There was a party of 20 people yet we got served quickly. Bathroom was a bit unorganized. But overall clean.
I never drink the brothers on most phos I get but this place was amazing.“

“We love just about everything on the menu our favorites are the savory dishes and of course the spicy wonton we will order thawed them with many of the other dishes add the spicy sauce. They also have Boba tea which is my grandkids favorite prices are great staff is very very good And friendly the restaurant is clean and comfortable“

“Nori is my favorite sushi in Portland. The prices are just right and the service is quick and kind. The people that work here are personable and attentive. I always get the spicy edamame and the Cherry Blossom roll. It’s the all time best sushi roll in my opinion. Please run, don’t walk, to Nori for a late lunch/dinner.“

“The food seems more authentic than most. Although most dishes are spicy, their regular level is slice is very tolerable. Nice use of Sichuan peppercorns--everything warms the mouth without setting it on fire. I've had their mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, and beef with green onions. All very good. “Dough Zone is such a hidden gem! It was my first time going here and the food is absolutely incredible. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. My personal favorites are the soup dumplings, beef noodle soup, green onion pancakes, and potstickers. And I have to give a special mention to the sweet and sour cucumbers because I’m completely obsessed with them! I also want to give a huge shout-out to Mell. She truly went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Even when things became a little frustrating, Mell remained incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She never made us feel like a bother and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our time there. That kind of genuine customer service really stands out and deserves to be recognized. Between the amazing food, welcoming atmosphere, and employees like Mell who genuinely care about their guests, Dough Zone is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family!“

“My review is mostly about the staff at this location. We witnessed a kind employee Coby/Kolby/Colby (sorry, one of the three) offer a houseless gentleman a bowl of Mac n cheese, fresh out of the kitchen. I’m just so pleased to see this kind of compassion and behavior, especially at a corporation/chain restaurant. It was very refreshing to see such a small act of kindness out of pure kindness. As for the food, I’ve always liked it.“

“I ordered takeout (call to avoid the online convenience fee), and it was ready in the quoted time. Street parking close by can be challenging, but I didn't have an issue. The restaurant was fairly small with bar and long table seating available if you don't mind sitting next to other diners.

The pork wontons in chili oil were nicely cooked and not gummy. The broth was heavy on the garlic and tasted bright while not being overly salty.

The crab puffs were crispy and filled with a decent amount of cream cheese, though the crab flavor could have been more pronounced. They were served with a tasty sweet dipping sauce, though I always prefer soy sauce on mine.

Overall, I do recommend this place. I would like to try their other dishes.“

“We ordered monglian beef spicy regular noodles and non spicy kung pao chicken noodles. We also tried the pecking duck roll and crab rangoons and it was served HOT & FAST. The noodles and the rangoons were delicious. The pecking doll roll was very flavorful, however I didn’t expect the cucumber to be in the roll. I enjoyed the freshness to it. If we weren’t traveling from out of town, I’d visit again.“

“Best (and maybe only) handpulled Chinese noodles in the Portland area. The taste is quite on point with the ones I came to love in Northern China.

The only problem is the close early sometimes and aren't open on weekends. If they were, we'd no doubt have gone countless more times.

The spice level is no joke. I like it spicy, but still feel the heat (wouldn't have it any other way).“

“Whoa. Absolutely delicious. We got the pork soup dumplings, eggplant and string beans, and cumin beef. Every dish was generously portioned and satisfying, particularly the beef which was beyond tender. Service was quick and friendly (thanks Jason). Definitely saving this spot.“

My boyfriend and I loved the kiosk since we like debating a little bit before we order. We ordered the xiaolong chicken soup dumplings, the jianbing and beef brisket noodle soup. And of course a hong kong style tea to wash it all down. I am impressed! The service was amazing, all of the women working the floor were so nice and accommodating. It’s clean, quiet and cozy. The food though, next level. The beef brisket here is the best I’ve ever had, I was so moved by it I had to say something to the waitress on the way out!! I saved half of the jianbing and I’m eating it now as I write this.
Please stop by and give this a try. It was wonderful and the highlight of my night, me and my boyfriend cannot shut up about it!!“

“Best chow fun in town. Can't get fresher noodles anywhere because they supply most of the Chinese restaurants and stores in town with their noodles. Their fried rice is really good, too. They also make their own tofu, both fresh and fried. Their rice noodle rolls are good, too. just have to get their early in the day because they sell out fast. The owners are some of the nicest people and work extremely hard. Love giving them my business.“

Later we each had a vegetarian Ramen and every single one was delicious and I especially liked the one with the tofu and the hard-boiled egg and the spinach. OverallI gave it a big 10+ and I would definitely eat there again and probably will go back pretty soon. The main thing is to try to find a time when the parking is not completely full in the area be prepared to park a ways away and walk which is good for us so it really wasn’t a problem.“

“Do not walk……RUN to Street Wok! This place is an absolute gem on Mcadam. We have lived in the neighborhood for almost 10 years and have driven by this place an endless amount of times. Today we wanted some good food, and close. So we stopped in to Street Wok. First impression was that of cleanliness and kindness. Which is critical for me. We were seated and served right away. Every dish came out hot and in good timing. Our waitress was VERY attentive and gracious. We ordered the Salt & Pepper Squid, Szechuan Prawns, Broccoli & Beef, Egg flower soup, and the garlic string beans. We finished it all down with a delicious Thai tea. Each were PLENTIFUL and DELICIOUS. PACKED with flavor!!! Another reviewer had noted the restaurants lack of heavy oil in their fried entrees and I can confirm. Nothing was greasy or oily. The salt and pepper squid was the BEST I have ever had. This place is special and I’m so so thankful to have such a wonderful place to eat so near by! We will be back again, and again!!“

“My husband and I recently moved to the neighborhood and knew we had to give it a try. We had the shrimp fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and the fried potstickers with sweet chili sauce. The spring rolls were a good size, very fresh, and delicious! 6 potstickers came in the order and it was difficult to save them as we wanted leftovers. My husband had the pumpkin curry with chicken at a level 3. “Perfect heat level with excellent flavor.” I throughly enjoyed my Tom Kha soup. It had large pieces of white chicken, mushrooms, white onions, some tomatoes and lemongrass. Enough leftover for lunch today, Can’t wait to go back!“

“Great food overall, but the best of the best is its fried dough stick 油条。 It matches well with soy milk, or mixes into congee. Of course it tastes great on its own, crisp but soft. Really enjoyed it. This little restaurant is the Jade of the Jade district, after our searching for good Chinese food around as a visitor from out of the State.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Bai Mint Thai! The food and service is consistently amazing. They offer free delivery in the neighborhood. I order from them at least 2/3 times a month. The Tom kha soup, Pineapple fried rice, Panaang curry, pad Thai, Larb salad all SO GOOD! I think they chargrill the vegetables or something, every bite is perfect and full of flavor. Love, love, LOVE this restaurant so much! Highly recommend.“

“Super sweet neighborhood place with nature-themed decor. Their signature dish - Lak Sa - can be made traditional (meat), vegetarian (egg), or vegan (tofu). I'm vegetarian but I always get it vegan because I'm not a fan of poached eggs in my soup noodles. It is spicy and flavorful and unlike any other dish I've had anywhere else in flavor profile. Yes, noodles and veggies and tofu appear often, but not with this magical elixir broth!“
