“The Gibson came into the village surrounded by an assortment of other bars and knocked it out of the park. They carved out a perfect niche that didn’t exist and has become a fast neighborhood staple. The atmosphere, staff and quality of product never disappoints.

“Cool, casual vibe. My party ordered our food to go. Out food was prepared rather quickly. Nice dining room. They had outdoor seating out front along with a back patio. Service was very friendly, and quick. Food was outstanding! Great burritos and.bowls!! Smoothie was so refreshing, mango peach lemon. And their giant chocolate chip sea salt cookie was awesome! I look forward to visiting again and highly recommend!!“

“We went to Hillside Pub last Sunday night and once again, they did not disappoint. Gail was our server and honestly she's the best! On top of everything all night, drinks were perfect, food came out fast and tasted great. Never had to chase anyone down for anything.

We had Gail on Easter too and she was just as impressive. It's just that kind of place, relaxed vibe, good food, good drinks, and staff that actually cares.

“Great music and the staff was very welcoming. The LORO combination for coffee is really a big plus too. The open space and floor to ceiling windows has an indoor/outdoor ambience in the nice little corner of Beaverton. My pizza was a cheese version but very tasty and really enough to share, if you are on a budget. The Ranch crust is unique and crunchy.“

This location in particular is exceptional! Every employee is attentive, kind and ensures orders meet company standards. I appreciate how thorough they are.. always asking if I need napkins, plates and crushed peppers. My pizza yesterday was accidentally made wrong with herbs. “This is one of our favorites. I usually get the chicken strips, a fruit cup and sweet tea. Mary gets grilled nuggets and frosted lemonade. We love the Chick-fil-A sauce, but the last time I enjoyed the Polynesian sauce. There is a play space for kids and friendly staff. Excellent and enjoyable.“

“Arrived at 1130 and there was no line and service was quick. Ordered the grilled chicken blt and it was pretty good. My uncle ordered a full meal with a milkshake and he was raving about how buttery the shake was. Service was very friendly (borderline Truman Show friendly). By the time we left at 1215, it was getting quite busy. Our order took about 7 minutes to show up at our table but I wonder how long it would take had we showed up 30 minutes later.“
