“Ordered online and picked up. Should have stayed there to eat as they forgot our olives in both my order and my daughter's.

Update: After reading the reviews, I have decided that what happened to us is very common at this location. And even though I said that they forgot to put the olives on both our sandwiches (different sandwiches) The owner responds to the 4 stars and not to the problem. Get better help!“

“Yes I love this staff, unfortunately a couple angry rascals from the nearby methadone clinic are going to try disparage these these fine employees by making a few baseless claims of theft. Unfortunately these pathetic clowns probably never had 300$ to begin with. I highly recommend this Jimmy Johns , my only complaint is their recent clientel has brought in some unwanted riffraff. Hopefully these people stick to their words and never return to my favorite sanwich shop in Salem. My go to is #5 Vito, add spicy pepper, of course with chips and a drink.“

“I drove an extra 4 miles to come here past other subway locations. For the play area and the good service and quality of food.

The quality is good, but I will note that it varies.

The bread is sometimes a little over or under cooked before they begin to open it and prepare the sandwich.

The vegetables are mostly all of peak quality, however vegetables have a short window of peakness, and some may be a little past or not quite there.

The ladies that work here have been nothing but kind to us the 2 times we have come so far.“

“Came in shortly after the store opened for the day so it was empty (this was preferred). The one person working was very nice and made two sandwiches that were delicious. We ordered a meatball and a turkey sandwich; one sandwich had a handful of modifications and the person working did a great job at making these modifications.

I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you like to support small local businesses in the area.

“Came and ordered a veggie sandwich 3/9 @ 8:45pm. The employee working was by himself ( long dark hair, younger ). He handled the line quickly, confidently, and made a delicious sandwich. He was very kind and the shop was very clean. I’ll be back for sure.
