“I was struggling with the app and it had charged my card twice that was almost $50 in charges and the manager here made the food that I ordered without making me pay again and I thought that was wonderful of them to do. I greatly appreciate the service at this Taco Bell. There are very friendly and they greet you at the counter unlike other Taco Bell locations! “I have Never eaten at a Mod Pizza before, I went inside, could not believe how pleasant the atmosphere was, how clean the store was. I would love to leave some photos. I hope I can find a way to do that. Impeccable customer service skills, there were two girls working tonight, I can't believe I forgot to get their names, but their customer service was impeccable. They were so friendly and so helpful and willing to give me the whole lowdown of the whole menu, and helped me so much and made it such a pleasant experience. “First, the good: I’m a big fan of MOD overall, and this location delivers where it counts on people and product. The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and efficient, and the pizza was good—exactly what I expect from MOD. It’s fast, customizable, and consistently solid, which is why I keep coming back to the brand.

Now the hard part—and I genuinely hope the owner or franchisee is reading this. The restaurant was filthy. Light fixtures had burned-out bulbs, there’s a wall with a bunch of exposed Velcro that just looks unfinished, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The soda display case was pulled out with visible trash piled behind it—clearly in plain sight while you’re checking out. If the front of the house looks like this, it naturally makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. This location needs immediate attention on cleanliness and basic maintenance, because it’s falling well short of what the MOD brand should represent.“

“Burgerville is always pretty good. It’s just the single most expensive fast food drive thru I’ve ever gone through. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while because the value for what you get for the money just isn’t there. A burger, fries and a small shake and I was well over $20, I think it was like $23. “Never seen such a large franchise fast food place not have indoor seating.
I've been through the drive though several times and never noticed. A mild inconvenience if you want to dine inside, but the trade off for speed and quality of service is a fair trade.

They are quick even when swamped by multiple customers.
Exterior seating area is very clean and neat. The astro turf under the tables makes it feel a little artificial, but I'll gladly take it over unsatisfying pavement.
Bathrooms are roomy and clean. They feel a bit industrial, mostly stainless steal, sharp corners, and light colors.“

“I stopped in just after 8 PM today… Door Was open… Store was supposed to be closed, but the gentleman at the counter insisted he could make me a burrito which I was so grateful for him and the entire staff as I was traveling through the area and was super hungry and wanted a Baja fresh burrito super bad… Thank you, thank you thank you please give everybody on the staff a raise!

“This is the best service and experience we've had at a Burgerville, which are generally very good anyways. We came in tired and starving from a long day at the zoo and heading south. The cashier was smiling, happy to help with our strange kid orders (like a hamburger without the burger), and even wished us a safe trip when we left. We will remember this stop fondly!“

The only remaining drawback is the parking lot layout, as navigating the drive-thru line can still be a bit tricky during peak hours.

“It's Mcdonalds lol. This particular location has a curb side employee who forgets at least on item every time. Once it was an entire meal, the last 2 times it was the drinks. I don't expect perfection but goodness gracious. Check the order before you go out to the car.“

“Something went wrong with the Onon Rings 2 weeks ago. The coating was great but onion inside (if you can find it) was paper thin and felt like the very outsiide of the onion where the skin was like leather. Probably some kind of mistake.“
