“Picked up ice cream cupcakes for Autism Ontario event today! They were an amazing treat on a hot day! My kids were very surprised and super grateful for such things! Thank you to the lady owner that spoke to me and held on to the treats as I was unable to pick them up before! She really made my kids day! My son who is autistic said it was the most delicious treat ever 😍 thank you for your generosity! We will be back to enjoy more treats in the future for sure! 🥰🥰🥰“

“I stopped by Alia’s today and had a great experience. I’ve been wanting to try their gelato for a while, and I finally did. The Kinder Bueno gelato was delicious, you can really taste the Kinder, hazelnut, and chocolate. I also tried their macchiato, which was excellent and nice and strong. Highly recommend this place! “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Best place to go for a delicious bite to eat after a nice long walk in the nature. They have the best hot dogs, poutine, burgers and ice cream, especially their famous lavender lemon ice cream. “Crazy Cravings came to our event on extremely short notice (our planned truck cancelled last minute). When I spoke to Jeff on the phone to inquire (literally a few hours before our event), he was so kind and professional. They came directly from another event and arrived right on time with smiles on their face and their beautiful trucks stocked with yummy treats! The ice cream was absolutely delicious - everyone LOVED it and it made our event so special and memorable! I also love how clean and organized this branch is that the refrigerator is neatly arranged and makes choosing ice cream cakes so easy. I went last week and there was a sign that says to "talk to each other" and to "pretend it's 1995". keep up with the times or you will lose the few loyal clients you have left. other than that, the coffee is still great.“

“I’m a regular here at Baskin Robbins and just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, my visit didn’t start that great, but it completely turned around because of Nirav.
He was really chill and took the time to get what kind of flavors I like (I’m a big fan of mango and Jamoca Almond Fudge 😄). He let me try a few new ones, explained what goes into them, and suggested some options based on my taste. That kind of effort really stood out.

“Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“
