“My friend wanted to buy lunch for another friend and I and we ended up at Charly's Cheese steaks. I ordered a medium size Philly cheese steak (to be polite, even though I wanted a bigger one) . I thought it was great . My only regret is that I didn't go for the larger one .“

“Yes I love this staff, unfortunately a couple angry rascals from the nearby methadone clinic are going to try disparage these these fine employees by making a few baseless claims of theft. Unfortunately these pathetic clowns probably never had 300$ to begin with. I highly recommend this Jimmy Johns , my only complaint is their recent clientel has brought in some unwanted riffraff. Hopefully these people stick to their words and never return to my favorite sanwich shop in Salem. My go to is #5 Vito, add spicy pepper, of course with chips and a drink.“

“Love Jackie the manager. Amazing lady. I went in for my birthday cookie and a sub and Jackie the manger was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Helped me use the app when I couldn't fully figure it out. She was very nice. I told her I'll leave a review just to point out how amazing she is. I went in Friday around 230pm. It was one of the best expirences restaurant/take out I've ever had.“

“The service was amazing. The music selection was great, and the vibe was off the hook. The food was good. The veggie sub is better than jersey Mike's. The meatball sub my kids loved. I had the chicken cheese steak. Also, the waffle fries are great, and the tots were not overcooked but crisp ?. Not all places can nail perfectly cooked tots. I do think the fry sauce could use something more. I think a small restaurant like this is crucial to having great sauces. They should come up with some signature sauces.

“Subway is subway... nothing out of the ordinary there. But I have to give a huge shout-out to a phenomenal employee: Elisa. Let me take this moment to praise someone whose work ethic is something that has been lost in the past few years.This woman working alone during a dinner shift elegantly maintained the balance of being kind and cordial with customers while juggling to perform stocking and cashier duties. I really can't say enough about her ability to continue to expeditiously execute orders and keep that customer service balance. Often times people either are overly friendly and it disbalances ability to be productive...or they're too focused on being highly productive they lack kindness.I also wanted to say because of Elisa's professionalism I didn't mind the fact this location was missing items I was hoping to order. This makes her a valuable staff member because I came with my mind set on one thing, and instead of leaving I stayed because I was impressed by the type of employee that makes companies succeed.I hope my review helps elevate anyone who reads this point of view ontaking the time to praise the hard worker.Thank you Elisa“

“Came and ordered a veggie sandwich 3/9 @ 8:45pm. The employee working was by himself ( long dark hair, younger ). He handled the line quickly, confidently, and made a delicious sandwich. He was very kind and the shop was very clean. I’ll be back for sure.

“A short dark hair girl Day shift was clueless... her brain was on lockdown she couldn't comprehend anything I asked her.the other girl heavier set little older 20ish stepped up to help thank goodness.. she was fine.but that younger short gal needs some education on customer service skills.“
