“They got a 4 star rating because they mischarged me from the advertised price on the menu. I ordered 6 jalapenos for $2.99 as what the menu read because 1 was $1.19 each. I wanted only 3. I got my receipt and was charged for 2 orders, 3 jalapenos for $2.99. I pointed it out to the manager on duty, Morrien. She informed me that the menu was incorrect and that she would bring it up to her general manager. No, sorry, let's make it right or nothing. Other than that, the food was fresh and hot. Nick, the employee running the register, was really sweet and quick. Cody, the order prepared was very helpful with all the condiments and extra supplies to take the leftovers.“

“I have always passed by this location and thought it looked so basic from the outside. I ordered a spicy chicken, and it was anything but basic. My partner also enjoyed the veggie sandwich. It wasn't another "impossible" burger heated up. Fries were also not too salty and greasy. I will definitely go back.“

“This was the first time my boyfriend had gone to MOD (I've been a few times previously a few years ago in Salem)... one thing I wish we would have done was ordered through the app before going in (even if you order in person, the app shows you all of the available toppings). There was a huge line, and you could tell that the employees were feeling the rush, so you didn't have much ability to ask questions about which toppings were which, since they don't have them labeled. I also forgot about the after-baking toppings/sauces, because I would have asked for the fig balsamic glaze... it's bomb!“

“The Jersey Mikes in Sherwood went above and beyond today. Not only did their lovely staff alert me that I had enough points to get a free sub, when I went to my car and discovered a dead battery they jumped my car!!! One of the staff went home, got his jumper cable and got my car started! Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place but they have my undying loyalty now. BTW it was pouring rain at the time. Those two young men are not only great workers but great assets to our community. Thank you!“

“Never had bad food at Roxy’s and this location is no exception!We don’t even realize this location was there until tonight! It’s a larger location than MurrayHill and a bit small than the Tualatin location but plenty of seating.We love the kahlua pork, shoyu chicken, pineapple chicken and musubi! The Mac salad is yummy too as are the veggies.Reminds us of being back in Hawaii when we eat loco moco too!“

“My husband and I stopped by on our way home from running errands in Woodburn today 01/06/24. The store employee's are friendly, efficient, and attentive. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken tenders with a small curly fries to share and my husband ordered a reuben with a total cost of $18.17. Total wait time from placing our order and receiving the food less than 15 minutes which is not bad for a Saturday afternoon. Kudos to Heather the employee that took our food order accurately and the employees that prepared our food fresh(cooked instead of letting it sit on the warmer). Keep up the awesome customer service!Parking: Since it was lunch time, the parking lot is starting to get packed with cars. Also, there are other fast foods and an Elmer's restaurant within close proximity of each other that shares the entire parking lot. If you are willing to walk for just a little bit then yes definitely there are plenty of parking spaces.“

“The burgers and fries at this place consistently impress me. Although I live closer to the Tualatin location, I prefer coming here because it offers a superior experience. Specifically, they prepare the food faster, and it simply tastes better. I have a particular fondness for their fries, which I believe rank among the best in the fast-food realm, even when compared to establishments like Five Guys. Admittedly, Five Guys is on the pricey side, but I believe the quality justifies the cost. If you're after low-quality fare, you might as well go to McDonald's for sawdust and beef parts. But if you're seeking top-notch ingredients, this is the place to be.The service at this location is solid. They consistently provide speedy and polite service. However, I must mention that the ambiance leaves something to be desired. The seating isn't comfortable, and they tend to keep the air conditioner cranked down to a chilly 60 degrees. That's why I usually opt for takeout. When the craving for a burger and fries hits, though, this is my go-to spot.“
