“This is what a sub shop should be. Freshly cut meats on fresh bread with good toppings. I ordered a wrap and it was delightful and delicious. They use large flour tortillas and pack in lots of goodies. Can't wait for the new store to open in McMinnville.“

“I love Laredo and today was the first time I tried a sandwich I didn’t care for. I got their latest chefwich. It’s a pork tamale sandwich basically. The outside of the tamale in bread is just too much bread. The sandwich also didn’t hold up well especially when dunked in the pazole dip. Flavor was good and the dip was good but it just doesn’t work. What saved it was their great beer selection. Love ya!“

“I use to be the day manager 23 years ago in Salem. It was the best sandwich place ever until the closed 20 years ago. So I had to check out this one in Beaverton. It was great! It is too bad they don’t do the bread bowls anymore but if you’ve never been GO!!! You won’t be disappointed“

The staff at this location always greet me with a smile and genuine friendliness, which makes the experience even better. They move quickly during busy lunch hours but never rush customers. I really appreciate that attention to detail—whether I’m dining in or grabbing a to-go order, my food is always made exactly how I like it.
Prices are fair for the level of freshness and service you get, and the shop itself is clean, organized, and well-managed. You can tell the employees take pride in what they do. My go-to order is the #13 Original Italian, loaded “Mike’s Way,” but honestly, everything on the menu is good.

“First time eating at this chain, at this new location. Great service. Only annoying thing is the tipping request on the point of sale. Sandwiches are excellent quality, both bread and meat. Not many choices for condiments, but the quality of these sandwiches makes up for that. Very small location, so be aware if you're looking to sit down. Busy location in the new South Hillsboro.“

“My brother and his wife live in Beaverton and usually bring European delicacies for tea/family gatherings that they get from this deli. The food is always fresh and delicious. Today they brought me lots of different deli meats, bread, candies and my favorite Oliver salad. All were very tasty and FRESH. I can see why this is their favorite store for Russian goodies--“

“I regularly purchase this brand, and have never had a complaint until now. I recently purchased two tuna salad sandwiches, and there was less than one tablespoon of product on the bread, and it was concentrated in the center of the bread (about 2 cm diameter). Very disappointing. The egg salad (my favorite) never has this issue. All other products have had ample filling, and always fresh-tasting.“

“I come here almost everyday! Their sandwiches are always great and most the staff there are super friendly! I have been reading the comments and some of them I was physically there and saw what actually happened. These women work hard and do their best! If they cant make a sandwich because they’re out of bread after 8 pm it’s because it is subway’s rules as a brand! People need to be more understanding. Their whole thing is FRESH BAKED BREAD. So no they can’t use day old bread. Sure portions have changed but that is not their fault. As chains ( even independently owned ) they have to follow protocol.
