“This is my local Tim’s and yes it’s a gas Timmy’s but don’t let that turn you off. This location’s food and coffee are always on point and the staff works fast to deal with the surprising amount of traffic this smaller location can get. Be warned at high traffic times this location can get busy but surprisingly the staff find a way to move the line along as quick as possible. I recommend placing your order ahead of time for pickup using the Tim’s app. I have never had to wait for a pickup order here and you skip any line that might be forming.“

“Food at tim hortons is over processed, made at some factory, frozen and then warmed up. Only go here because I have gift cards and its close to work. Overall it is not owned by a canadian company anymore. The company should bring back making the food at each individual restaurant. Although each franchise may be locally run? Service workers work hard on their minimum wage jobs, im sure the company could pay them more with the millions they rake in each year off of hard working canadians.“

“4.5 STAR, I recently visited the Tim Hortons located at 2571 St Clair Ave, Toronto, and overall it was a pleasant and reliable experience. This location does a good job of maintaining the familiar comfort that Tim Hortons is known for, making it a convenient stop for both quick mornings and relaxed breaks.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, even during a busy period. Orders were taken efficiently, and the employees handled the rush professionally while still being polite and patient. My coffee was prepared quickly and tasted fresh, with the classic Tim Hortons flavor that regular customers appreciate. The baked goods, especially the donuts and muffins, were well-stocked and looked fresh, which is always a plus.
The store itself was reasonably clean and organized. Seating was available, and the dining area felt comfortable for enjoying a coffee or having a short meeting. Washrooms were also tidy, showing that staff pay attention to cleanliness throughout the day.

The lady i think she was the manager saw us deciding the menu and came to us to help us with some options and gave my kida some timbits. I interacted with three people and all of them were super helpful and professional as I wanted to buy the lovely looking merchandise cups and mugs. Unfortunately they were not allowed to offer me a special price for a big order of ~100 CAD which surprised me from business perspective. That's why 1 star is missing in the review.“

This is something I will always remember. Not may people are so kind, especially when the guests are complaining about her smell and how dirty the young lady was. Hard to believe that people can be so mean to the manager and continue to yell and complain to have her removed.“

“I came in the other night and got the thanksgiving stack and a chocolate brownie. That sandwich was so good I had to call them back just to thank them. Shout out to the Tita with the glasses who works there, she makes the best sandwiches, bowls, and wraps till date, been coming here for more than a year now and they never let me down 👍🏻. Shout out to all the patient and hard working staff there .“
“Sign taped to door to get to washrooms said "Out of Service," around 4:00 p.m. upon arrival at this coffee & tea bar/sandwich/donut shop restaurant, but both male & female washrooms actually were operating, no problem -- a customer was buzzed in & used at least the female washroom, by a request of counter staff then, early eve. Towards end of evening (10:00 p.m.,11:00 p.m.?) staff first said "the washroom" (both M & F rooms?) was "out of service," but it was pointed out that in spite of the sign taped to the outer door, one of the ppl in the party was buzzed in earlier in the evening, & the toilet (F) was fully operational then (& the room was also clean). After speaking to a cleaner, male, mopping the floor at end of the eve, twice, & pressuring counter staff (1 woman), twice, the counter staff woman finally let 2 customers into both the M and F washrooms, when it was pointed out that at least the female washroom was fully operationsl earlier in eve. (No other customers went into the washrooms all eve.) (The printed Out of Service sheet of paper sign taped to the outer door to the washrooms appeared to be quite an old sign, as well. How long has it been there, obviously discouraging use of these two fully operational (& clean & fully stocked with T.P.) inner washrooms???)(?) As an operational sit-down restaurant they LEGALLY have to provide a washroom, even if in some cases would be only 1 unisex washroom -- and they have 2, operational, M & F toilet rooms avail. So WTH???“
