“We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet during our recent visit with friends. Our server, Raneem, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always available when needed without hovering over the table. Her service really helped make our evening enjoyable.
The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. Everything arrived promptly and tasted great.
We had actually stopped coming to this location for a while because the food quality had become inconsistent. However, this visit was a pleasant surprise. There has been a noticeable improvement, and it seems that under the leadership of the new manager, Jasmeet, things are moving in a very positive direction. The restaurant feels well-managed, and the future of this location looks bright.

Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. “Tatiana, our waitress, was excellent. She's helpful with menu suggestions, listens carefully, and is prompt in delivering drinks and food with a smile. I chose a dish that she approved and my wife chose a more traditional Swiss Chalet menu choice (The 1/4 chicken). My choice was a new dish (Chicken Teriyaki) that is being tried out in several different Swiss Chalet stores and was really excellent. I would suggest that possibly there was too much food which is all delicious. I normally attend the Swiss Chalet on Yonge just north of St. Clair and I will ask for that option there.“

“I dropped by for my birthday on Sunday. I must say that I truly enjoyed my meal. The ribs were soft and full of flavor and the drinks were nice. “This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

“You can never go wrong with a quarter chicken dinner or chicken pot pie. Staff is friendly. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy. You can get points if you have a scene card. It helps that there is a free parking lot in the Plaza. Great location too.“

She was attentive without being intrusive, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It's rare to receive service this warm and genuine, and Nicole made us feel like valued guests from start to finish.

“Ong so I found this place on Uber eats and never ordered but it's close. Hubby loves tims and I said nope bring me there. I got a strawberry lemonade omg so gooddddd.. might I add freshly squeezed lol. Totally recommend 👌 then got the turkey club. And omg. This is my new fav place to go. It was fresh and so much turkey!!! Was so good. Highly recommend. Going here from now on. Ordering from here from now on. Hubby tried their banna nut muffin that they warmed for him and the cookies he loved both!!! This place had a great atmosphere walking in. They have breakfast and lunch items that I'll Totally be trying next!! So happy it's close to me!!“

“Came here by myself, I got seated on the bar side. My server, i did not get her name, but if I had to guess she looked of an Asian decent, long dark hair, a lil shorty. She was extremely polite and bubbly I love her. I got the Kim Crawford wine 6 oz with the coconut shrimp, as an appetiser. It was delicious 😋. For my main dish, I ordered the butternut squash ravioli, it is a vegan dish, and It was heavenly, i still think about it. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
