“From Silverton, Oregon and I went hunting in eastern Oregon and I harvested an amazing black bear I looked around for a butcher and nobody was taking any wild game. I called the meeting place and they said they were in drop offs were from from 10 AM to 2 o’clock p.m. I was instantly met with an amazing staff that was knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. I ended up meeting a manager that ran their wild game department, which I have to say that woman is just absolutely amazing with information. Very knowledgeable answered every question I had honestly I was a little hesitant about going all the way to Portland area for a butcher, but I have to say there is no finer butcher team in Oregon that I honestly can say I would rather use other than the meeting place I will continue to use them for all of my game processing absolutely amazing team great greetings just an absolute nice people to deal with most booster shops are very blunt. Some can say not very friendly straight to the point and bye-bye not this place this place is energetic very friendly, respectful kind very knowledgeable. You will not find a better butcher shop in Oregon from what I have seen and I have seen just about every butcher shop we have in Oregon. These guys are top notch if you’ve never left a butcher shop completely smiling and having a great experience you should take the drive to Hillsborough and try these guys. Absolutely amazing. Cannot say enough about these people.“

“Really good food, very friendly staff, and really good managers, I definitely recommend Stanford’s in Tanasbourne , everyone needs to come in and try it if you haven’t yet, I recommend the fried calamari and the chimichurri steak tips, they are really really good, save space for dessert and try the chocolate mousse, and make sure to try out the drinks the way is made is all fresh made juices, so if you are in the area make sure to stop by at Stanford’s in Tanasbourne, you will not be disappointed.“

One of my very favorite locations for several personal reasons but this two story gem located in the heart of rolling hills and dotted forests just off of Hwy 26 will captivate you. They weekly offer live music for free, an upstairs pool table and shuffleboard and dining on a balcony, full bar, indoor rock fireplace and cozy corner window seating, out door dining patio with wood burning fire pits and string lights. Plenty of burger and brew options. Enjoy ya’ll!“

“This is a great place for dining. Menu is not tens of pages long but it has all the essentials as far as fish and meat options go. I also like the great list of beers, wines and cocktails. Service was great and the staff was attentive and friendly. This is one of my favorite places for eating out. Highly recommended!

Revisited with a few guests. Service was great as usual. Salmon and steelhead entrees were really delicious. Brownies, creme brulee and the cheesecake were also amazing. Portions of the desserts are much bigger compared to the entrees. So order with caution ! Spent about $45 per person, which is not too bad given the overall quality.

Revisited today. What I really like about this place is it is one of the very few restaurants that serve great food as late as 22:50. I am a night owl and I often end up looking for dinner past 22:00. Copper River is perfect for me!

Brought friends from Atlanta and they sampled the dessert menu. Got thumbs up all round. The banana split was amazing. Creme Brulee was also top notch! CR did not disappoint as usual. Service was good too though it was a busy Friday night.

I brought my team of 20+ in from work to enjoy the items on the menu for lunch. Everyone was happy as expected.

Great service as usual. Ribeye steak needs to be thicker and cooked less. Desserts were excellent. Had to wait to be seated though I had a reservation and arrived on time. Very crowded on Friday evenings. Parking was challenging.

13 July 2025 - Revisited for dinner. Waited for 15 minutes to be seated. Salmon with orzo rice was good. Mashed potatoes that came with the ribeye was too salty. Honestly, less salt will definitely bring the flavors out more. My classic dessert choice creme brulee did not disappoint. I loved the local Pino Griogio fwom Washington. Very easy to drink a bit in the sweet side like riesling. Service was also great. I am starting to believe Copper River serves the best calamari in all of Portland. It is hard to match, really!

Tried the pot pie today for the first time. I was pretty tasty. Service was great as usual.

Revisited on 21 Sep 2026 - For a change, I sat at the bar with a friend and had a few beers. Service was great as always. They kindly let us stay a bit longer after official closing time. This restaurant never disappoints and is still my favorite place to eat out.“

First, the menu has a great variety of sandwiches, burgers, and wraps, many of which are not your typical menu offerings. Yes, they have a basic burger, but also some really interesting and delicious-sounding alternatives. The same goes for the sandwiches.

They had a great cider selection from a very wide variety of vendors. It was very crowded and difficult to move around at times due to the high volume of traffic. We got food from their restaurant after and besides a slightly burnt pattie on one of our burgers, they do a good job. And service is always great. Overall we had a great time! “We arrived at five o’clock and so did everyone else. The wait was short. We were delighted with the menu. We split the best burger we have together ever had. Hands down. Grilled to perfection, delicious bun and amazing fixings. We ordered polenta fries, which we actually inhaled and gasped for more. We shared another dish and chose the soup salad and cornbread. Such a simple meal became a gourmet experience and we savored every single bite. The cornbread is blue corn and comes with honey, the soup was an Asian fusion chicken veggie soup. The salad had a light vinaigrette, with finely sliced cucumbers, peaches, jicama, pears, blueberries, a few tiny tomatoes. No one will leave with leftovers.“

“I have been remiss in not posting a review prior to now. My wife and I have been members for about 6 years and cannot begin to express how much we have enjoyed the club. The facilities are great but what really makes RCCC special are the staff and the members. The pros, grounds crew, the grill folks and the office kids are all top notch. I would invite anyone to come and join. If you are a scratch golfer or a 55 handicap like my wife was, there is lots of fun to be had by all. We play in the couples events, the women's club and with the seniors and it is a blast. My wife even asks stupid questions like "do you want to golf today?" By the way, her game has improved by nearly 20 strokes.“

“We were camping at Stubb Stewart and went for lunch after reading reviews. Very diverse menu something for every taste! We (husband and I) shared the crab cakes, tempura green beans, and Parmesan garlic tots.server was very good, brought us 2 types of dips, one spicy and one not so. Crab cakes were very good, 4 balls, real crab with a very good kimchi tartar. Green beans were crispy with Parmesan and garlic, tots were also crispy with garlic..not greasy at all . Needless to say we had our garlic fix. Would highly recommend!“
