taro is fresh that is why it has peaces of taro in it, and I didn't like it but she made me a new drink and that was really good. Will definitely recommend visit once.“

It does come with tapioca pearls and whip,milk tea with a very strong real berry flavor which was very nice and good. I got the small size was still a fair price but the quality is definitely there. Was very fun to see a collaboration drink with the ally and spy family anime super cool.
