“We had a great time at Kelseys! Staff are excellent, atmosphere is great and prices are reasonable. Love that the menu lets you order either 10 or 15 wings rather than selling them by the pound. Who doesn't want to know how many wings they are going to get for dinner rather than having to "estimate" how many wings might come in a pound or two?“

“We had such a wonderful experience dining here! The service was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to interact with our one-year-old, which made us feel very welcome as a family. Even when our little one got a bit fussy, he remained patient, kind, and understanding. The staff were also very accommodating with our child's food while still making sure the adults enjoyed their meal just as much. Overall, a fantastic experience — we'll definitely be back!“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. Food was amazing and our waitress was on top of things, looked after us all night, polite, friendly and accommodating. Best service at a restaurant and it was our son's 18th birthday celebration. “I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. “I have going to Swiss Chalets for years ... in Ottawa, Georgetown, Mississauga, Burlington and now here in Kitchener. I go at least 3 a month. Food here was good as usual. This visit I was served by Sue (she as been my server a couple of times). She seems to really enjoy her function, she is quite personable and I enjoy.“

“The ramen broth had a deep, rich flavor. But there were only two pork slices.. I clearly remember back in 2016 at Sansote in torotno, the pork was thicker and there were five slices. The boiled egg was a bit salty… I really missed the old Sansote“

“This is our local go to pub. The atmosphere is great and fun as a couple or a group. Their house salad is fantastic, have some vegetarian options as they change. The current masala burger is fantastic. The fries are too salty for my liking but not awful. We have a couple of favourite servers, all are great. Most seem to enjoy their fish and chips. We had a dinner there for 35-40 people in the back room and not one complaint or dish returned. Well done to the entire staff.“
