Starbucks in Woodstock

“I never go to Starbucks but I got a giftcard and was walking past and decided to go inside for something pumpkin as the fall season approaches. I talked with the kindest person ever (Kyle? Or Kylee?) and she walked me through the entire order process, asking what I like and my preferences. The drink is DELICIOUS, she really really knew what she was talking about. I’d really recommend coming here. Thank you for making my day“

“Sky was very helpful and friendly. There was a minor mix-up with my wife's drink, which she promptly corrected. She noticed we had our puppy with us and brought out a fun little whipped cream snack for him to enjoy. Great service and friendly staff. I'm sure there are varying levels of intensity throughout the day at this location, which may result in staff being a little stressed and strained, which may explain some of the more recent negative reviews. Our experience was very pleasant this morning, and everybody was very cordial. My wife and I have been to this location numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. I realized I had not reviewed this place before, so I thought I'd do it today since we received such a warm and friendly welcome with our pet. Keep up the great work!“

“How lovely that at an En Route that I come to maybe 4 times a year that the Barista Kate remembers my boyfriend and I from our order! At such a crazy busy location it really makes an experience that can easily be frustrating into a pleasant one when someone puts the effort in to make your interactions pleasant! Thank you Kate!“
