Unlike some other downtown coffee spots that are cramped and always full, this Tim Hortons had plenty of tables and seating areas. As for the coffee itself, it was fresh and hot—just the way it should be. I ordered a classic double-double and a breakfast sandwich, and both were ready in just a few minutes. The sandwich was warm and satisfying, perfect for starting the day.

“This is my local Tim’s and yes it’s a gas Timmy’s but don’t let that turn you off. This location’s food and coffee are always on point and the staff works fast to deal with the surprising amount of traffic this smaller location can get. Be warned at high traffic times this location can get busy but surprisingly the staff find a way to move the line along as quick as possible. I recommend placing your order ahead of time for pickup using the Tim’s app. I have never had to wait for a pickup order here and you skip any line that might be forming.“

The matcha is good, and the option to have it in a protein version is a nice touch, though it can be a bit too sweet and packed with ice. The staff is friendly, and overall it’s a good spot. However, the restaurant itself, especially the restrooms, could be cleaner.“

Despite the rush, Amanda and her employees always greet customers with kindness, positivity, and genuine smiles. Their behavior makes the wait in line feel effortless, and you never walk away feeling anything but cared for. This is truly the greatest Tim Hortons team I have ever experienced. Honestly, this is the kind of manager and employees we need in downtown Toronto. I live on King Street, and unfortunately my experience at the nearby store has been very disappointing. I know it’s not possible, but I often wish Amanda and her entire team could run the store near my home.

“The only downside is the storefront is small and can be congested at time, especially during busy hours. But mainly customers are mindfull and respect the narrow space.Other than that, visited this location quite often since it's close to my mom's place. Staffs are always great and friendly. Never had any issues what-so-ever during all my visits. Best of all, the location is close to its main, busy street on Queen West.“

“I visited this location with my family for the first time and we came here for the blue jays last friday. The team was awesome. The lady i think she was the manager saw us deciding the menu and came to us to help us with some options and gave my kida some timbits. The whole team was so awesome i haven't received such kind of great hospitality from any of the tims we visit. We have booked our room in radisson again just to visit these people again and to experience great service!“

I interacted with three people and all of them were super helpful and professional as I wanted to buy the lovely looking merchandise cups and mugs. “I love this location. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond. I witnessed the manager checking in on a young homeless women and ask her if she could help her anyway. This is something I will always remember. Not may people are so kind, especially when the guests are complaining about her smell and how dirty the young lady was. Not something I want to see when I'm eating my lunch. But the manager handled it with kindness and professionalism, only wish the guest could see it. Hard to believe that people can be so mean to the manager and continue to yell and complain to have her removed.“

“2025 Summer 4/5: They never designed this place properly so the line for the drive thru goes onto Sheppard live lanes REGULARLY and they are slower than most Tim's I find...inside you have to use a machine to order (no issues with it, just noting this as some people are most other Tim's I go to do not have that)...I find going inside the place faster than the drive thru EVERY TIME (as almost always am out to my car to leave before the car I would have been behind)“

“I visited Tim Hortons this afternoon and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and I noticed the supervisor was polite and greeted every customer with a smile. Even though the line looked long at first, all the cashiers were working hard and it moved quickly. By the time I got to the counter, I was served by Maria (I believe she’s a supervisor), and she was amazing. I was deciding between a hot or cold beverage, and she helped me choose by introducing me to the new drinks and pastries. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, especially the donuts and pastries, and was extremely helpful throughout. Excellent service—thank you, Maria, and the whole team!“

“Sign taped to door to get to washrooms said "Out of Service," around 4:00 p.m. upon arrival at this coffee & tea bar/sandwich/donut shop restaurant, but both male & female washrooms actually were operating, no problem -- a customer was buzzed in & used at least the female washroom, by a request of counter staff then, early eve. Towards end of evening (10:00 p.m.,11:00 p.m.?) staff first said "the washroom" (both M & F rooms?) was "out of service," but it was pointed out that in spite of the sign taped to the outer door, one of the ppl in the party was buzzed in earlier in the evening, & the toilet (F) was fully operational then (& the room was also clean). After speaking to a cleaner, male, mopping the floor at end of the eve, twice, & pressuring counter staff (1 woman), twice, the counter staff woman finally let 2 customers into both the M and F washrooms, when it was pointed out that at least the female washroom was fully operationsl earlier in eve. (No other customers went into the washrooms all eve.) (The printed Out of Service sheet of paper sign taped to the outer door to the washrooms appeared to be quite an old sign, as well. How long has it been there, obviously discouraging use of these two fully operational (& clean & fully stocked with T.P.) inner washrooms???)(?) As an operational sit-down restaurant they LEGALLY have to provide a washroom, even if in some cases would be only 1 unisex washroom -- and they have 2, operational, M & F toilet rooms avail. So WTH???“

“Location is in the PMH hospital. Usually gets quite busy around 10am and again in the early afternoon. Mix of patients and employees. Use the app to pre-order and pick up, this is the fastest way. Sometimes if the line up is very long, I will order on the app just standing there and still get my order faster than if I had waited in line. They only have breakfast and donuts here, no soup or sandwiches. Breakfast is all day.“

Not crowded and very fast attention.
Something that you might need to have into consideration is that they don’t serve the chicken wraps, instead they have another menu for the lunch hour (Turkey and avocado, Cilantro Lime Habanero, etc) the staff is top notch. Even the sandwich prep is very easy on you if you want to have an extra warm sandwich.
