“I tried the seasonal s’mores flavour and one of the peanut flavoured ones and they were both amazing. There is so much detail that goes into the texture and flavour of individual elements mixed into the ice cream that it’s really a tasting experience. They are very pricey tubs but worth it for the quality! There’s a line out the door on weeknights because it’s that good.“

“I stopped by Kinson in the Bathurst and Dundas area and ordered the Sushi Roll Tray B, and wow — this place is a hidden gem! Even though I forgot to take pictures, every roll looked beautiful and tasted even better. The fish quality was top notch — super fresh, buttery, and clean-tasting. You can tell they take pride in using high-quality ingredients. The portions were generous too, definitely more filling than I expected.

What really made the experience stand out was how friendly everyone was. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The chef even came out to say hello, which gave the whole experience such a personal touch. That combination of hospitality and excellent sushi really sets Kinson apart.

If you’re looking for fresh, well-portioned sushi with service that makes you feel like family, I can’t recommend Kinson enough. I’ll definitely be coming back (and next time I’ll remember to snap some photos!).“

Kiddie and regular sizing comes with 1-2 flavours, while the large comes with 1-4 flavours. Also the ice cream is a lot in one cup for regular, and was very filling. I love the serving sizes here! The ice cream was delicious, and I will come again!“

“Got the Ube Chimney which is like a hollowed out churro with ice cream inside. It’s quite sweet and is rather unique but nothing that really blew me away.

Give it a try if you’re in the area. The truck also serves savoury foods and I am curious if those are any good. Will try next time.

It’s a food truck so don’t expect much in terms of atmosphere.

“I know everybody loves the burnt marshmallow flavour, i did a tasting and i didn't like it as im not a fan of caramel flavour or anything thats overly sweet. I really like subtle or unsusual flavours. My favourite was the strawberry shortcake and dark chocolate gelato. The strawberries in the ice cream was so chewy and soft like jam, it was soo good. And their storemade waffle cone was amazingly soft too! Please make a brownie or cheesecake flavour 🙏“

I like to put on the scale like this, DQ’s is a soft cream ice cream, they should charge like a dollar for their ice cream, but instead it’s like $4 to $5 at this time. Baskin Robins has the best cost/benefit of all. Pretty tasty ice cream and comparing to DQ’s, it’s the same price to have a real ice cream. But now, when it comes to real deal artesanal extremely flavourful and creamy ice cream, flavours nowhere else makes it and have the advantage to take a pint to go without taxes, it totally worth it to come to this one!
