“I often visit the Tim Hortons where my friend Elson works, and I have to say, he’s amazing at what he does. He’s always so friendly and quick, making sure everyone’s happy with their orders. It’s great to see someone so hardworking and dedicated, and it makes my visit even better knowing he’s there.“

“I like the service of people here they are very fast especially there is a guy name siddhant he is so fast he works on weekends night but he manages to give a better service to every customer. Rest of the staff is good as well they all are so friendly and helpful.“

“Not long before closing with minimal options left, was declined the ability to substitute a donut for a muffin. There were 3 kinds of donut left and buying a half dozen.. turned down even tho close to closing (throw donuts away) and no other options. We tip you all the time.. yet u can't show appreciation with a muffin?“

“This is your typical Tim Hortons with traditional Tim Hortons snacks and foods and coffee. you paid the same price as in any other Tim Hortons affiliation. The interior is quite nice and we really enjoy having a snack there. The parking is free.“

“I had a great experience at this location thanks to Dilsher who provided excellent customer service! I needed potato wedges for dinner at 10pm and had no luck at any of the grocery stores after driving all around town. I then called nearly 20 Tim Hortons and all told me they didn’t have any wedges. But this location with Dilsher answering the phone was the only one to say I don’t have any now but I can make some for you! He graciously made me 3 orders of wedges for our dinner which were ready in 10 minutes. Not only that, I asked him if he could make us a dozen of walnut crunch donuts and he kindly obliged. They were also just about ready when I got there. I had requested them with less sugar glaze than usual due to dietary restrictions and he found a way to do it, they turned out perfect! Thank you very much Dilsher for not only the amazing customer service but also for having the initiative to make these orders on the spot when the other locations’ employees just simply said we don’t have any at the moment. He is an exemplary employee and deserves to be recognized and rewarded as such!“

“I am a student at the UWindsor and I always have my coffee here. The staff is super friendly. I kinda wish they had timbits more often. I also have pizza pizza here and that too is really good. I wonder why the pizza pizza at wyandotte taste different than here.“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

“Very satisfactory visit. Balu at the counter was great. A nice man. Place looked clean. Nice open concept floor plan not over crowded with chairs that get in the way and prevent proper cleaning of the floors/leading to bugs from donut/sugar bits. Good job folks.“

“Mike and Danielle are your best team members, never miss a beat. I will pass other locations to come here for 2 reasons, 1 all other locations seem to have poor service skills, and 2 knowing it will be accurate, they ( mike and danielle) always do the order without issues, they provide great service, they are efficient.

Your weekend staff however needs to get retrained on proper food handling, and educated further, ie learning to butter both sides and the entire item when asked for buttered not skipping it and hoping that I dont notice. They are very poorly skilled, and cannot handle orders. You need 3 people at the very least first thing in the morning if they cant do an order in less than 6 mins at the window with no other guests.“

“Messed up my drink order at the drive thru. But the lady handing me the order was the most pleasant Tim Hortons employee I've ever encountered. She agreed that my iced coffee didn't look right (looked like just milk). Patiently took the time to get it just right even though it was holding up the line. Wish I got her name, was the morning of May 3rd around 10 am.“

“I am only going to share once and once only. Pretty much ALL Tim Hortons anymore have gone way downhill. You're lucky if you get the correct order. Sometimes, the order looked like the person was angry putting it together. So when I say ALL, that's not just Windsor. I travel up past Toronto frequently and it's ALL the same. Don't go in an EnRoute in the summer . Gross flies everywhere, everywhere.“

“Hi, I’m from the States and visited Canada this weekend with my 6-year-old son. We went through the drive-thru early in the morning, and my son absolutely loved the guy at the window. He’s been insisting we go back just to see him again. The guy was so sweet to my son, and that brief interaction really stood out—I've never seen anything like it at any store before. We’ll definitely be back this weekend, and I hope my son gets to see him again. Thank you for making my son so happy!

“there are two in st clair college main campus anyway, too bad we didn't have enough options. This might be the best option since there aren't many good restaurants on this campus. It is very pleasant to drink coffee and look at the scenery here.“

“The young lady with the blonde hair that works a ton of hours is the reason for the five star service. She was always super friendly with the customers and smiling even though you could tell she was exhausted. To whom ever the owner is give this employee a raise she is worth it!!! “

“Busy, busy. Hard to get service in AM if you go in because everyone is just concentrating on drive-thru which itself is super busy. Why can't they even give you a napkin with your take out order any more without having to check your bag and not finding one ask for one provided you haven't altready driven off? - another $ saver for them? At least the breakfast sandwich and coffee were good and they were hot! Indoor service not much better, tables not cleaned, slow service because staff all attending to drive through. Hard to get or don't want to get more staff? Update 02/11/23 still can't find a clean table in the place at 3:30 pm! But food and coffee good.“

“Visited the drive thru. Was wanting their grilled cheese sandwich but learned they don't carry that anymore... To bad, it was actually pretty good. Employee suggested their new cheese pizza. Tried it out and it was not bad. Enough for two to share.“

“Sit down area was very clean and well tended. Day time visit… staff were very attentive and friendly. Easy location to get into with car and central. I didn’t use the drive through this visit but I have several times in the past an it’s been fast and accurate with my order every time.“

“The service was lacking due to the issue of the young lady at the deli counter not turn around and help the person at the main counter when the lineup got bad and she had no orders waiting there's no music playing in the lobby and all I heard was employee talking over each other and the customer in line before me left very mad at the lack of service“

This is the only Tim Horton that I've been to in such a long time that they got your order right they're unbelievable friendly wonderful service wonderful atmosphere and on delivery when I do order everything is perfect I'm so happy they are delivering now
All of my food items for repack very well and hot on delivery no issues

“Stop here every day for a coffee. Usually they don't make a mistake. It's just a shame the owners are complete garbage to their staff, and it really shows in the service. The staff do a good job even if they're under paid and under staffed.“

“It's Time Hortons.. what's there to say , during the day fresh selection of donuts.. l prefer their coffee of McDonald's, l find there dark roast a bit much but a regular coffee with a shot of expreso when l need a little kick is perfect.. l will say if you haven't had their Chilli give it a try as close to homemade as you will find...
