“I had tacos on Taco tuesday. They were really good and a great price! The only I think I would maybe change, is I would use grilled chunks of chicken, instead of pulled chicken. The pulled chicken is just too wet and the tortilla never stood a chance LOL“

“We have been to the brick and mortar restaurant for breakfast three times now. Every time the place is clean and the service is quick, friendly, and attentive, regardless of the server. The food is fantastic and reflects a true love of cooking. I have had the juevos rancheros, the chilequiles poblanos, and the quesadilla. Their chips are made to order and come out hot, and the standard salsa served with them is roasted and well flavored. The prices are very reasonable and the menu does state that chips and salsa are not complimentary, and in this instance with the quality it's understandable. As a side note, the decorating is fantastic and provides wonderful ambiance! Glad to have found this little gem and can wait to come back for lunch or dinner service!“

“10/10. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to ruin Hawaiian food everywhere else forever. Everything I’ve had here is straight-up criminal. The Death Row Plate is my go-to, a stacked sampler loaded with Hurricane chicken, Korean fried chicken, and poke that will knock your balls clear across Pacific Hwy. Also… the grilled shrimp plate?? Absolute menace. I could eat 100 of them like candy and still be looking around for more. And the mac salad that comes with every plate? Should be illegal. I’m pretty sure it violates at least three laws. To top it off, the owner runs this place solo, in there every day, grinding, serving every plate herself until she sells out. And she sells out every single day. She’s born and raised Oahu, so you’re getting so you’re getting the real deal, no mainland shortcuts, no watered-down flavors, just straight island heat. Hours: 10–2…..Translation: show up early or cry in your car. 🫳🎤“

I had the ganh-jang steak (coulette steak topped with mint butter served with rice over seasonal vegetables) and my husband had the maneul ox-bone soup and both meals were absolutely delicious. “Had Camila’s for the first time today and I tried the Carne Asada burrito and a Al Pastor taco. They were both very good. The asada burrito had a very good amount of meat and was seasoned well. The Al Pastor is the best I’ve had around the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Aloha area! The owners working the truck were very friendly and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Highly recommend!“

“Stopped by on a whim to make sure I tried some Oregon wines while I was visiting Portland. I had a wonderful time and tried some delicious wines. Met the owners who were as nice as could be. I ordered a flight of three wines and also ordered the olives. the wines were very good, and the olives were so good I had to ask what kinds they were. Seems like a great place to enjoy some wine and food. I wish I could've stayed longer and gone back another time. They also have a bottle shop attached so if you find one you really like you can take it home with you.“

“I walked up to order and saw loads of basil in front of me getting ready to be turned into something delicious. I ordered a small order of arancini balls. I was delighted that I could choose different ones on the same order. They had 4 varieties and all sounded amazing. I ordered the original mozz and the pepperoni and mozz. Then I could choose from 4 different sauces and I chose the original marinara. These were so good along with the sauce that I can’t wait to go back and try all of them but next time I’m ordering the large for sure! Additionally I ordered the Italian chopped salad and added grilled chicken and soppressata dry cured ham. It was an explosion of flavors! The grilled chicken was so good along with the ham. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Next I’m trying either the eggplant parm sub of the vegan pesto pasta, especially after witnessing the mound-o-basil. I won’t be forgetting the large aracini balls either ;)“

“Ordered to-go chicken and waffles, and the turkey BLT. Was ready to go at the stated time. There were a handful of beautiful cakes right at the front, ready to go. The only thing was that it was not packed in a to-go bag but save the environment I guess was the idea. Would have loved some utensils as well. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken that I have found around the metro area. Waffle was pretty good too and the syrup was fantastic. Free street parking right out front and around the area.“

“From Silverton, Oregon and I went hunting in eastern Oregon and I harvested an amazing black bear I looked around for a butcher and nobody was taking any wild game. I called the meeting place and they said they were in drop offs were from from 10 AM to 2 o’clock p.m. I was instantly met with an amazing staff that was knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. I ended up meeting a manager that ran their wild game department, which I have to say that woman is just absolutely amazing with information. Very knowledgeable answered every question I had honestly I was a little hesitant about going all the way to Portland area for a butcher, but I have to say there is no finer butcher team in Oregon that I honestly can say I would rather use other than the meeting place I will continue to use them for all of my game processing absolutely amazing team great greetings just an absolute nice people to deal with most booster shops are very blunt. Some can say not very friendly straight to the point and bye-bye not this place this place is energetic very friendly, respectful kind very knowledgeable. You will not find a better butcher shop in Oregon from what I have seen and I have seen just about every butcher shop we have in Oregon. These guys are top notch if you’ve never left a butcher shop completely smiling and having a great experience you should take the drive to Hillsborough and try these guys. Absolutely amazing. Cannot say enough about these people.“

It’s close to home, they have indoor and outdoor seating, the people there are really nice (especially Amy, who always tries to have a stout or 2 on tap), and my dog feels so relaxed here (sitting outside of course). It’s just a cozy local hangout, and they have cool events all the time. “When I visit Portland, I make a point of dining at the so‑called must‑try restaurants, but most of them end up being disappointing. However, this place—located on the second floor of a Korean market—is very simple yet surprisingly delicious. Whenever I go to G Mart to pick up sale items, I usually stop here for a meal.
The food here is much better than at Jeju, Hanok, or other Korean restaurants. Another advantage is that after finishing your meal, you can conveniently do your grocery shopping right downstairs. The prices are reasonable, and most of the menu items taste excellent. This is definitely a place I recommend.“
