“I can’t express how pleasant this has been. I’d give both Tyra and Anna, our server and the manager a 10 star if I could. Dining with 3 young children is often not easy. This experience was so great! If you’ve never been it’s a must and if you’ve been you’ll be back for sure. Best club house I’ve had in years, their fully loaded fries were to die for then the pickle spears took you right to heaven.“
“We are local residents and always enjoy the yummy Chicken Dinner here. Consistently good food, fair price, and our favourite part is when Charles is our waiter! He always make our day with his excellent customer service, great smile and just makes you feel good by being a genuine nice person! We miss the other location on off Thorold Stone Road, being locals we enjoyed not going into the more tourist area. However we are thrilled our favourite waiter Charles is now at this location, it definitely keeps us coming back.Hopefully Swiss Chalet will consider opening another second location for all of their local residents to enjoy once again.“
“We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls. Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Very memorable and enjoyable!Parking: Park in the gated Niagara Parks lot across the street, then be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you to be validated at the desk when you appear for your reservation. Keep the validated ticket with you to exit the gated lot for free ($35 value).Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and family friendly.“
“Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight at Savor. Food was delicious-there were four of us—two of us had the pork chop and the other two had the Swiss burger. Well prepared, juicy, tasty. Would have again. The $30 prix fixe dinner offers appetizer (we had the crab cake and the goat cheese and quinoa salad), main course and dessert (all excellent). Student/servers did a great job. Hats off to the chefs. Will return. Make sure to get a reservation.“
“We ended up at Turtle Jacks by chance last night and are so happy we did. Our server, Claudia, was super attentive and lovely. She brought our kids some veggie snacks to nibble on while they waited for their food, which was such a lovely touch. The kids devoured their meals (mini burgers, wings, pizza, salad). I had the Nashville chicken and Caesar salad and loved both… though I wished it was a little spicier so I requested some hot sauce and they had fave - Cholula - so I was a happy camper. Friends had the seafood pasta and steak and both finished their plates as well. I was expecting run of the mill chain food but this was quality food with a nice ambiance. Only complaint was having to walk out and through the hotel lobby to get to a washroom.Parking: Parking was free for restaurant patrons! We walked over but saw signs.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kids menu and provided veggies and dip to keep the kids happy until their food arrived. Such a nice touch. It was late so we opted not to do dessert and they provided the kids small pouches of cookies on the house! As we were leaving, they even let the kids choose something from a treasure chest!“
“We had the fixed price menu for 2 and found the options available to be varied, enjoyable and extremely well prepared. The wine menu is Niagara focused and the red we chose paired with the food beautifully. All in all a very nice dinner experience.“
“We were a hockey team that was accommodated very well considering our numbers. We were put on the same floor and booked a common room downstairs that worked very well.Staff was very friendly and professional, rooms were clean and the facilities worked very well. Would come here again either myself or with a large group again.“
“My Sis was there, that's first restaurant experience in Canada for her.The receptionists Lena was super helpful to make them special and happy on the memorable day.Thank you for those who worked on April, 24th 2024 at 2 O clock. You guys are awesome.“
“* Always great friendly, helpful & smiling staff, great food, excellent service & friendly atmosphere ?* Sit at the bar or at a table.* Can't beat their all day breakfast.* Reasonable prices & great food.* Lots of parking....shared with other stores, (mini mall) but more to the front side or behind as there is a side street behind.* Disability permit spot, easy ramp to get from parking lot onto sidewalk to store fronts.* Right on the corner of two main streets so it's easy to find.* Great place to stop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner or after work with friends for a drink at the bar ? ? etc. ?“
“Stayed in Niagara after a show at OLG stage and went to Chucks for lunch ... Burger was excellent ... home made quality and had a cajan chicken sandwich which my wife loved ...service was great and the prices were excellent ...$11 for a cheeseburger and fries Wow! ... try and match that these days ... especially in a tourist area ...in fact it was so good we went back after 9 for cheap beer and half price appies ... all around it was a great experience“
“Excellent attention to detail, warm welcoming and elevated service by our server Ms. Leesa..Perfection ?Satisfaction Guaranteed in the meal..The Ribeye steak at Morton's Grille is in my humble opinion far superior to that of the Morton's in NY. Supremely soft texture, well seasoned and beautifully seared.Relaxing and comfortable dining environment. Will be returning soon.Dietary restrictions: When our server Leesa asked if I had any dietary restrictions and I had mentioned that I had to avoid butter, she quickly and promptly ensured that the vegetables I had ordered were doused only in olive oil, which was part of the menu offering as well.“
“We were introduced to The Eager Beaver through some family members who live near by. We are always looking for new places to eat in Niagara area that are out of the tourism area. The Eager Beaver is a sports Bar style restaurant, but the food options are better than average sports barsWe ordered fish and chips, wings, Chicken and waffles. The food portions are very large. The fish was lightly breaded and fried golden, and is served with fresh cut fries and mushy peas. very authenticThe wings are nice and well prepared. The Chicken and waffles were delicious. Our server was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She was excellent.I will definitely be coming back to this place, and probably making it a regular visit.“
“We made an unplanned stop today. We've been before and sat on the patio. This time we sat inside because it was a tad too cold for me. I had never been inside - it was surprisingly small in there. However, cozy. The food was delicious and the prices are reasonable. The service is warm and friendly. It's really hopping during patio weather. It's a perfect patio a short walk to the beach. It's a little town gem and a fun place to go for lunch, dinner or just for drinks. They have happy hour too. I think it starts at 3:00. We take our motorcycle there in the summer. It's a nice destination and a fun put stop. Enjoy this little gem ?“
“I’m happy to give this place a 5 ⭐️ review before I even get my food — our server has already been amazing; taking cue from our 4yr old and getting her spaghetti to her before my husband and I even decided what to order. Nice and quiet, cute and a great menu.“
“Me and my friend had a great time tonight at Swiss Chalet. We were visiting Saint Catherine's and we had to stop for food. It was so delicious and the service was amazing. A sweet lady named Diane served us and she asked us about our journey and helped us with any questions we had. Next time I'm here I'm definitely stopping in. If you want DELICIOUS food, come here!“
“The service was welcoming and homey, the food was great, cozy place in a nostalgic way, and the food was made fresh and fast. Very reasonable prices and now I know why this place has become a favourite for many, I'll definitely be coming back. The owners were so kind and loving, that when paired with excellent food, it makes all the difference. Thank you!“

“Great place for chicken wings, they have over a hundred flavours and the wings themselves are great. Atmosphere is one of the bests I’ve been in for a more low key bar and they have karaoke Thursday-Sunday, Jodie is the best bartender there for sure :)“
“Can't remember our server name last night just a young man probably the best service I ever had from a waiter and restaurant experience having the chef come out himself to to see about my algeries, the food was amazing we will definitely be back and highly recommend this “
“Ordered a small poutine and could barely finish it, it's a generous portion, and the gravy was SO delicious. The pickle spears were amazing and the staff was great!Parking: Tons of parking.Kid-friendliness: Great kids meal with a drink and sucker.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible.“
“Julia is an absolute gem, very nice and approachable. You actually felt like a friend instead of just a patron. The beer was very, very ice cold. The food tasted great. We had pizza and wings. The atmosphere was nice. Considering we went during the March break, it was very easy to keep coming back while adventuring around town. Excellent walking distance and very, very fair prices.“

“This is a great hotel! Clean, friendly, updated. Free hot breakfast with a waffle maker (Need I say more?) Huge shoutout to Nickie at the front desk. She was amazing! Very friendly and personable. She deserves a raise! Highly recommend this hotel. Rates are great too! I’ll definitely be booking here again if I am in the area.“
“My brother and I were in Niagara Falls on a bike trip needed a hamburger found this place in the center of town down by the falls really crazy place lots of people food was pretty good fries are great burger was good need a burger go get one there.“
“Hard Rock Cafe has held a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember, but after the incredible experience I had thanks to David’s exceptional help, it's skyrocketed to the top of my list. David’s dedication and kindness in helping me retrieve my lost hat on eclipse day truly went above and beyond. It's not just about the great food and atmosphere anymore; it's about the genuine care and support you receive from the staff. Hard Rock Cafe Niagara, with David leading the charge, has won me over completely. I can't thank them enough for making my visit unforgettable. This place is an absolute gem, and I'll be singing its praises to everyone I know!“
“Plenty of food options, burgers, sandwiches, salads, curry, at modest prices considering how touristic the area is. The Thai curry was not the best I had in my life, but it was good enough. Staff is very professional and quick. The venue is nice and clean.“
“This place has the best burger I've had in ages, and it's a great deal. The people couldn't be friendlier, and it's in a nice spot just away from all the craziness, with good views toward Canada. I'm glad I work in town so I can eat here more often!“
“Love this harveys. The service from Renee at cash was great. The fella working the garnish counter was great.I even told him how great the two of them were. Sat down to eat, Renee came out to clean a couple of tables and asked if everything was OK. I told her what I said to the guy at the garnish counter. She thanked me and told me it was her manager. Keep up the great work. Definitely be back.I enjoyed my meal but enjoyed the service even better“

“Popped in to have a quick bite. Very busy but the staff had everything under control. Service and food were excellent! We shared the loaded fries (excellent) and popcorn chicken.Kid-friendliness: Quite a few children even though this is a pub style restaurant.“
“My family loves coming here! My son loves the kids meal menu, it has so many options! The prices are great, the staff is wonderful and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has activities and they provide crayons so my son keeps busy, the kids menu is reasonably priced and has a meal with a drink and ice cream for after included. We love it here!“
“Went back again , for veggie combo plus salad , friend bought single hamburger combo with milkshake . Hamburgers were great love the toppings can choose from .two people 31.38 .Vegetarian options: Not sure but if you tell them what you can't have there let you know with any replacement offer.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals plus big TV in restaurant to watch , they had shopping network on ??.“
“Had the salmon and my friend had the stroganoff. The stroganoff was nothing to write home about as the meat was tough, sauce was bland, and the choice of having peppers in it was a bit off-putting. However the salmon was excellent with the light flavor of hollandaise, and a very good portion. It was a bit disappointing that they didn’t have the sweet potato mash and green beans with my dish that I saw in recent photos. Instead there was an under seasoned piece of broccoli and two round potatoes. Views were spectacular, and the revolving feature is what really made the whole experience. Overall, despite somewhat lackluster food, my friend and I had a great time!“
“Yummy!Stopped in for a quick lunch and enjoyed the fish and chips (cod) and the cork burger with bacon, great meals, great flavour, and presentation! Wait staff are very friendly and accommodating! We ate on the heated front deck, which is so quaint and cool all at the same time. Always seems to be a lineup on the sidewalk, but seating happens quickly!“
“It was one hour before closing and we just arrived from the states to visit Canada. The only place open was Harvey’s so the 9 of us all went there to eat. The lady working the cash was really sweet and got all of our orders correct, and was very patient with us! 10/10 “
“Tracey and her team at Tailgates made my son's 19th birthday one to remember. The food was amazing, as was the service. Our server Clare was so organized and handled our large group like a total pro. Thank you so much for being so great with everything, looking forward to coming back soon!“
“I asked for a mojito and was told they don't make them, however the sign out front said different. So I order a pint and there was pink lipstick on the glass. Lastly, the chicken fingers I ordered were over cooked. Too many inconsistencies today to ever go back. Update- I did end up going back early one afternoon and the day bartender was great and the food was delicious.“
