“I never write reviews, but after my experience I really wanted to post something. I have a medical condition and should not have attempted to eat French food, but a good friend was in town and I really wanted to eat here with the. The server was SO kind and the kitchen offered to make a unique dish for me to enjoy. It was an altered version of the Sturgeon dish. I was amazing and it was so kind of them to work with me so that I could actually eat with my friends. So impressed with their kindness, quality and care.“

“Thank you Firehouse team for making our wedding day go perfectly! We booked out the entire restaurant for the day, so we were able to decorate and get ready starting at 11am. With our 42 guests, we held the ceremony in the patio out front, then had dinner upstairs and the dance party downstairs. The food was incredible and we heard so many compliments about it from our guests. Working with the events manager (Alec) was great with his quick responses, flexibility, suggestions, day-of coordination, and DJ-ing!!“

“We are so impressed with this restaurant, it’ll be our new Thursday night date night spot!
We enjoyed the ambiance greatly, were delighted by all 8 dishes we got, and loved the service.
My husband ordered the Old Fashioned Cocktail and the Bar Manager came out to introduce himself and tell us more about what makes it so special. He actually works with a local distillery to create the drink and bottle it. It was so good we ordered 2 and then went to the store down the street to buy our own bottle!

The small plates are incredible, and from 5-6 each night you can get a little 2-person sampler of all of them for only $38! Best deal in town! And then if you’re hungry, the steak was cooked PERFECTLY.

We couldn’t decide on a dessert so we ordered both!! Glad we did.“

“Vegan noodles and tea leaf salad need work. I was disappointed by them especially for the price point. Noodles were just noodles, a little bok choy and mushrooms. Looked like something I would cook myself when I was running out of groceries. Carrot salad and beef curry were great though!“

“Excellent food, generous portions. I ordered the shredded chicken taquitos and was very satisfied. Other companions in my group highly recommended the chorizo. Small eatery but can seat larger groups outside (8). Service was a little slow due to the homemade and fresh nature of the dish. So take your time and enjoy. I will definitely go back.“

“Ate here with my family in October 2024. Nice sunny, chilly day visiting Portland. I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My boys had burgers and loved them. The lemonade was delicious but expensive for the little cup. In a little section off the street with 3 other food trucks, and some outdoor picnic seating. We had no problem parking around the corner, but no parking right in front. Free water and cups are available in the seating area.“

“I had the BBQ burger, fries, and a soda. It came in at ~$20 with a tip. You place an order at a digital kiosk on arrival.

The bun and burger dressings (fried onions, jalapeños, bacon) were quite good, as was the bun. The patty, which feels machine-made, was a little disappointing. For the price, I'd expect something hand formed. While the webpage states it is grilled medium, mine was well-done.

Fries were great, despite being served with about a tablespoon of ketchup.

The atmosphere is fast casual. The water station was empty when I arrived, as was the napkin dispenser at my table.

I plan to give this place another shot. if their salads are serviceable, and some of the issue above are addressed, I could see this being a regular spot.“

A place to get a proper cocktail in our village. Everything we tried we loved & their namesake drink “the Gibson” is highly recommended.

“Sorbu’s food tonight brought me back to my hometown, Livorno. Perfect rendition of the classic “5 e 5 con le melanzane” like you can find in the streets of Livorno, and a Porchetta sandwich as it could have been served by a legendary paninoteca from my youth (the salsa verde is the real deal). It has easily become one of my favorite spots in Portland and a great place to bring folks to shake things up a bit. “New hours! I was looking forward to a breakfast bowl but they were not open when I arrived at 6AM, despite google saying 5AM is the opening time. Bummer!

That said, this is definitely the best food option in this terminal. Salads and bowls have been tasty and healthy every time I've been.“

“Very good tasting menu full of bright flavors, fun textures, nice wine pairings, and engaged service. $135 per head, expect $16-20 for cocktails, or $65 for the wine pairing (which is great). I left quite full, I feel like you really get your money’s worth in terms of pre-fixe dining. Would come back for a date night for sure, but it was laid back enough for me to listen to music and read.“

I never say that about restaurants, but I want everyone to know about Ruk Diew Cafe! the food was fresh ND so good. the coconut prawns were tender and flavorful, the fried tofu was crispy and the sauce yummy. Today, I had their new breakfast burrito. Hands down the BEST Bessie burrito I've ever had. The flavor profile is on point! A mix of grilled and smokey flavors. Bacon and Mexican Chorizo, and the chorizo wasn't over powering. You can not go wrong. I promise it'll be the best breakfast burrito you've ever had. (Don't tell Abuelita, you might hurt her feelings it's that good)
