“I often visit the Tim Hortons where my friend Elson works, and I have to say, he’s amazing at what he does. He’s always so friendly and quick, making sure everyone’s happy with their orders. It’s great to see someone so hardworking and dedicated, and it makes my visit even better knowing he’s there.“

“I visit this Tim's every day when I visit the casino. Several of the ladies know my order and it's ready as soon as I step up! Today I got to witness their pleasant demeanor even when an abusive customer berated them and threw food at them. They served me afterwards with their usual friendly smiles.“

“I usually stop by on my way home and Wendy always is there. I order the same thing every time - xl dark roast black with an espresso shot - and she usually has it ready within a minute of ordering. Love the staff and service at this location. ☺️“

“I recently got my bike stolen from the store, i was legit in there for 2 mins. I am a regular here and the reason i love the people here are their support and customer service. Employees ran after the theif and Rebekah helped me getting the footage too. They are very supportive and helpful. If it wasnt for them i would not be able to provide the description of the theif to the police. Quality of the product is great and they never mess up my order. Paula, Rebekah, Mya and among other people is the reason Tim Horton spirit is still there and thats why I keep coming to this location every day.“

“This is your typical Tim Hortons with traditional Tim Hortons snacks and foods and coffee. you paid the same price as in any other Tim Hortons affiliation. The interior is quite nice and we really enjoy having a snack there. The parking is free.“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

“We had a great experience at this location. The updated restaurant and the atmosphere was great. It was clean and everyone was friendly. You could see this was a busy location but our food was fresh and hot and they were quick. I will definitely come back here.“

“Unbelievable. 5 minutes ago, I was there, ordered a bagel, and when I received it, it wasn't burned with 2L of butter on it. It was absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bagel from a Tim Horton's made properly in at least 5 years, and I thank you. I thank you so much for my perfect bagel.“

“The Staff is super friendly and they pay attention to the service. I was having trouble finding the drink I wanted. So he helped me by going through the drink menu. He gave me some pretty good suggestions for drinks which I am gonna try next time. They paid attention to the cleanliness while making food which was amazing. The store looks clean. The coffee, as always, was top-notch—perfectly brewed and served just how I like it. I also tried one of their freshly baked donuts, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The food was made to order, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about providing quality service.

The service was quick, and the team worked efficiently, even during busy times. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and still maintained a friendly, upbeat attitude.

“I had a great experience at this location thanks to Dilsher who provided excellent customer service! I needed potato wedges for dinner at 10pm and had no luck at any of the grocery stores after driving all around town. I then called nearly 20 Tim Hortons and all told me they didn’t have any wedges. But this location with Dilsher answering the phone was the only one to say I don’t have any now but I can make some for you! He graciously made me 3 orders of wedges for our dinner which were ready in 10 minutes. Not only that, I asked him if he could make us a dozen of walnut crunch donuts and he kindly obliged. They were also just about ready when I got there. I had requested them with less sugar glaze than usual due to dietary restrictions and he found a way to do it, they turned out perfect! Thank you very much Dilsher for not only the amazing customer service but also for having the initiative to make these orders on the spot when the other locations’ employees just simply said we don’t have any at the moment. He is an exemplary employee and deserves to be recognized and rewarded as such!“

“Food is good. Drive thru was decent, not too long. Love the points system, great for when you have no money and need to something to eat. I wish they offered a different egg for their breakfast sandwiches, I preferred their scrambled eggs. Good service.“

“Mike and Danielle are your best team members, never miss a beat. I will pass other locations to come here for 2 reasons, 1 all other locations seem to have poor service skills, and 2 knowing it will be accurate, they ( mike and danielle) always do the order without issues, they provide great service, they are efficient.

Your weekend staff however needs to get retrained on proper food handling, and educated further, ie learning to butter both sides and the entire item when asked for buttered not skipping it and hoping that I dont notice. They are very poorly skilled, and cannot handle orders. You need 3 people at the very least first thing in the morning if they cant do an order in less than 6 mins at the window with no other guests.“

“I come to this Tim Hortons location every morning and no matter how busy it gets (and it’s always busy!) Anna always manages to get my order right every single time! She’s so sweet, quick, and incredibly efficient, even when there’s a long line.

“The manager here DeeDee is an exceptional leader. She takes time to listen and treats everyone with utmost respect. This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. “I just had, yet again, another one of my best interactions at your store. Your midnight crew, Tarak Patel, to be precise, is such a warm, smiling, friendly face that I routinely stop to order from on my way home from work. The service he provides is unmatched, as he is fast, friendly, and a genuine soul just trying to make the customers smile. Even in the mornings, when he takes the delivery order in through the back and I see him while waiting in line, I am always greeted with a warm hello Onyx 👋 how are you today? 😊 your daytime manager could actually take a few lessons in etiquette while talking to customers if I am being completely honest. She actually holds the debit machine out the window before you even get to the window and she is always mean to the other workers under her. Its too bad they couldn't swap positions“

“Fast and kind service, clean atmosphere and comfy sofas and chairs to chill with friends, elegant interior as well as satisfactory exterior, a wide variety of tasty foods and beverages of all kinds to satisfy your desires. 6+ years and 70+ times here, and doesn't disappoint anytime.“

“Stop here every day for a coffee. Usually they don't make a mistake. It's just a shame the owners are complete garbage to their staff, and it really shows in the service. The staff do a good job even if they're under paid and under staffed.“
