“Stopped by here after Taekwondo one evening and we were not disappointed! My daughter and I loved the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the food. We got our food to-go and it did not compromise the flavor or texture of anything at all. The side dishes of the Japchae, Kimchi, and Corn Slaw went so well with the main dishes. I cannot wait to come back for more of the chicken, and to try the rest of the menu!“

“I'm visiting Portland and have been working from the WeWork across the street for the past couple of weeks. This has been my go-to for lunch almost every day. The pumpkin curry SLAPS. The owners are super friendly and service is great.“

“Big slab of chashu pork on any dish that has it. Immaculate atmosphere. The quail eggs they put on the ramen are exactly the right texture inside to break them open and mix them into the broth. Staff was super nice about me taking the sauce off of my Don bowl because of a problem with soy I have. It was absolutely delicious even without the sauce I imagine it's even better when you can eat it the way it's intended. Try to sip with my friends tonkatsu broth and that was also delicious. Do wish the menu would tell me which of the ramen broths did and did not have a soy base but I understand that people soy problems are probably not the intended audience. So excited my friend lives down the street from them now so I have an excuse to go more often.

Parking: Like all of the places in that area, there is a little bit of street parking around but you're going to have to really hunt it down. Good luck.

Wheelchair accessibility: It was a little bit crowded inside I'm not sure the aisle ways are really wide enough for a wheelchair and there isn't really anywhere to park it eat inside. If as wheelchair user you are interested in getting food here I suggest doing it is takeout.“

“I’ve heard about Wok Shop Kitchen from other family members and have been wanting to try it out for a while, but I seldom get out to the east side. Circumstances finally had me in the area so I decide to give it a try. It did not disappoint. The beef ribs were off the hook and the fried rice was amazing. “This place took over what used to be Pot & Spicy. The interior is pretty much the same - nice and simple. The food offerings was a bit similar to before. We ordered a few skewers and a bowl of Beef Golden Soup to share. The server was friendly and quick to get our order in. The bacon needle mushroom and beef skewers were tasty, as well as the chicken heart skewers. The popcorn chicken could have used a better batter, in my opinion. It was more of a panko coat to it and needed more spice to it. The Beef Golden Soup was flavorful, and I enjoyed it.“

“probably the best sushi in Portland as far as I'm concerned. My brother and I biked 14 miles in the morning so this was our lunch stop. It so it was yummy and filling and gave us that afternoon boost to bike back home to DT Portland. We came from the Johnson Trail and it's right off the bike path and it's a great destination for bicyclists who need that pick me up lunch before they start again for the afternoon ride. Their new sushi item the TNT was outstanding, Spicy Goyza awesome just enough spice, but not too spicy, and we got plain Edemamee. The place is inside the Oriental Market. Once you enter the market, the restaurant is on your left. It comes across as an unassuming little restaurant and I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients. I'm trying for a bike tour and I would came back again for that lunch fillup as part of my training. Plus if you are looking for yummy snacks for your bike trip, this is the place to go. The Market carries Asian snacks and desserts some are individually packaged for easy storage on your bike bag. Some snacks have no added sugar too. We bought the Puff Cakes and Banana Bread and they were sooooooo good. So it was a 2 for 1. Get your lunch at Delish Kitchen and then get your snacks to resume your afternoon bike ride.

Parking: open spaces 1st come 1st serve. Plenty of spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: to get into the store it's automatic doors that open and it's all on the 1st floor. easy access for wheel chair users. Plenty of space in the restaurant area to move around if you do have a chair. Maybe you might need to ask to move a chair so you can wheel in. Staff was really professional and friendly. I'm sure they will help.“

“I just tried this place for the first time today and was not disappointed! I was really craving teriyaki and scanned some places nearby. I was really grateful this place popped up because it is now one of my favorite places to eat. The service was excellent. The lovely lady answered all of our questions kindly and the whole place was clean and looked really pretty in the late afternoon sun. They had free egg flower soup for dine-in customers and our order didn’t take long at all to wait for. The food is so delicious I wish I would have bought more so I can have leftovers later :)“

As others have said service was a bit slow and they missed a few things we reminded them of but we also got free things too. So, to me....worth it. And they were very kind to us.

I wish the bathrooms were gender neutral though.

“This is a nice place for a date night as it’s on the roof of a fine hotel in downtown Portland. Vegan items are marked on the menu. Ordered the robata delicata squash, chao mian noodles, and a side of brussel sprouts. My favorite was the squash. #Veganuary“

Dining space ⭐ ⭐ The environment could have been more comfortable but it's a small space to work with. It could be freshened up a bit. We are familiar with the Thailand branches which are proper sit down with real utensils.

The chicken teriyaki gets an 8 out of 10, and the veggies that come with it are tasty and not overcooked. However, the steak teriyaki isn't as impressive because they use a lower-quality cut of beef, and it's chopped up too small. The older Caucasian guy at the counter is always super friendly, while the younger Mexican staff are just okay. They’re not rude, but you can tell they’re just there to take your order and move on. Overall, I'm really happy I discovered this place, and I would definitely recommend it.“
