“We went for the last week of the summer menu. The restaurant place is converted from an old houses and therefore has very nostalgic interior vibe.

The foods are all very delicious and fairly priced! We especially like the chicken liver tart, the cube-shape Wagyu beef check, and the desserts!“

“I was able to take my mom here for her birthday last night. Honestly, maybe one of the best meals I've had in Portland in the last several years. The service staff was excellent. She made some great recommendations and led us to some fantastic seasonal dishes that were about to exit the menu. If you go, you need to try the peach and pancetta pizza - maybe the best pizza I've ever had. Also, the lasagna was incredible. Overall a fantastic place and worth the reservation or wait for a table.“

“I've. eaten all over Southeast Asia including street amrt I've eaten at many Southeast Asian restaurants, including in Cambodia, Malaysia and Laos, and can unequivocally say this is one of the best meals I've ever had. “Vegan noodles and tea leaf salad need work. I was disappointed by them especially for the price point. Noodles were just noodles, a little bok choy and mushrooms. Looked like something I would cook myself when I was running out of groceries. Carrot salad and beef curry were great though!“

“Excellent food, generous portions. I ordered the shredded chicken taquitos and was very satisfied. Other companions in my group highly recommended the chorizo. Small eatery but can seat larger groups outside (8). Service was a little slow due to the homemade and fresh nature of the dish. So take your time and enjoy. I will definitely go back.“

Perfect rendition of the classic “5 e 5 con le melanzane” like you can find in the streets of Livorno, and a Porchetta sandwich as it could have been served by a legendary paninoteca from my youth (the salsa verde is the real deal). “Been hearing about Lang Baan for years and finally decided to investigate it personally; I was not disappointed. The many courses were, predictably, small in size, but incredibly large in taste. It made my other experiences in the Portland Thai food scene seem like fast food in comparison, and that isn't a criticism of the other great Thai restaurants I frequent fairly regularly. Lang Baan really is that good. One bit of warning those who don't closely peruse the tab prior to paying: 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total bill. I failed to notice this but don't feel particularly bad about it because the service equaled the quality of the meal.“

“Went for my mother's 60th birthday. Server was wonderful, informative, and very patient with my family. My mother's drink of choice is iced tea and they did not have it on the menu. The server/bartender made ice tea TO ORDER for her and she had like 5. They were also nice enough to allow us to stay after close so my mother could open presents. Food was phenomenal and ambience was beautiful. Thank you for the amazing evening and your accommodations!“

“My wife and I love that we have a neighborhood bar with wonderful and well crafted cocktails, solid food menu, and excellent, skilled service.
On a summer night we went and tried 6 different cocktails of their cocktails and each one was more impressive than the last. They regularly rotate their drink menu, demonstrating their skill and diversity in making a good drink! Would recommend, will return!“

I never say that about restaurants, but I want everyone to know about Ruk Diew Cafe! the food was fresh ND so good. the coconut prawns were tender and flavorful, the fried tofu was crispy and the sauce yummy. I think I had green mango in a lovely sauce with red peppers. I am a happy diner.“

“New hours! I was looking forward to a breakfast bowl but they were not open when I arrived at 6AM, despite google saying 5AM is the opening time. Bummer!

That said, this is definitely the best food option in this terminal. Salads and bowls have been tasty and healthy every time I've been.“
