Is Sparky's in Damascus cutting back on size and toppings? We have been Sparkys lovers for 14 years - their crust is fantastic! But the last couple times, the Large size was noticeably smaller and the toppings were skimpy. We acknowledge that everyone is hit with higher costs and if that's the case, here, we'd rather pay a little more to get the wonderful pizza we've been used to all these years.“

The servers, including Lupita, are very prompt and nice. Your drinks never go empty! “This was the first visit, but there will be many, many more! We showed up and were told there’d be about a 10 min wait - which was fine! About 30 seconds later though, we had a seat and were looking at the menus! Service was excellent and kind. The food was so, so good! The portions were more than generous and the coffee was good! “We visited the other location last year on a road trip from California and I never stopped talking about their breakfast sandwiches. So we're back again on this road trip - specifically looped the route so we can stop here. It's a little expensive but you have to get the breakfast sandwich with the peppers AND the sausage. Best vegan breakfast sandwich. Their espresso drinks and hot cocoa are also great!

Nice seating area both inside and outside. Easy free parking lot. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor porch seating - there's even a water bowl! Wi-Fi is pretty fast! They were totally ok with us staying for basically the whole day. We also got lunch at the Indian Food Truck in their shared lot, and the staff here let us eat inside.“

“Went here for the first time this morning with 6 friends. We were able to squeeze into a booth and were greeted by who I assume is the owner. She was gruff, but playful. We all loved her. This place is a bit of a time capsule, with wallpaper and decorations from the 90s. When we walked in, it smelled like my grandmother's house and I knew the good would be awesome. I ordered the Korean pancake and was thrilled at how delicious it was. I will definitely be going back.“

I got the fried rice which was also really good, and had asked them to add broccoli. Most places just toss a couple pieces on top when you make this request, but Van Hanh put a ton of perfect bite sized broccoli all through my fried rice. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked.
