“I came with my parents and my brother and the staff were very polite and friendly. The robot was very cute and it was a nice surprise. The food was SO yummy and I would love to come again. My waiter was Via, she was very inviting and hard working. I very highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They were very child Friendly, and very sweet and kind to my little kid brother.“
“Tonight we dined at LeChon and I had to immediately write a review. I have eaten at LeChon 4-5 times over the past 6 months and all I can say is "Wow." Tonight, was indeed, no different. Incredible meal. Beautifully crafted dishes that are pure joy for your taste buds. Brandon, the GM, went above and beyond tonight. We cannot thank him enough and his staff for the memories LeChon has created for us. Can't wait for the next time.“
“We have the impression that Japanese restaurants are expensive while not offering authentic taste, but the chef here has good taste. Lunch prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is elegant. We had the Braised Pork Belly, Tonkatsu Curry, and Bento Box (Salmon Teriyaki, California Roll, and Shrimp Tempura). Unfortunately, the shrimp tempura in the bento box was a 'deep fried shrimp' than Japanese TEMPURA, and the cutlet in the curry was disappointingly thin and lacked juiciness. Additionally, red pickled ginger is not used in Japan, as it tends to overshadow the curry's flavor. If FUKUJINZUKE, a classic curry accompaniment, is unavailable, it might be better to serve the curry without any side. (By the way, red pickled ginger makes an excellent garnish for beef bowls.??) The staff was so pleasant.?✨“
“We had Sunday Brunch at Backyard Social today and it was a great experience. The variety of dishes- Vegan Hash, Shakshuka, Chilaquiles, and Blood Orange Polenta cake were all so delicious and flavorful. Our cocktail's - Bloody Mary and Carrot margarita were the perfect complement to our brunch. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend Backyard Social- we will be back!“
“Really funky and cool spot. A place to " be"yeah... kinda-but yet feel welcome! If you haven't been there -"Go!"-And if you have been there, then you know why you want to go back!Fun,cool, friendly... worth the trip!“
“The ceviche mixto was a refreshing burst of citrus and seafood perfection and let's not forget the pisco sours – simply divine! Our waiter, Max, was super sweet and attentive. Andina has undoubtedly earned its place as a gem in Portland's culinary scene – a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Peru.“
“This was super good. The pita bread was fresh and hot, 3 dips also super good. Shared multiple dishes. Service was great, very attentive. Place was clean. Wheelchair ramp to get to dinning area. Would be coming back, and hopefully soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to dinning area. On street parking, it's downtown Portland so.“
“Yeah sure you could probably get a cheaper bowl of pho somewhere else but Luc Lac brings the proper vibes to the table. From the staff to the decor and the pho, no regrets on heading over to Luc Lac. I'll save you a durian horchata. See you there.“
“We went to Fireside for my birthday dinner and really enjoyed it! The place is so cozy. Cozy burning fires, fun bar, and nice lighting. They had nice N/A wine options. I got the chicken pot pie and my husband got the burger and we bot enjoyed our food! Will definitely be “
“Great small restaurant for wonderful rotisserie chicken. Fantastic radicchio salad too! Owned by young couple committed to your culinary enjoyment. Great for lunch. Nice for dinner.Vegetarian options: SaladParking: Limited street spots.“
“Fish salad and salad, delicious, rich, very well made, delicious and spicy, just like in Thailand! ✨?? Authentic E-Sarn Thai Food in Portland Oregon. Got a chance to speak with the owner and learned how they passionate about brining authentic taste to Portland. It's like you're having all goodies on a random street in Thailand. All the spicy and menu selection reminds me of everything in Thailand. Highly recommended Som Tum Pla Ra (Papaya Salad with anchovy), Yum Mama Pla Ra (Instant Noodles Salad with anchovy), Sweet Liver (sweet liver) and Grilled beef slides (fatty beef slides) grill). One of the best in PNW.“
“This is a fun spot to check out for Thai food. The decor is cool, including the tuk tuk in the restaurant. The place is spacious, though I bet it gets crowded during peak times. Had the papaya salad... don't ask for spicy if you can't handle a lot of heat! I wasn't expecting something quite so spicy in a papaya salad, but it was good. Also had the coconut fries with their dipping sauce. They were very hearty, though the sauce is runny. It's a decent spot for happy hour food. The Thai iced tea with coconut milk was refreshing, and came with a beautiful orchid flower for garnish. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, even with a loud and large group. I want to go back when I'm hungrier so I can try some of the main dishes. The menu is marked with what is or can be made vegan or vegetarian.“
“I placed an order through DoorDash for pick up. My wife is gluten free and my daughter is dairy free. It can be a challenge to accommodate different dietary restrictions. When I picked up my food, the woman who prepared everything assured me that she read all the notes in the order carefully and wanted to make sure everything was correct. I appreciate that level of concern for getting the order right. The food itself was delicious. The shredded chicken in our arepas was seasoned perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were great as well. Overall, a great experience and great food.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant did a great job ensuring gluten free and dairy free options were accommodated.“
“Great bar for a drink or 3, menu has some great items to share and everything is absolutely delicious and made with attentive care. Great reopening.Pricing is in line with every other cocktail bar this side of town, with extreme care put into the menu.“
“What a find! Nestled in a Lake Oswego neighborhood deceptively close to busy Kruse Way, this gem is a refuge of class and comfort. I stopped in for some bubbles and a snack and ended up with both plus a beautiful bottle of Pinot for a friend's birthday tomorrow. Owner Stephanie, ( whose birthday is Sunday, and mine is Tuesday ) was in the middle of fulfilling wine club members' orders but carried on a bustling and cheerful discourse with me and each patron that passed through her doors. Normally she would be getting ready for her weekly 530pm wine tastings, but is taking this week off to catch up on life, wine club, and a large order of wine. Nonetheless, people kept filing in to eat the delicious food and order glasses of wine. I plan to come for next week's tasting which will feature wines from Lebanon. This place is obviously well known, but I feel pulled to do my part to enhance its delicious existence. I had the bacon-wrapped dates, roasted garlic cheesecake, and two splits of JP Chenet Blanc de Blancs Brut sparkling. Time more than well spent. Did I mention the music? Ethereal, obscure, yet absolutely palatable and shazamable; curated by Stephanie herself! Thanks to her, I know know of the "bedroom recorder", Ottowan Chad VanGaalen.“
“This place is great. What a perfect way to spend a few hours. It's in a great location in the NW part of Portland. While staying in a hotel nearby we just wandered in for a drink and walked into an Amazing drag show. I think they put this on once a month. The place was hopping and I never laughed so much. We met Veronique the owner and she couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Told me about some ambitious redesign plans she has for the space. I know this place has survived everything the pandemic, BLM Riots, and Maga craziness have thrown at the world and deserves to be supported. Will definitely be back next time in Portland.Great bar staff, reasonably priced cocktails, and a super all round vibe. Thanks, Veronique, the staff, and of course the fabulous drag queen ensemble.“
“The food is really, really good. Owner is super cool and comes out to check on tables. Service was very good. Even the dishwasher in the back who I talked to for a bit while waiting for the bathroom was very nice. I highly recommend. Good for big parties or small.“
“Family dinner .. sharing sizes on the appetizers.. really nice because we all enjoyed samples of the various tapas we ordered. The fried smelt was so delicious. Also, the papas bravas were so good I wanted a bowl for myself ;) Very good wine selection. I think the main dishes are pricey. I ordered seafood paella which was loaded with delicious sea food. A little oily for my taste but everyone else seemed pleased ? with their choices. Very comfortable atmosphere. Our server was very nice and the kitchen efficient. I hope you have a good time at Can-Font.. we certainly did!“
“I stayed at Aloft with a group of colleagues for business. I have health issues and Angela Jay and the rest of the staff took care of my every need ! I would definitely come back with my family for another stay. Room service was daily and the restaurant didn’t close until very late. Great place to unwind after a hectic day!“
“We found this place on google maps and had no idea what to expect when it said “TexMex”The food was very high quality. Rich bold flavors, perfect sized proportions, and excellent service. The food was typical American fine dining in a casual atmosphere, very Portland. I couldn’t figure out what made it TexMex other than the Texas flag on the wall, then I realized most dishes had jalapeños, cilantro, lime, or chimichurri. The flavors were bold, but never overpowering. There was spice, but nothing was hot or particularly spicy.I am hesitant to try new places and we got very lucky. We will definitely eat here again.“
“Great place to gather for Happy Hour and it has a good Happy Hour menu and food was also pretty good too. It's located in a cool area walking distance to many other pubs, bars and restaurants if you plan to do some fun pub crawling which is what we enjoy doing.“
“Stopped in while doing some shopping. Once you get past the human feces on the street, Downtown Portland isn’t so bad! Seriously though, I love Deschutes beer and this place also has some great food. Pretzel with beer cheese and a pint and you’re good to go. When it comes to Portland: Deschutes good, deschites bad.“
“First time in Portland and the Hyatt House was an excellent choice of hotel for me.The location by the River was relaxing, as well as, the well maintained pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, this hotel has it all, a nice hot breakfast, a Bar, a pool and is in a great location. Would stay again!“
“This McMenamins location is small but has a great atmosphere. Outside seating is available in the back patino or front patio. Staff is friendly and service is great. Food and drinks are as good as any other McMenamins location.Parking: Plenty of parking available in the lot west of the pub or you can find street parking.“
“The service was very good. Just the right balance of helpfulness and giving us our space. The server made great recommendations for our dinner choices. All dishes were really good, but the lamb curry and pork bulgogi were our favorites. We ordered two dishes per person for four of us. It was just enough and we got to taste many different dishes. The full bar did not disappoint. We will return.“
“Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Little disappointed in the service and also the fact that you have to ba Sriracha along with other sauces. They charge a dollar for a teaspoon of sriracha. Really good food though. We took our Sriracha home with us though. Next time we'll be bringing our own bottle.“
“We used to eat at the downtown location all the time when we lived in the Pearl. Imagine my joy when I found a location in our new neighborhood in Bethany village! I've never had a single thing on the menu that I didn't love. We have taken many friends here that swear it's the best Thai they have had in Portland, which is saying something because we have some great ones! Highly recommend their spicy basil chicken and their crispy pork belly and green beans. You can also purchase containers of their house-made chili oil. Happy hour on weekdays until 6 is also pretty good!“
“I love this place. I kept telling myself for years to go there every time I was at Uwajimaya, and never got around to it. Now I'm kicking myself for having not gone sooner. The service is awesome, the ramen is delicious and I can get in and out on time for my hour long lunch and have time to spare.Parking: Shares the parking lot with Uwajimaya.Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats and high chairs!Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp outside and they have tall and shorter tables for a variety of seating.“
