We had an issue when our food came out and he happily remade the food for us without a second thought, and comped our second round of drinks for any residual trouble. Kevin is a gem and deserves a raise. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever met. The food was great. The atmosphere was awesome and they have a great beer selection Including multiple NA drinks.“

“This is my husband’s favorite brewery and the staff are so friendly. There is always so many drink options that change regularly when they brew new beers. Very dog friendly (the dogs are allowed inside) and kid friendly. Big projector screen when big sporting events are on TV. Weekends there is INCREDIBLE pizza available that is to die for. Highly recommend this brewery.“

We finally got our order after a long wait. When I complained, the manager comped one of our sandwiches and gave me a gift card for my next visit. “We had our wedding here and it was great! Kelli is absolutely fantastic to work with and her enthusiasm and passion and thoughtfulness was amazing. The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend a ceremony on Government Cove - the view and space is fantastic! Setup and the Event went smoothly. There were a couple little hiccups (water service with dinner, tip jar despite already tipping in advance), but they were minimal and overall I would highly recommend using them for your event. We had a small wedding with just a hair over 40 people and their pricing was very competitive.“

“My great nephew was playing drums in a large band to a packed house upstairs in Crystal Ballroom. A dozen or so of assorted family had come to Portland to partake and as the matinee was wrapping up in the late afternoon I said to the drummers mom, who was kind of our ring-leader, I'd go downstairs and stake out a big table for all of us to eat. Shortly after sitting at the largest table in the farthest from the bar corner of the side room, the bartender came to tell me they weren't really staffed to be serving in that room. I told him I had maybe a dozen people coming down from upstairs and we'd be an easy, forgiving crowd. He looked dubious, and said he'd need to check with the manager. He was back quickly putting out menus and arranging chairs. Our final number was ten, and our only server was this same guy who was also one of maybe two bartenders for the whole place. As he took our orders he said it would likely take up to an hour for the kitchen to produce our food, because dozens of people from upstairs had come in as well. Our drinks came quickly, and the food arrived in much less time than he suggested. Every order was correct. To my knowledge everybody liked what they ordered and the prices seemed about right. He did not seem in the slightest rattled by adding our big group to his personal workload and came back a few times to see how were all doing and take additional orders for drinks. And the drummer and the rest of us we were out of there well in time for the evening show at 8:00. I don't know if this really is an excellent place, but it sure was for us.“

“This is the only place that serves Vision hard cider (that I know of), specifically the Colada Cooler (coconut lime)!! It's my absolute favorite cider I've EVER tried ❤️❤️. They don't serve food (other than small bags of chips & I think free popcorn) but they allow outside food which is a plus!! We drive from Beaverton to Canby just so I can get my cider fix occasionally. Last weekend we went to a Disco event there, it was fun although I'm pretty sure everyone knew each other besides the two of us lol.“

It's also a good environment, quiet and calm, good air conditioning, and so unlike all the other loud overwhelming pubs in town.“

“This gem, hidden in the heart of Portland is great !!! It's like a small town tavern where everybody knows your name.

The Hostess / Bartender / Waitress Lady greeted us warmly🥰, cleared a table, and made some excellent meal, drink, and appetizer suggestions. We both ordered the "Dungeon Burger"; my friend had the soup side and I chose the fries. I had an excellent sweet-tart Moscato blend to sip with my meal and my friend chose a soft drink.

While we waited, the music ambience was excellent rock music loud enough to give us privacy in our conversation while not being loud enough to hinder our conversation.

Our food arrived... WOW, the fries were fries, but the Dungeon burger was a most excellent flavorful experience. The usual toppings were good, but the burger patties were cooked to perfection !!! The flavor was terrific with pink in the middle, just as I love it. It was a culinary delight bursting with flavor, moist and juicy. I found it juicy and messy (if it's not messy, it isn't awesome) and incredibly delicious. I WILL return !!! I can easily recall the
flavor to this minute.

“Not perfect for me (gluten, peanut, alcohol free), but the staff here are really good and caring. And it works well for others I live with. We appreciate the variety of plants in their small (relative to other locations) outdoor area. And we put up a hummingbird feeder that we refill, and they've been appreciative of our efforts. We get to see more of those little cuties now.“

“McMenamins runs a tight ship, and sometimes that ship can be too tight. I get that, but personally, I’ve never had any issues. You have a be a “bit” better behaved than a lot of other bars, which can suck but like whatever, free pool.“

“Interestingly, the Reuben Kincaid was dry compared to other locations. I think more cheese, sauerkraut, and dark star would have helped. The meat was burnt and crispy on the edges and dried out overall. However, the Cajun tots were crispy and well seasoned. The oatmeal stout was tasty too.“
