“Stopped by at this location to treat myself and what I liked about this location is that they had a good variety of items available on display and I could get what I wanted vs. making do with what is left over. I've been to a few Tim Hortons and hated getting there and they had no variety of Timbits or little to no baked items i.e., croissants, donuts, cookies, etc., especially in the later afternoon. Service was quick and the location is ideal and close to other great stores i.e., Shoppers Drug Mart. I'd come back to this location in the future“

“I've been going to get coffee from here for over 4 years now. The experience every day is consistent, the workers are polite, and always get my order right. The restaurant can be a little crowded at times but they work efficiently... Honestly I really like this place“

“The only downside is the storefront is small and can be congested at time, especially during busy hours. But mainly customers are mindfull and respect the narrow space.Other than that, visited this location quite often since it's close to my mom's place. Staffs are always great and friendly. “Sign taped to door to get to washrooms said "Out of Service," around 4:00 p.m. upon arrival at this coffee & tea bar/sandwich/donut shop restaurant, but both male & female washrooms actually were operating, no problem -- a customer was buzzed in & used at least the female washroom, by a request of counter staff then, early eve. Towards end of evening (10:00 p.m.,11:00 p.m.?) staff first said "the washroom" (both M & F rooms?) was "out of service," but it was pointed out that in spite of the sign taped to the outer door, one of the ppl in the party was buzzed in earlier in the evening, & the toilet (F) was fully operational then (& the room was also clean). After speaking to a cleaner, male, mopping the floor at end of the eve, twice, & pressuring counter staff (1 woman), twice, the counter staff woman finally let 2 customers into both the M and F washrooms, when it was pointed out that at least the female washroom was fully operationsl earlier in eve. (No other customers went into the washrooms all eve.) (The printed Out of Service sheet of paper sign taped to the outer door to the washrooms appeared to be quite an old sign, as well. How long has it been there, obviously discouraging use of these two fully operational (& clean & fully stocked with T.P.) inner washrooms???)(?) As an operational sit-down restaurant they LEGALLY have to provide a washroom, even if in some cases would be only 1 unisex washroom -- and they have 2, operational, M & F toilet rooms avail. So WTH???“

“Get tims a lot in the morning before work and I always have a good experience. The employees are always smiling, very polite, super nice. This location is super fast, I barely have to wait.
Would recommend for a fast take out, but would not stay inside and eat. Not in the best neighborhood/street of Toronto.

“When I entered this place, I was expecting another greasy fast-food restaurant that has terrible staff members. But, it was actually quite the opposite. The food is not greasy at all, all the food is clearly made with love and compassion. The staff members are so nice to you, they remind me of my sweet mother. In winter, the place is super warm. They have a nice fireplace where you can curl up with a hot tea latte with a nice book. You can almost see it as your own home! In my 25 years of living in Canada, I've never seen a more welcoming place.“

“This is a chain coffee place that is famous throughout canada. There are a million of these places on every street corner. One is no different than the other. Its a place to spend 2 bucks and get a coffee. Yes there are other things to eat but its a place or coffee. What next are we gonna start rating a blade of grass.“

“I recently visited Tim Hortons and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the food itself was great – the coffee was fresh, and the breakfast sandwich was made to perfection – the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, the service was slow and disorganized. Despite there being a small line, it took an unusually long time to place my order. The staff seemed unmotivated and inattentive, with little effort to acknowledge or apologize for the delay. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier barely made eye contact and seemed rushed, even though there wasn’t much of a crowd.

The atmosphere was another letdown. The seating area was cramped and not very clean. Tables were sticky, and there was litter on the floor, making it feel far from inviting. The lighting was harsh and added to the uncomfortable vibe of the place.

While I can’t fault the quality of the food, the overall experience was underwhelming. Tim Hortons really needs to improve its customer service and cleanliness to make the dining experience more enjoyable. I hope they take these areas into consideration for future improvement.“
