“Love it. I get the V1 or pho at least a couple times a month. Tempura ? shrimp perfectly fried. Light, crispy, not greasy. This family-run restaurant is the best place to dine East of 82nd on Sandy. Clean, pretty, beautifully decorated. Order online food ready within 15 minutes. Great service and welcoming, unlike many other Vietnamese restaurants around town.“
“I love this place- I am new to the neighborhood and I've been happy to find this friendly and welcoming spot near my home. The food is delicious and the staff was happy to make a non-spicy version of the spicy beef soup for my niece. They have a lot of good noodle dishes and lots of sides and snacks to choose from. My favorite main dish is the pork tonkatsu ramen bowl, and I love the fried sweet potato side as well as the pork buns. They even have a couple desserts on the menu. This is a nice place to bring family, including kids- it's warm and bright. Last time we were there the tv set was playing nature videos with birds. There's seating at the bar and long, wide tables for groups. I love seeing more people come in when I'm here because Ok Noodle deserves local appreciation!!“
“Tucked away in an unassuming strip mall in Camas / Vancouver, Rakuzen is a great local option that hits the spot when you’re craving ramen! We’ve been back a few times now ☺️The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and ordering is quick and easy via a QR Code (you can order at the counter if preferred). The food comes out fast, is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are a great consistency. They also have a fun selection of Asian bottled beverages and soft drinks which hits the nostalgia factor and adds to the comfort of the space for us. Grateful they opened nearby and we’ll be back again!“
“Nice clean restaurant. Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Great prices. An extremely poor experience with Chiang Rai led me to this place and oh my goodness, I couldn't be happier. They have a robust menu and I haven't had a single bad thing here. If you haven't I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.“
“Wow such great food and service! I think this has officially become my favorite pho spot in Vancouver and I've tried almost every pho place. The broth was delicious and the salad rolls with the peanut sauce were sooo good. They are also family friendly which I appreciate. Definitely will make my way back here again!“
“Literally one of the best Chinese food places I’ve eaten at in the Portland area. I don’t understand any of the under 4-5 star reviews here! Everything we’ve tried from this place has been amazing, incredibly flavorful, nourishing and delicious. The Sour Won Ton Soup, Mongolian Beef Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chow Mein, any of their fried rice, and the rib dishes are some of our favorites. Very reasonably priced as well considering most restaurant pricing these days. They also have a yummy drink menu with bubble teas. Perfect place for a date night, family meal or getting takeout. If you live in Happy Valley and you haven’t tried this place yet…definitely do!!“
“This is one of my favorite places to eat, if you want a recommendation I highly suggest the saute udon with beef (they have vegetarian options if needed). It is amazing, and they are always nice, and take the time to make pretty much everything fresh.“
“I miss some of the popular Taiwanese sides like green onion pancakes from the previous location but Tasty Pot is a worthy replacement. I had the lamb soup and it was excellent. Lots of lamb slices, meatball, and fillings to fill you up and top-up on delicious broth to keep you eating for an hour more. I know there are AYCE Shabu places but you can fill up at Tasty Pot for half the price. We also ordered the dumplings which came with six. It's a reasonable deal but they were average. The lamb soup with vermicelli noodles at medium spicy was perfect though.“
“My favorite neighborhood Thai spot. The staff are very friendly. They have good vegetarian options and the food is yummy!Vegetarian options: You can get several dishes with tofu or extra vegetables. Sometimes I special request broccoli or egg for the protein and there’s never been a problem.“
“Spectacular little spot, my Ramen snob coworkers was impressed as was I. Clean, great food, friendly staff, what's not to like?Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is a few shops north, where it isn't very busy. This keeps the parking pass pirates away so you will get a spot but have to wheel a ways (both van side and drivers side exits available!). The three of us chose a booth/table combo and it cleared my knees. I had no need for restroom facilities.“
“I regret not coming sooner. Pork adobo is excellent. The longanisa is the best I’ve had that I haven’t made myself in a looong time. The lumpia are also fantastic. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly. Another review complains about the white guy sitting up front but he was also friendly enough. I’m assuming he’s there for the inevitable sandy blvd junkies that wander in. Overall I highly recommend.“
“The bar was seedy in a comforting way, like I knew that we weren't getting robbed, the ppl who ran the place are way scarier. I wanted food because it smelled Wonder full. The lady the bartender lady was so sweet very attentive and accommodating how bartender treat the poor people is what determines whether or not I come back0“
“This little stand in the Happy Valley Food Hall is serving up some REAL Chinese food. I was so impressed with the flavor of their cucumber "salad" which is just so tasty it's addicting - with so much garlic, it'll scare away any virus. Their beef roll is so delicious - I love that it has a great balance of beef and LOTS of scallions which always make it taste so much better. The scallion pancake holding it all together is delicious and not too greasy.I'm not a huge fan usually of battered, fried, sweet chicken, but their General Tso's chicken was really good! I loved the savory/sweetness balance they've accomplished. I plan on working my way thru their entire menu.I can't wait to try everything!“
“I've been to Chiang Rai twice, both times for a take-away snack. The food has been fresh & tasty both times so I am looking forward to a complete meal from there!! The staff has been friendly & provided quick service. The restaurant has been very clean, as well. Prices are very reasonableDietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“My husband is from New Orleans and was pleasantly surprised that the Jambalaya he ordered did not disappoint. Great flavor and generous portion. The young man cooking receives four stars (out of five) he was slightly abrupt but HEY he was alone and had orders to fill.Busy Sunday but we were able to find a table inside out of the chilly wind.“
“I tried Dinuguan for the first time. The woman at the counter was very friendly and kind, there was a family event going on in the store so lots of laughter and vibes and the food was delicious. If anyone is curious, I’d consider similar to adobo in taste. I’ve come here before but it was time I gave them a huge “
