“I often visit the Tim Hortons where my friend Elson works, and I have to say, he’s amazing at what he does. He’s always so friendly and quick, making sure everyone’s happy with their orders. It’s great to see someone so hardworking and dedicated, and it makes my visit even better knowing he’s there.“

“I visit this Tim's every day when I visit the casino. Several of the ladies know my order and it's ready as soon as I step up! Today I got to witness their pleasant demeanor even when an abusive customer berated them and threw food at them. They served me afterwards with their usual friendly smiles.“

“This is your typical Tim Hortons with traditional Tim Hortons snacks and foods and coffee. you paid the same price as in any other Tim Hortons affiliation. The interior is quite nice and we really enjoy having a snack there. The parking is free.“

“I visited 3998 Walker Rd and had a great experience. The coffee was fresh and the wraps were delicious. The place was clean and welcoming. Lorraine, the manager, is very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by for a quick coffee and bite!“

“One of the service ladies(Michelle) is the nicest you'll ever meet. Brings treats she personally purchases for students and cares about people's well being. She is always a pleasure to talk to in the morning and does a good job.The other regular cashier seems unenthusiastic about the job and has brushed off complaints about cream dispensers and such.This is just a boutique Tim Hortons so no bagels or sandwiches and options are limited. For the purpose it has, it's good.“

“I came in during brunch to order a chilli and sandwich during my break. Armina did a fantastic job with making sure I was satisfied with my order. In the past when I had asked for extra butter packets, salt, pepper or even toasting the bread that comes with the chilli, I had always felt like I was annoying the person making the food. However, Armina was always smiling and was more than happy to give me what I needed. So thank you for making me feel welcomed! The food was also amazing!“

“I have 2 other Tim Horton locations closer to me but I choose to come here instead. This location always seems well staffed with friendly and fast working people. The site is kept clean and you can observe many customers there happily relaxing enjoying themselves everyday. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of the 5 is because I've had issues with my bagels and sandwhich buns being burnt a handful of times but over all its been a fairly reasonable experience here.“

“The staff  at this store was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. The store was clean and organized making it a perfect spot to grab coffee.

The coffee, as always, was top-notch—perfectly brewed and served just how I like it. I also tried one of their freshly baked donuts, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The food was made to order, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about providing quality service.

The service was quick, and the team worked efficiently, even during busy times. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and still maintained a friendly, upbeat attitude.

“Unbelievable. 5 minutes ago, I was there, ordered a bagel, and when I received it, it wasn't burned with 2L of butter on it. It was absolutely perfect. I have not seen a bagel from a Tim Horton's made properly in at least 5 years, and I thank you. I thank you so much for my perfect bagel.“

Even after I spilled my drink, she went out of her way to help me clean it up and make me a new one As a senior citizen, her politeness reminded me of the true Canadian spirit we once had when I was younger. “Food is good. Drive thru was decent, not too long. Love the points system, great for when you have no money and need to something to eat. I wish they offered a different egg for their breakfast sandwiches, I preferred their scrambled eggs. Good service.“

This store is ultra busy but she works hard to make sure everyone is doing their best. She is on the floor continually watching how things operate. “There's one woman who works the drive thru daily, I don't know her name but she always, always remembers to make sure my order is right, stirred (SO important!) “I just came into the drive thru. We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken wrap with donuts and a coffee. Isabella was amazing. She gave us amazing service, she was taking the orders and giving us our drinks. The french vanilla tasted like water but all of the staff were great. Isabella was very apologetic and even gave us a coupon for next time. When we come here in the afternoon the wait times are long and they never have what you want. “I just had, yet again, another one of my best interactions at your store. Your midnight crew, Tarak Patel, to be precise, is such a warm, smiling, friendly face that I routinely stop to order from on my way home from work. The service he provides is unmatched, as he is fast, friendly, and a genuine soul just trying to make the customers smile. Even in the mornings, when he takes the delivery order in through the back and I see him while waiting in line, I am always greeted with a warm hello Onyx 👋 how are you today? 😊 your daytime manager could actually take a few lessons in etiquette while talking to customers if I am being completely honest. She actually holds the debit machine out the window before you even get to the window and she is always mean to the other workers under her. Its too bad they couldn't swap positions“

“Stop here every day for a coffee. Usually they don't make a mistake. It's just a shame the owners are complete garbage to their staff, and it really shows in the service. The staff do a good job even if they're under paid and under staffed.“

“It's Time Hortons.. what's there to say , during the day fresh selection of donuts.. l prefer their coffee of McDonald's, l find there dark roast a bit much but a regular coffee with a shot of expreso when l need a little kick is perfect.. l will say if you haven't had their Chilli give it a try as close to homemade as you will find...
