“During quick trip Portland, Oregon, I had to get my Vietnamese food fix at Hanoi Kitchen The bun bo hue and banh cuon were excellent. Bun Bo Hue had a rich deep flavorful broth with pork blood and pork legs. The banh cuon was soft and delicious with fresh cha lua. 5/5 Stars would recommend! ⭐️“

“Beef stew egg noodle best bowl of noodle i ate in my entire life. Its beyond spectacular. Love the atmosphere, price, reminds me of pho van. This is my new spot in portland. Love their name so cool. The yoonique hand rolls comes with shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, noodle, veggies to roll it & dip in peanut or fish sauce, its delicious a lot of food worth $26. Tumeric noodle better than pho van, saigon bowl, & ha vl. More meat with egg.
Do not go to yoonique tea: sign is graffiti cant read, no parking, ghetto sex worker neighborhood, no change in teal so i got .45 in pennies, 60% ice for $7.55 drink, no duracado drink, a car thief was behind my car, inside store you look out one window & see hoarder broken furniture & trash. Im beyond upset: waste of time, nrg, $, gas & cant beleive its owned by same restaurant.“

Really love the generous portion in the box, the meat is so tender and so flavorful and the side veggie, pickle is so fresh. This dish is very common and can be found at any Vietnamese restaurant, but this place is definitely a step above. Recommended!“

Place is a little cramped and there is only two parking spots, one is for disabled parking so you may need to find street parking.“

“Food is always great. The server forgot about our large group so I had to hunt one down. They also sat us in the back of the restaurant where the A/c did not work. It was in the mid 80s outside and at least 80 in the back where we were sat. Too hot to eat hot soup. Food and taste quality is one of the best around.“

“This is inside the Hong fat Supermarket. It's essentially a deli where you can get pre-made Asian food from Banh Mi's to various stir fry's to Thai Tea and egg rolls.

It was also ridiculously cheap. I had a whole whole banh mi and a Thai tea for $5.

There's no real seating to enjoy a meal so be ready to grab it and go.“

Iced oolong tea with sugar was lightly floral and sweet.

Price was better than I expected for the quality and portion.

“Looking for something new to eat and came across this place close to our stay. This place is located in the Rockwood market hall. There are other food stalls around a covered seating area. Lots of tables and areas to sit. Just outside is a kids play area and water fountain. On a Sunday afternoon some of the businesses in the area were closed but most of the food stalls are open. Food came out quickly and was delicious. If you need to use the restroom grab the code and head outside. Just around the corner from the side exit.“

Most places just toss a couple pieces on top when you make this request, but Van Hanh put a ton of perfect bite sized broccoli all through my fried rice. “This place is just a little hole in the wall but it's got everything you need! The pho is delicious! I'm a pho connoisseur and it is consistently flavorful everytime. The meat is cooked perfectly, especially the brisket and the broth is just right. It's kind of a divey joint but I like that. I can order a drink and play some slots while I wait for food. I always get the pho because that's what I crave but have tried the teriyaki chicken and it's delicious as well.“
