“My fiance gets a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake for her birthday every year and this year 11/22/24 my gramma brought home the cake and it was not made right there was no strawberries or cheesecake on top at all. So I called and the manager told me she remembered the order and for me to bring it in and they will either fix it or re make it. So I did and I did wait for 15 mins but it was really packed and can’t blame them for that but I just wanted to say thank you and give 4/5 stars for the great service and making it right mistakes happen and after she re made it the cake looked so perfect exactly how we wanted it so thanks for making it right I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but she was the manager and we’re very thankful and happy thanks a lot Dairy Queen Oregon city we will continue to go yearly.❤️‍🔥“

“My fiancé and I happened upon Luna's while we were in the area scoping out wedding venues and had a hankering for ice cream. WOW. We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“I'm so happy I found this place the best matcha I've had, literally drive two hours for this, must go when in PDX. Friendly and fast service. It's matcha galore so everything is delicious the matcha latte with strawberry foam, the cheese foam is a must have at first I thought it would be weird but the combination salty sweet in your mouth is like mind blowing, floats are so creamy. I had to try the bear one it the best of all worlds iced latte/ice cream/bear is made of compact shaved ice plus foam ! Mmmmm heaven!“

“We came in to order an ice cream cake with dietary restrictions. It was a busy Friday night. The staff never once made me feel rushed or hurried with my decision making. She even confirmed with the other gal to make sure all dietary needs were met. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make it work. We can’t wait to try our cake. “I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

“A local favorite. Lots of options. I tried the matcha blended which is slushy like It was tasty and refreshing!! I also had an iced tea with oatmilk to go. Hint: order light ice so you aren't finished in a few sips. I asked for it to be lightly sweetened abd it was perfect. The atmosphere is pretty basic. Clean with both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.“
