What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Ji Won, was amazing — attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference and turned a good meal into a great experience.

Rude staff and an even more rude owner... don't bother complaining about anything because you're just going to get cussed at... absolutely appalling behavior... the usual crowd are loud obnoxious and seriously over their limits. I've witnessed tables and chairs falling all over the place on many occasions because people are way too intoxicated to think. The owner acts like he's untouchable and says things like " you're in a bar what do you expect " . I expect to be treated as a paying customer. Never going there again. also... one of the servers is literally always drunk out of her mind... my very first visit she was crying about her ex... and almost every time I ordered wings SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG....over and over again!! let's just say ive had many free wings and stuff from her as an apology... I gave them a chance. several actually. but after that conversation with the owner.... im done. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!“

“It may be one of the hottest days of the year but, we came in craving some comfort food and this perfectly hit that itch. The chicken was extremely juicey, the skin crisp, meat tender and quite flavorful, also I was impressed by the size of each peice and how they butchered it. We were given a small platter of buttered corn on the house and it was a nice starter to preset the meal. The music hits the vibe of a relaxing casual eatery and the combos are worth the money. Next time I would order the combo with a larger group to finish it we went for combo 2 and got the galbi and soy garlic chicken. The galbi was my favorite my partner preferred the soy garlic, the tteokbokki was a little smokey, little spicey, and was loaded with meat it was worth it. I will come back and this will be a another great night spot after some drinks and karaoke.“

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.“

“Great location and the food was made and cooked perfectly. As always got the four cheese spinach dip and hubby and me decided on burgers. Both were cooked and plated to perfection. Fries are a nice thick cut fry and cooked decently, but I would ask for well done next time as I prefer my fries a bit more crispy. Our server could of replenished our drinks before we finished eating, but it wasnt the end of the world. Just decided to not buy an additional round of drinks as we were pretty much done eating. As a customer thats okay, as a business owner they missed out on the upsale of a second round.“

“Food was excellent (very umami) and arrived quickly but service was somewhat questionable.

We called ahead of time to see if the restaurant was busy, the server was hesitant to respond though the answer was that there would be space for our party of 5.

When the ebi shrimp (5 pcs) arrived, I was curious as to why there were only 4 crackers to which she hesitated then responded “oh?” And walked away.

We realized after we finished the maze udon that the dish was missing the rice and went up to the counter to ask for rice, to which the server responded “you’re supposed to get it after you finish the udon”. I said “yes, we did” and she then asked if we wanted the rice now. Not sure if she had forgotten as it didn’t seem like she had the intention to check on the table.“

“My family went at Kelsey’s for lunch last Friday and the service was amazing. We had a issue with our daughter’s usual order and she wanted MAC & cheese with something else so they went to ask the owner (Steve) and he came to our table and he resolved our issue and explained to us what my daughter can order with the mac & cheese and he was very polite and kind to us and continuously kept checking on us at our table to make everything is great with us and our order. I will also like to thank Dave and Shafik as well for going the extra mile to solve our issue by getting the right person to help us. We always come to Kelsey’s if we are going out for dinner or to celebrate something and each time the service and food are always excellent and I would recommend others to experience Kelsey’s food and services. “My friends and I have now been going to Gabby's for quite a few times, maybe about 6 by now, usually on Sundays. The last couple of times have been on a Friday and Monday. We are mostly handicapped, using walkers or a wheelchair. I usually make the reservation, and specify a table near the lovely large windows. It has never been a problem on Sundays, but there seems to be one waitress who objects to our sitting near the window as we will "block" the servers. It is difficult enough being handicapped never mind having a surly woman telling us we are a problem. So, maybe this woman doesn't work on Sundays. We love this restaurant and the food and atmosphere is so great, usually. Most disappointing.“

“Nangman Pocha is a fantastic spot if you're looking for authentic Korean pocha vibes, delicious comfort food, and a fun atmosphere.

We ordered the pan-seared beef intestine, calamari, Korean Army Stew, and pork hock with salad. The beef intestine was cut tableside, which made the experience even more enjoyable, and the texture was excellent. The Army Stew was massive, packed with toppings, and perfect for sharing. The pork hock paired with the fresh salad was another highlight—the refreshing salad balanced the rich, tender pork beautifully. Every dish came in generous portions, making it a great place to dine with family or friends.

The restaurant also has big screens for watching sports, plenty of free parking, and a daily $16.99 soju special that makes the experience even better.

“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

“Went there with friends, the location is great from access and parking point of view, but the best part started when we arrived in the cafe, greeted with a genuine smile and the hostess (Ms. G) showed our table, explained us the process there and several games, very kindly and patiently, then she helped us to set up our game, we ordered some hot drinks and all were perfect. One thing happened that night and there was a fire alarm from a neighbouring restaurant, our hostess helped us to navigate through that moment and understand the situation. She is very friendly, professional and organized. I really enjoyed our time at that cafe and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some time with friends or family.

“Everyting considered, this place, the owner and management , and nearly every observable aspect of he venue not to mention the staff who keep the place runnig and the unmatched hospitality+ every lil service oriented aspect of this hidden treasure of a setting..if possible, seems to keep stepping up their game immeasurably with each subsequent visit i make here .“

“We couldn't have asked for a better place for Easter brunch. Everything was top notch, freshly prepared. We loved the variety of smoothies that were included with the brunch. Along with the haddock beurre blanc, buttermilk fried chicken and roasted veggie wraps. They also had an omelette station, continental breakfast choices as well as pasties, dessert bars, cereal, juices, coffee and tea. The Easter brunch buffet was $35 a person and it was definitely stellar.“
