“I am a bit of a sushi connoisseur and have been searching for a good viable sushi outlet in the Fairview area. I am so glad to say I have found one located at the fork in Fairview, if you're looking for good sushi and a fair price don't hesitate! The rice is perfect, the fish is fresh and superb!All veggies including avocado and celery are fresh as can be, simply put if you looking for sushi and you don't come here you're not going to get what you're looking for!“

“This eatery sits inside the Asian market. We pass by here all the time and didn't even know it was there. The food we ordered was made fresh and SO GOOD. Half of the menu was blocked off and unavailable, so that was a bummer since I had planned ahead of time what I wanted to try (which wasn't available). It took a really long time to get our order. 45 min to get everything we ordered. We were able to walk around the market in the meantime to pick up some goodies! The lady at the cash register even loaded us up with some freebies to try!“

“Best Place for Friday Pickup Food: My wife had the spicy tuna roll. I ordered it with no sesames since my wife is allergic to them. The attendant could not quite understand me when she asked if I wanted the spicy sauce since I said Yes and it came with none. Other than that it was great. I usually order the spicy tuna but decided to try the Las Vegas roll this time - tuna, jalapeño, cream cheese, cucumber - fried. It was good, but I will go back to my spicy tuna roll next time. It only took 5 minutes or so for the order. I recommend this as a great place to stop and pickup a light dinner to eat at home with a relaxing movie.

“WOW! The fish tasted so fresh, it was all so delicious. I tried the Vans special hand roll which was yummy and super fresh tasting. The Vans cucumber roll was wrapped in a cucumber instead of traditional seaweed and rice, so good! The five star and spicy salmon roll were flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend for your sushi needs! Presentation is incredible and all the ingredients taste so fresh, you can tell they use high quality ingredients. Will definitely come back for more.“

“Sushi is good, but service is bad. I ordered 6 sushi rolls, three kinds. They put 2 rolls in one box. I’m going to share with my friend, so I asked to put them in different boxes, one roll one box. The service lady told me to put notes in the order and looked impatient. Then she told me it needed another 10 minutes. This is the first time I ordered here, how should I know you would put them together, and you didn’t tell me on your website. I was so surprised to their service. “Every time I am in town I make sure to get sushi at Siam Sushi in Troutdale. The Sashimi / Sushi combo is fresh and fabulous. The Fresh Rolls are bountiful and the peanut sauce is to die for. My husband swears by the Pad Thai. Try it, you'll like it!“

Fried Salmon Kama (I ended up ordering a 2nd one since I love the sauce and the way the Salmon was cooked)
Hamachi and Salmon Sashimi
Coda Roll

We were happy with everything we ordered. Service was excellent and food came out fast.

“The owner and servers are super kind, the owner took the time to talk to us about the restaurants backround, the food, and the ingredients they use. We got boba teas that tasted like fresh fruit instead of the regular artificial flavors. I am very particular on coffee because I do not like bitter coffee or sickly sweet coffee, my boyfriend got the Mekong coffee which I tried and I ended up buying two Mekong coffees to go because it was the best coffee I've had in a long time! The yellow coconut curry was the best and most flavorful curry I've had! The sushi and pad thai were yummy as well! It was pretty slow when we came in which was surprising after we tried the food and drinks. All in all this place is a hidden gem that deserves more customers. I cannot wait to go back! “This is a new favorite spot for me. Service with a smile. It wasn’t too busy as we showed up at 5. It has a fresh new atmosphere since it’s only been here for about a year. Their rolls are way above average, as far as toppings and design go. And the best part: it was cheaper than I expected, which is surprising for the area. I will be back soon.“

We've tried literally every other sushi joint in the area as far north as Battleground, but we will ALWAYS come back to Wagya!The sashimi is consistently fresh and delicious.
