Generally have some excellent shanties playing and a dart board in the corner...taste of Irish, anyone?! Brewer does a phenomenal scotch ale, and the Meanderin' Mandarin Pale Ale is delicious. “We went for the Wassail Cider Fest for the first time and it was energetic! The band performance was something I'd never seen before and hosting it in their barn really added to the experience. They had a great cider selection from a very wide variety of vendors. It was very crowded and difficult to move around at times due to the high volume of traffic. The parking lot was full so we parked nearby at the Fred Meyer and walked which was to be expected. We got food from their restaurant after and besides a slightly burnt pattie on one of our burgers, they do a good job. And service is always great. Overall we had a great time! Spending per person includes our event tickets which was $48 per person.“

“Really good food, very friendly staff, and really good managers, I definitely recommend Stanford’s in Tanasbourne , everyone needs to come in and try it if you haven’t yet, I recommend the fried calamari and the chimichurri steak tips, they are really really good, save space for dessert and try the chocolate mousse, and make sure to try out the drinks the way is made is all fresh made juices, so if you are in the area make sure to stop by at Stanford’s in Tanasbourne, you will not be disappointed.“

I recently moved back into the area and saw they were still open so I went and had lunch. I am so happy that it is the same as it use to be. “I came across their wines at the wine shop near our house in Yachats. I was visiting a friend in Portland and we happened to drive by a sign saying the vineyard was a few miles away, so we stopped by and had a tasting flight. “Pretty good. Tortillas came out in a smelly cloth warmer that could be washed more often, I let the tortillas air out. Food was tasty. The main dining room doubles as storage for boxes. Floor was sticky. We had the desayuno and pupusas. Overall good meal.“

I would update to give stars if they added coconut chutney and they made sure their dipping sauces were fresh and thick not watery. I am so sad that I moved away from this location. “You wouldn't expect handmade pasta outside the world's favorite pinball arcade (Next Level), but here we are! It's a great option if you want to stay and play, but get hungry. Well, it's the only option, but a good one.

My friend had the surf and turf salad. She said it was good, but weird it came all separate and she had to assemble it. I guess that happens because it's a customizable thing. Her son had alfredo and mine had marinara with chicken. Both were devoured. I enjoy the spicy bolognese with mushrooms!

The only thing we all agreed on was the Italian sodas were terrible. So much so they went in the trash!

“A Delightful Experience at Takumi Sushi & Sake Bar

We had a wonderful dining experience at Takumi in Hillsboro, Oregon. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The parking was easy, and the atmosphere around the area is lovely, perfect for a relaxing meal out.

We ordered the Bento Box and the Flaming Jack Roll, which truly lived up to its name! The roll was brought to our table still flaming (such a fun presentation, see photo), and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bento box was delicious and well-balanced, with a great variety of items.

As a sweet ending, we had the mango ice cream for dessert, a charming touch that made the whole experience even more memorable.

The chef himself (or someone who seemed like the chef) personally brought our food to the table, adding an extra layer of care to the service.

If you’re looking for quality sushi and a special experience, Takumi is a must-visit. Highly recommended!“
