“Amazing customer service and delicious drinks. Accidentally gave me the Mango Sago Tea but I’m caffeine-sensitive so they made the correct Mango Sago Slush. Both were delicious.

With the way customer service is in Toronto these days, it’s refreshing to see a place that still cares about its customers. The guys also gave good recommendations on teas.

“We like Coco in general and their cold drink are not bad. I rarely order hot drink but Today's experiences was not 5he best:
1) Long wait: Only 1 staff when I visited, basically a long wait (I was the first customer), and had to wait till she took all orders for two more customers to start making my drink. It's not her fault, it is the management issues.
2) Product availability: At noon on Sunday, you can't order caramel flavour because it is not available. This is a pretty common flavour in bubble tea business.
3) Product Quality: Ordered hot drink, Jasmine green milk tea (large in size), does not taste like a milk tea at all, they diluted with water to the level you don't think you are drinking a tea beverage. It's not hot drink, it is a drink with warm feeling. Today's is -7 feel like -13. The drink is not considered a hot drink at all.
4) Others: When you ask for a sleeves for the cup, I was told they ran out of sleeve for cup.
Hopefully they can work on these improvement.“

“Nice little place to pick up a late night drink after a movie. Fast service, comfortable seats. They even wrapped the hat I left behind after closing to make sure it didn't get dirty. Respect to that choice. I would have no problem visiting again. 👍“

“Tracy is a really good employee she helped me out with my drink, as the taro is fresh that is why it has peaces of taro in it, and I didn't like it but she made me a new drink and that was really good. Will definitely recommend visit once.“

I pulled up at this spot late on a Saturday night, cause I was thirsty... and Bubble tea is thirst quenching, even in cold months. I had the mango matcha green tea and loved that I could taste all the ingredients. Thanks for those lovely chunks of mango. Yummy. Just be sure to try manage the amount of ice. You can tell them how much you would like. I got a large drink and it was finished fast with lots of ice left in almost half of the large cup. 😞My second consecutive drink ( cause I guess I wasn't thinking about the calories when I bought myself two) was much better and had less ice so I actually could savour the taste for much longer. Look out for the calories if you care about calorie counting cause these drinks pack a bunch. But since you only live once/ YOLO, just drink that glass of sweetness and exercise later. I will be back for late night bubble tea when I'm thirsty again. But be patient about finding parking as this plaza is always busy at night time“
